Hi guys, can someone on Health and care visa do 20 hours cleaning job?

Please I want to make inquiry on behalf of a friend.

His marriage started having problem since when he started having financial crises due to some problems with his business., and now it has gotten to a point where he wants to seperate and move on with his life.

He is only married in church with the wife and they have 2 children together.

He wants to apply for Canadian permanent residence through the Alberta Sibling connection. Now, his question is:

1. Does he need any divorce documents since his marriage was just an ordinary church certificate and not a legal document from court?

2. He once applied for Study Visa where he indicated his married status and also submitted that church marriage certificate as proof, though the visa was denied on grounds of insufficient funds.

3. What document does he need to present to IRCC to show that his marriage(church) has ended?

4. Please how can he go about his application without the documents of his uncooperative wife and still have his 2 kids in his application for future sponsorship?

He wants to know how to go about it before commencing the process.

Yes, you do need documents to prove any marital status you claim.. for the fact you had claimed married in a previous application means you can either still be married, legally separated or divorced.

if you claim legally separated, you have to provide evidence and your spouse has to do medicals, PCC etc. there are lots of similar cases online... Otherwise if you can't provide your spouse's documents, you've to divorce.

The only way to have your kids in your application will be if you're granted custody or coparenting.

We withdrew and travelled with about 10k USD.. then opened a USD account, deposited the cash and did wire transfer for the rest.. Note there are charges for the transfer.. have forgotten the percentage..

Also, please confirm with the bank to make sure you can transfer the cash.. I think some banks have rules that if deposited the money as cash then you must withdraw it cash, same if it was transferred, then you can do wire transfer..

You’d be able to withdraw cash from the ATMs in Canada too. Ask your bank what their daily limit is

The person has to write TCRN examination for April or November, after passing it, then apply for a letter again from TCRN which will be sent to QTS department by TCRN, then the person Will make progress. Visit. https://trcn.gov.ng/ for more info. Nobody helps with TCRN for QTS without passing the examination.

This is for certificate, the person has written and passed the exam.. but there's a licence needed now apart from the certificate. Thank you

The person has a certificate already but needs a license to progress in the UK Qualified teachers route.

For my friend, everything (transcript, Statement of result and English proficiency) was uploaded during application, didn't have to come from the school.

Must the tuberculosis test be done strictly at IOM? There are other accredited centres on the UK immigration website. Will their results be accepted for both receipt of COS, as well as for visa application?

More specifically, I was considering Q-Life Family Clinic. Has anyone had any experience with them, and is it advisable to book an appointment with them?

You can book your medicals with any hospital listed here https://www.gov.uk/government/publications/tuberculosis-test-for-a-uk-visa-clinics-in-nigeria/tuberculosis-testing-in-nigeria including Q-life and st. Nicholas.. IOM isn't the only hospital for Lagos peeps, they're just popular.

I responded to your question yesterday but it seems you're looking for someone to tell you that WAEC or NECO will be acceptable.. continue.. There's no short cut.

The only acceptable proof of English is IELTS UKVI or Ecctis evaluation..

Except for those that have schooled or lived in the UK, I think.

I learnt they're quite strict with time.. that's why they've the flexi option where you can pay and walk in whenever you want.

I have used it before. You need a letter from your school stating that you were taught in English, transcript and certificate.

1. MA and dependents had done TB test before getting an employer so we have a UK address different from employer on the result.
Now that there is an employer, do I need to go to IOM centre to change the address to my employer's address before application?

2. On my marriage certificate, hubby's middle name(MA) is written as "Dare" instead of "Oluwadare". All documents for application have "Oluwadare" which i don't foresee any issues except For Spouse dependent application. please, what needs to be submitted for Spouse to show that the Oluwadare(MA) is same as "Dare" in the marriage certificate.

3. Does hubby(MA) need to submit document to back this up in his own application even if "dare" isn't showing in any of his documents?

For the first question, someone has similar issue... called IOM and it's about 8k to update address and no appointment needed.. just go to the front desk..

Did you move to resume a job or start a business? it's not like a reimbursement, it's an expense you can claim on your tax returns if you meet the criteria.

After u submit application online, u will do biometric on the date u pick when submitting ur application. Hope it help

You can't add a sibling as a dependent to your application..

However you can sponsor him when you come (I assume you're coming as a PR), if your both parents are dead and he's still less than 18 at that time..
