Sheridan,Centennial and Fanshawe college since January but I haven’t noticed any progress,they keep telling me I should be patient and I choose Aug-Sept 2023 intake. Pls someone should help me on how to go about the process here. Pls don’t ignore this post🙏God bless you as you do so🙏

Sorry about this, but the admission decision usually takes a maximum of three weeks.
Some programs have closed entry for September intake.
Ensure you send in your application this week or early next week.
Also, read the program requirements before applying.

Bro, brace up and enter the embassy again. with a fully funded phd, you stand a high chance!

If you were rejected in Lagos, you should try the Abuja embassy next.
Do not be discouraged. It will end in testimony.
Ensure you discuss your plan after your program and tie it to Nigeria.
Be bold and show enthusiasm during your next appointment. Stop dwelling on past refusals. The past denials should be an advantage because you are not a Johnny just come (JJC).
I have seen people who got theirs after the 6th trial.

Subtract the undeclared money that came into the account that raised the suspicion of the ECO, does it have a significant impact on the account balance?
Don't be in a haste to apply if the answer to the question above is yes.
Get a separate business account just as cashmadam suggested above.
Don't apply until you sort out the concerns raised except if you want to try your luck. But if you want to do a verbal explanation, ensure you add PO to it as proof.

Keep checking for WES account and follow the timeline as it gets updated with the next step.
The most important is for your institution to acknowledge sending the transcript. After verification from your institution, within 14 business days, it should be delivered, but it may vary with demand at the time of your application.

He wants to apply for a Bsc program to UK. He is 28yrs old. Will age be a barrier to get UK tier 4 visa?

Does he have a genuine SOA now?
He can be admitted but must explain the gap year in his SOP.

If you wrote your SOP yourself you will be fine. Most of the questions will be why you want to study there and your future goal.

While filing the form, did you agree to the question that asked if you have been denied a visa in the last 6months? If yes, that's the cause, and I will suggest you go back and click know because you are not likely to visit the embassy till July for your interview.

Visit https://www.usnews.com

Search Universities offering [Program of choice] as seen in the photo attached.

You can even sort by lowest tuition fee or high enrollment rate.

This will help you narrow your search and visit the schools with high enrollment rates to see the required GPA and trust me, some programs will accept you regardless of your GPA.

Email the admission coordinator to assess if you stand a chance with your GPA, and work experience if the information is not clear enough on the school website.

I encourage you to do it yourself because time is money.

Drop a quote if you need further assistance as you start the process.

The UK recently launched this new visa, "Visit the UK for a Permitted Paid Engagement." You may be able to visit the UK for a paid engagement if you’ve been invited as an expert in your profession by a UK-based organisation or client.

You can visit the UK for up to 1 month. You cannot extend your stay in the UK.

Please note your GPA is just one of the requirements.
Your years of working experience will also count in your favor. In all, ensure your SOP, reference letter, and CV, is well tailored to show you are a good candidate for graduate school.

You didn't drop a clue about your intended course of study, and your question is vague.

Each program has its requirement and expected GPA.

You can use Google or USNEWS.COM to search for schools and avoid schools that are PRIVATE FOR PROFIT.

Use the right keywords when conducting your search to get your intended result.

Yes, some universities and colleges request SOA, so the admission committee doesn't waste their time providing admission to a candidate that doesn't have the finances to move forward with the admission.

Obi Cubana gave some advice on Feb 6; in this life, never have anything to do with anyone who has nothing to lose!

Many have fallen victim to scammers online, including me, investing with businesses not registered with CAC to do such.

Many have been defrauded by agents parading on social media, but a simple check with CAC on search.cac.gov.ng will show such businesses are unregistered with CAC; hence they have nothing to lose.

Years ago, I contacted a vendor on Instagram about getting crocs for meemaw. Still, after receiving flimsy excuses from the vendor, I remember her vividly bosting she has another social media account. If I should cast the present one, it won't affect her business.

Someone who reached out for an LOI template to process her Canadian student visa after spending above 1m, her visa was denied for insufficient funds. She opened up that she never saw any documents, including the SOA used by the agent.

CAC has made it difficult for scammers to register a business by mandating using NIN for company incorporation.

No one can guarantee the success of your visa, but if you have sound finances, you can make your profile stand out from the crowd, thus, increasing your chances of getting approved.

Remain vigilant and try not to be desperate!

I mailed convera again and they now say they have mailed schools that they’re having delay issues sending funds to schools. That they’ll fix it. The issue now is till when? I don’t even know what to do at this point.

Go on LinkedIn, and reach out directly to some team members at Convera to facilitate this payment. You can even comment on their post and drop your inquiry, it works like magic.

The person paid via convera since 9th January and convera says they sent the money to Sussex since 10th January but till today Sussex says the money hasn’t entered their account yet. I’m really bothered as I paid via black market because I do not want any part of this journey to stress me at all. It’s for September intake. Now I’m left hanging as I don’t know what’s going on and it’s been over a month. Thanks everyone as I expect replies please.

That was in the past. I don't know anyone who recently got approved under such conditions. You can always be the first to get approved this year.
You can submit 3 months' bank statement and 6 months' payslip.
Your extensive travel history will be in your favor.
But remember to provide sufficient information during your application.

unless the ECO didn't verify it, if he/she does check, then they are refusing that your business is not active and trading or generating profit.

Even if this is my job filing annual returns for applicants, I will be honest here.
It depends on when the business is registered and the applicant's profile (A solid tie to Nigeria and a valid reason for traveling). It's not in their immigration law that every business must be "active" with CAC.
If the business has an audited statement of account and current FIRS TCC, he/she stands a chance of convincing the ECO that the business is active.
There is a reason they haven't introduced AI to screening applicants.

Honestly, it depends on the ECO.
But I will advise you not to take that risk. Try and fix it before your application.
