This administration can not finish all the agreements or contracts they are entering with foreign expert, that is for sure. So, what happens to that contract after they left is what my concerns are. I think we should enact a law that really takes care of that.

This is so bad. Mtn calls to mtn is zero voice from both ends, ie the caller and the reciever won't hear themselves. While mtn to other network allows you to her the other network but they will not hear you. No massage from the service provider on this development.
