Must the IELTS be UKVI?
Thank you. |

littyprincess: I doubt her copr will be reissued though. She won’t be allowed to land as there are already cracks in the marriage. The marriage is clearly headed for divorce. Landing with her as a dependent would have been misrepresentation but he had no right to seize her passport. He should have just informed ircc of the separation and her copr would have been cancelled. Well, the woman should report to the Canadian authorities and see how it goes. But she won’t be able to land as a Pr when she informs ircc of the issue. The man might even become inadmissible as well because he didn’t inform them of the separation. @bolded...Sorry but I don't understand how you knew the marriage is headed for divorce or how it would be a misrepresentation landing with her? OP never mentioned they were considering divorce neither did she say they were separated.. Don't people have issues in their marriages again? why making all these assumptions? |

slydog: Landed in Canada two weeks ago, did an interview with TD up to the last stage, got call that they choose to promote a guy for the role. Felt so sad. A 75k role. Don't feel sad, you'll get lots of rejection but you only need one congratulatory message to change everything and you'll forget all the pains of yesterday! Keep your head up high! if you were able to reach final stages of TD interview, you're smart and can land even a better role! keep applying and developing yourself! I wish you the best and hope you land your dream job soon! |

theconsortium: I got EOI for Saskatchewan but my express entry profile has expired because of my expired IELTS result. Can I create a new one and still use it for the Saskatchewan EOI that I have gotten? Also I will need to take another IELTS hope it won't affect in any way? That means you also used expired/invalid information to get SK EOI? Because you would have put your IELTS information during registration.. I think you should rewrite and hope for best. You have no option than to try. |

Personal details is showing ‘in progress’ but I have completed everything. From the second picture, when I click on check for completeness, it shows the form is complete. So I don’t know what’s going on?
I don’t know if it is from the funds, I put 26000 for family of 4. check at the top right where it says to modify family information, complete there and submit.. it'll rectify it.. happened to my sibling |

jacek: Hi guys , I have a question, my cousin processing his Canadian express entry has filed the form twice and the portion for having a sibling in Canada keeps omitting that part like it gives him zero for sibling in Canada even though his uncle is in Canada and has given him required documents to support the fact that they are related, he needs this 15 points to srand s good chance please is there any one out there having similar issues or what's a probable solution to this problem, I'd appreciate sincere replies as this is weighing him down.
Many thanks in advance....Marcus He can't get points from his uncle, that's probably why the system isn't adding it..You only get points for siblings. Other relatives might count for PNP, not for Federal EE |

ZIKEYBOY11: Just thinking, Canada has a target of about 400,000 this year, and they have only invited about 70,000 so far. When travel restriction is removed and FSW draw starts, I think it's going to be massive..... What do y'all think? The 400, 000 thereabout isn't for EE alone.. it's for all categories of immigration.. About 108,000 is for EE managed programs. |

Childofthelord: Citizenship is such a priority for everybody, the lady in question honestly just wants to be somewhere close to home, with less gruesome weather while studying medicine. Is it a bad thing that she is not yearning for citizenship when everybody else is? People have different goals and priorities though She already knows what she wants, let her pursue it then. She doesn't really need advice from people here. |

Childofthelord: . I understand your point of view but even if she goes to the UK and doesn't like it there. She still has her bachelors degree and some work experience from Canada. She can return if she wishes. I will allow her explore and see things for herself. She is pretty young too and life they say is short. Do what makes you happy i guess How sure are you that she can return ? when she's neither a PR nor citizen? I don't understand how having Canadian degree and work experience means she can easily return ? Immigration rules change often..Let her stay and secure her PR atleast before any movement.. |

Remicynt: Good day everyone, I need advise I am certain I am not the first and won't be the last that is having this challenge. I am presently collating our documents we are due to submit next week but I have an issue with bank statement.. my spouse i.e my husband is unaccompanied but all our funds are in his fixed deposit account.. I intend submitting his statement and also notarizing a letter to show the funds are accessible to me and my son when we are ready to travel.. please i need the opinion of the house as you are more experienced.. your input will be greatly appreciated You're looking for who will validate your actions, even after CIC link showing it can't be in his account was shared with you? what other information or justification do you seek outside the details on CIC website ? what exactly is the issue? is it that he can't remove it from the fixed deposit or he has refused to send the money to you? |

Keeky08: Thank you very much for your response. With my husband as the PA, our CRS score is 467 if we both max our IELTS. Also, by October when I get my masters degree, as the PA, our CRS score will be 474. I don’t know if we should go ahead or just wait till I’m through with my masters program for better chances.
Thank you I don't see how entering the pool now will prevent you from being the PA when you get your Masters Also, before you do IELTS, WES etc.. Oct no go almost reach ni? I don't understand the reason for waiting...all the best |

amzienoni: Yes, I know the scores will be recalculated, I am currently on 466 with spouse accompanying but will move to 470 without spouse, so I just want to be sure that if i change to spouse unaccompanying but the draw cut off now drops to say 466, can I change to spouse accompanying after ITA. Yes you can.. if the draw comes at 466 or below, you'll be fine...but take into consideration tiebreaking rules for draw at 466.. all the best. |

Bisunique25: I will go the federal high court for the declaration, thank you so much. You mentioned on the other thread that you have 3 kids and your marriage is 6 years.. so you'll now submit a declaration that was obtained this year? or a court certificate that will be obtained in January ? How will you now add your kids? or they'll be added as though born before marriage ? I don't know shaa but having 3 kids already solidifies the Nikkah certificate, if at all there's any doubt.. This is my opinion shaa, ultimate decision on your application lies with you. All the best. |
