You'll apply as spouse unaccompanying...not single..

Applying as single means you have never been married which means you can't sponsor them in the future..

Why applying alone though ? You can apply together as long as your wife can write IELTS and get her credentials evaluated.. even if you don't want them to join you now, they'll do a soft landing, get their PR card and leave.. Then return may be in two years time or whenever while you stay and hustle...this will save you the stress of sponsorship.

It's not about living in Nigeria.. do you live together ? do you have investments together ? are your bank accounts showing same address? the onus is on you to prove that live like couples.

I don't believe we have common law partnership under the law in Nigeria. I maybe wrong but I think the law only recognizes traditional and Court/Chruch/Mosque wedding. If that's the case, it's not something you can prove. Someone that knows more about this should add their voice though

The operate based on their own law not Nigerian law.. we were here when even common law lesbian partners got PPR last year..

show evidence that you've been living together and doing things together like rental agreements in both your names, bank accounts and other documents bearing same address, joint investments, pictures and all..

Just prove that you've been living as couples would.

Have you done your own IELTS and evaluated your credentials ? There's 30 points allocated to spouse of PA for this... your point should be higher than 444 if she scored atleast 8777 in LSWR and you've done the above..

Also, customer service officers isn't eligible for EE expect customer service Managers.. doesn't she have other experiences ? NYSC?

Yes sir, provinces like Alberta, Ontario etc pick people/NOC they want directly from the pool..

I don't think the international passport expiration should be a problem, if it does expire, you can always renew and carry both old and new together.

The validity of the visa that will be stamped on your passport will be either medical's expiry date or passport expiry date, whichever comes first.

They need to do medicals and to do medicals, they will need their International passport... all kids of either spouses whether accompanying or unaccompanying must be declared and medicals done..

Difference between 2 or more cert and Masters is just about 10 or thereabout.. use that time and learn French which can add over 40 points to your score.. or you can do both if you've got time in your hands..

Put your experience under foreign work experience.. any experience gained outside Canada is foreign..

Then retake your IELTS, you stand a very good chance if you retake your IELTS and get a good score in Listening while maintaining other scores

You've a Masters, so your score will be good with a good IELTS score. Your wife will have to write IELTS too because there's 20 points for spouse's IELTS..

just pray around the CRS calculator and you'll understand better.. all the best.

Though our ECA is not yet out but with the above IELTS score, my MBA (2 degrees/certificates), my wife's degree, my 5yrs & more experience i got CRS 451.

Please what are my chances with this score and what is the next step?

I bet you didn't calculate your points well because it can't be up to 451 with 6.5 in listening.. confirm that you didn't select that you've work experience in Canada..

Meanwhile, try and retake IELTS.. 6.5 in listening has made you lose some points.

I was given a new certificate with recent date. It's just the former fingerprints page that was updated.

As per PCC, I did my PCC in the month of March 2019 with the hope of getting ITA soon and got expired May 2019.
Upon renewal, the officer signed on the thumb pages of the previous PCC and stamped reflecting a new date in Dec 2019. But the original certificate is showing the new date of Dec. The officer said I shouldn't worry that it will be accepted.
Am I good to go?

Hmmmm, please get a new certificate.. wonder why you accepted to pay just for a stamp on the finger print pages when it's the certificate itself is the koko.. if the certificate is expired, I doubt if stamp on the finger print pages can prove anything.. some people don't even submit the finger print pages during application( to show you how not so important it's )

Please get a new PCC... You don't even need to go with the old one, just tell them you need PCC..all the best.
