When she started her express entry profile her husband said he was not interested in relocating so she only submitted application for her and her children. Now two months after the husband changed his mind can she inform cic to add him to her application or how will she go about it.

She can decide to change her spouse to accompanying.. however, CIC will recalculate her score with accompanying spouse criteria and if the score falls below the cutoff for her draw, her application will be rejected.

Use the CRS tool to calculate what your points will be for accompanying.

Do you know the regulations that hold back people in the west from making crazy money unlike which is not the case in Nigeria? Take for instance you open a eatery in Nigeria or buka sef, apart from your once in a year local government levy you may pay ... nobody comes there to tell you to pay your workers minimum wage of N30,000 a month ... in the western world if you don’t pay your worker that minimum wage with proper tax documentation, you will enter prison so easily and your business may be taken away from you

Secondly... set up a shop and sell anything worth buying nobody will Harass you on Naija... not so in OYINBO land, you could go to jail for selling fake commodities... in Naija the market is huge, ask Igbo traders in Lagos ... even Labanese will not go to Canada when they can stay in Naija... but you that own your country is trying so hard to run away.... enough said ..

how do you know the pnp issued during this period Some have been processing it for a while now. Per the last stats before the draw there are over 11k people on 451 to 472. With the new entrants daily scores will still be high. We pray for a back to back draw in december

Does your school state DOB on transcripts ? Mine doesn't, so WES simply used the DOB I filled in during application.

If your school states DOB on transcripts, then you need to amend your DOB from your school first before WES can adopt it...

NB: WES doesn't need passport for evaluation, so DOB on passport has nothing to do with it.

No, the spouse isn't required to do IELTS or ECA. basically evidence of your relationship before marriage, medicals, PCC, BIL and co.. just check the link above for details.. all the best

Yes, if you get married after PPR but before departure, you'll need to notify CIC of your new status. Your application will be reopened and documents requested for your spouse.. After assessment if everything is fine and your marriage ain't 'arrangee', you'll be issued a new PPR.. It takes some months most times, all the best.
