Truth is that most guys here would move on from the disappointment of missing out on APL albeit painful though, but all they seek for is closure to the process, so as to know it's finally and well over.
Thanks to all who've been sincere to relay legit info here, it's been heart and mind calming. Kindly also know that this zone is a jungle and taming ravenous Wolves ain't always easy, so please don't feel bad when bashed probably because ur sincere relay of credible info didn't go as planned, a couple of us here understand the bureucracy of processes of this nautre.

For those with only assumptions on the strength of past experiences which turned out sour, you've got nothing to lose if you stay calm and watch this process slide through, let the end speak for the process please.

In no way am I blaming you on the info you relayed. If anything I would say thanks for sharing your Info from your source and like you said so many others have given similar info on the proximity of the end of this process.

I am guessing you are the "Michael Charities" On Twitter, even though I know that your actions are from a good place, I must advice you apply caution in your bombardments.

Wisdom is profitable to direct, replying every tweet and retweet directly or indirectly linked to NNPC is simply constituting a nuisance on their page rather than politely asking for an update.

Now, you and numerous sources have pointed to the fact that we are in a wrap of this process. So please let's apply caution.

NNPC has over 200,000 followers on Twitter meaning they care about the platform to some degree. Let us go there and request answers.

Please I don't know of the mod had banned Napolitano due to the altercations we experienced here some days back, but we need him unbanned to come out with any info he has gotten from his boss.

I think his info was legit. Whatever that might have caused the delay should have been communicated to him by now.

We shouldn't discourage people with legit info bearing in mind that whatever the outcome of the info they get. NNPC is still in control of the process and APL release isn't in the hands of the informants.

We should learn not to "shoot the messengers". This is not to say some folks deliberately bear falsehood and negativity towards this recruitment and always pump us with negative false news. We should have discerning spirits and learn to analyse infos critically like some have done here and pick with uncertainty that which we think is accurate.

There should be no defense whatsoever for someone who has no empathy towards the current state of NNPC hopefuls. He (Artexexes) most definitely has an agenda with the false APL and the backlash he is getting is most deserved, to avoid swindling of the gullible.

Another thing to be considered asides the aesthetic of the doctored offer letter would be the fact that he was offered GT role in finance and given the FSTP clause in his offer.... I thought FSTP was for GT Stem graduates.

Thank you, I stated this earlier that the refund issue has been over flogged for too long.

We currently have a latest development as per the court issue, no one has sort to know NNPCs position on the "status quo" pronouncement from any of their sources.

We wasted some couple of days trying to interpret the courts decision and now we are wasting our time here bickering on this refund or not to refund issue.

Let's try to steer this thread on the right path or wait for NNPCs action.

Inside Life.............. Just at the point when the recruitment process is about come to a conclusion and successful ones notified, court issues a statement for both parties to maintain status quo. NNPC or not, it will all end in praise.

First, it was some concerned individuals claiming the initial assessment phase was flawed and marred by so many irregularities. Then they started protesting. Nevertheless, the Corporation continued the process successfully to the interview stage
Second, some people began the rumors that all slots have been dished out to the children and relations of the high and mighty so no hope for local man
Third, Access Bank theory. E.g. Those that were not paid were the chosen ones. Las las, the theory was rendered null and void
Fourth, It was the issue of some folks who did not write the test but were called for the interview at the Tower. Local men were quick to discover this matter.
Fifth was rumors of slots being sold for between N4M to N10M.
Sixth, rumors of some 120 or 70 names who neither wrote the test nor passed the interview being smuggled in to the list.
Seventh, contract staff protesting that they must be considered ahead of new entrants into the corporation hence mass protest for cancellation of the exercise. Seems many of them have now been sorted but dunno how true this is.
Eight, Rumors of cancellation or suspension of the exercise started to gain real weight while folks were busy bashing each other on the forum
Nine, National Assembly issues a probe into the recruitment process to ascertain process credibility
Ten was the issue of name re-shuffling due to FCC issues as some states were rumored not to meet the FCC criteria and Presidency intervention into the process
Eleven, cancellation and suspension rumors re-surfaced again even with a louder bang at this time
Twelve, rumors of the process almost coming to an end or conclusion started emerging. Grapevine news had it that all selected names were with the HR dept. Corporation was just awaiting end result of union salary negotiation with the FG including 2020 budget approval for the Corporation. At this point, trainers have been properly briefed and location of training set in order.
Twelve, cancellation and suspension rumors yet again began its ugly roar as many scrupulous elements could not get their way in the recruitment process
Thirteen, Court case that had been pending for a while started getting urgent attention in the court and both parties were ordered to maintain status quo till Oct 29, 2019

Anyway, am not an historian neither will i say this is all that has happened so far but this is as much as i can remember from the local men observation stand point.

We keep learning each day. This just shows how laborious a government recruitment process could be and this also helps to gives insight into why or how so many FG agencies' recruitment have been abruptly cancelled in the past. E.g: Police, Customs, etc.

2. Shame on all those slamming 'sources', claiming that no one hinted on the court case, as it was mentioned here last week even with a link. I followed the link and had a very good laugh after reading the original thread and seeing guys who couldn't apply due to the age barrier, backing the lawyers ignorance.

3. Lol first, nawa ooh. Maintaining the 'status quo' has absolutely nothing to do with a possible release of APL or not. It simply means the age limit for GT's in the current or any future NNPC recruitment that will happen before 29 october 2019 remains 28yrs. If the current recruitment is concluded before 29th october and the NNPC board can provide evidence in court that it was not fastracked to beat the set date for the hearing, but has been planned all the while to be concluded before october 29, then the outcome of october 29th hearing has absolutely nothing to do with the concluded 2019 recruitment exercise. Simple protocol in law.

4. If you fault my ascertations above and can't express that constructively and/or display maturity in relaying your thoughts/findings, then with all due respect, I would give you a historical overview of exactly how/why you and that lawyer above are both not feeling fine.

Truth is bitter....Am not saying you should agree to my comments but I have to say the truth. I was once like you some years back not until when I understand how the system works... Quote my word; "if a friend tells you that he/she got the NNPC job solely on merit is a big lie"... Some of you here won't say the truth but they know how it works and they will just come here to cajole you on merit list. To shock you there are some that failed the CBT and was later called for documentation and some did not even apply and we have the appointment letter. What you are expecting always on and still on. Wake up from your slumber....

I have never seen someone so hopelessly hopeless and wants to envangelize hopelessness. Like someone has earlier adviced, you need help please go and get some cause you are quarter to endulging in sniper the way I am looking at you. I pray light shines on you.
