My status on Wes site HV not bin updated. Why d delay?

Really ? There are about 26 thousand cases of covid 19 in Canada and you're asking why the delay ? I'm sure you're working from home. undecided

Hello everyone, quick one please.

Can your primary NOC be in multiple companies ie. 9 months in company A and 4 months in company B. Employment was gotten in the second job before leaving the first job so it’s continuous.

Does it qualify to be a primary NOC?
Yes it does if they fall under same NOC.. The requirement for continuous employment is with respect to NOC not employer.. cheers

seen them before. Alberta was already having issues before corona. Canada pr is not a wait and get pr. Most people that will get invited now will probably go mid next year. The economic situation will not last forever. They have resumed medicals back. Does that look like they want to pause anythinghuh.they did not lock borders to most migrants and students too.
Alberta isn't the only province experiencing this, just an example. I didn't say anywhere in my post that the situation will last forever....well, it's looking like it is (was) in a pause, when was the last FSW draw and have activities been like normal?? You can't pretend that a lot haven't been affected by this pandemic.

The resumption of medicals gives us hope actually and I sincerely share in your optimism and hope things resume fully soon...cheers.

target is around 350 immigrants a year with ee and pnp being about 150k. You think oyinbo will stop something that is earning them money in application fees and POF being brought to boost the economy. A pr holder can always go back to his home country for 3 years before relanding.
I'm not expecting it to be stopped completely, nah.. just like a pause.. How can you be needing more people while many on ground are jobless? layoffs here and there... did you read the links above?

the immigration minister has said in his press conference that they are not stopping draws. How are you sure draw hasn't happened already and the website has not been. Updatedhuh
I really want the draws to happen because I have loved ones waiting in the pool but there's really a number of considerations.. millions of people have lost their jobs and are jobless now.. About 25% of Albertans are expected to be jobless and you think the draws will continue as normal ? They have to put Canada in order first and allow the pandemic to come to a minimal level.

The 5k criteria is giving a lot of people concern especially, those in the gig economy. I believe the government is planning some different type of benefit system for them this week or next.
The 5K criterion isn't an issue as they said the money mustn't have been earned in Canada..

My major issue is that for a new immigrant who hadn't gotten a job before Covid 19, how will you say your income was impacted by Covid 19? when you were not in employment prior to that.. This is the reason I haven't applied.. Because the CERB is for those whose income have been impacted by COVID 19..

If I can get clarification to the above, then I may just apply.. Me sef need the money cheesy cheesy

It's based on income not marital status. Single or married gets GST based on family income. Single or married parent also gets CCB based on family income.
yeah, thanks..@sweerie mentioned it.. My confusion stems from the attached..

We didn't apply for GST, we did just the first one being that we have kids

GST is for single and married as long as you qualify based on income... Child benefit is for anybody with child (single parent or married)
So a married person with kids can get GST and Child benefit ?

sweetrie:
You can get GST. Cheques are sent to you with or without CRA account. Can't apply for EI. But he can apply for GST
GST is for single peeps while child benefit is for married peeps right?.. A married person can't apply for GST right ?

Thanks

He is right on this.

A lot of marriages have become flat mates living together and enduring because they only spend a few hours together.
How many families do you know huh huh

Also, going by what you said, aren't they supposed to bond better now that they're at home and have ample time for each other huh

For anyone trying to get an extra certificate, you can do acca diploma (f1-f3) and wes evaluates it as one year college level certificate. I got my ECA today and that was what was written there.
Good development.. Please can you share a screenshot hiding your personal details ?

Good afternoon house. I received my ITA on 19th of February but I haven’t submitted my documents but deadline is 20th April so I’m supposed to have about 30days left. But on Saturday, they gave me extra 60days again. Please does this apply to anyone else?
They did it for everyone.. Canada is a country with brain, they understand that getting all the documents may be hard at this time due to Coronavirus and so decided to extend the deadline for everyone.. smiley smiley

But it doesn't matter, you can submit if you've got all documents.. All the best

Here in the US, IELTS test has been suspended until further notice. I believe it's the same in other countries. WES has temporarily suspended all in-office operations. Documents that reached their office after March 10, 2020 should expect delays. With these disruptions and delays, I see the score dropping to the 460s and late 450s as you said (not so soon because some applications are already in the loop but eventually) in the next couple of weeks/months.
Those in the 460s and late 450s should get their docs ready because there is still hope for ITA.
Well, this will only happen if IRCC continues to hold draws within this period.
