David Agbodji, isn't Nigerian. I used to think he was Nigerian as well but it turns out he's not. I saw an interview online, when asked where he was from, he said Togo. Anyway, I don't care what county he's from he's still a hottie. |
Most of my friends went natural on me. . . . so they've been trying to force me since last yr christmas. I cut off my hair just to try it out, but ended up perming it again ![]() Been natural since 7 months ago tho, I think my hair grew faster while natural than while permed. I loveeee it!! I love digging my hands into my hair and feeling the thick curls. I finally cut off the natural part of my hairs a few days ago. A lot of people were shocked, but my friends loved it. duh, they're also natural. I told my mom I had it cut and she was angry for a few minutes. Kept asking why. Kept telling me to braid it hehehe. But all in all, I love being natural again. I love the fullness, the curls. I love that it stands up by itself, so any style is perfect with it. Hoping it grows faster. Going to a natural group meeting cropped together by a few friends tomorrow. Will holla and let you guys know the "new" secrets. If there's any.
Hehehe, sounds like someone's havin' fun. I can relate to the hand in hair part. lol, Nigerian mothers always freak when they find out you cut your hair. Oh by the way, did you here about the women in Canada who are publicly chopping their hair off?
You know, I went to like 7 diff stores today, looking for glycerin, but to no avail. Tried walmart, walgreens, publix,CVS, and 3 salon shops. nothing. [I found natural shea butter from Ghana tho, I was jumping for joy aha] Where can a woman find glycerin? I had to go to the walmart pharmacy and have it ordered
Ey ya, so journey for one product. I guess I should have mentioned that you can find it in a health food store. Pele, didn't mean to send you on such a journey. What kind of glycerin did you buy? |
190:Yes o. Team hippo all the way |
190:Yes, I am. As a matter of act, this is for the hippo |
jovi:Its my mother who has his contact information, not me. He works here in New York, not in Nigeria. |
Carolece:Lmao ![]() |
rubi:No problem ![]() |
Timi1990:I don't think you should buy a whole carton. For now, by one bar of soap and see if it works. You wouldn't want to spend a lot of money on something only to find out that it doesn't work. Timi1990:Ambi is a skincare brand that makes a variety of products that range from facial to body care products. Ambi products are primarily known for their ability to even out complexions, smooth out skin, and depending on the soap, to eliminate acne. There are different products that Ambi makes--soaps, moisturizers, body oil, and scar minimizers. |
Timi1990:Eh ya. Sorry If/when you get the address of this place, if you can, make sure you buy both soaps so you can see which one works better. If you can't purchase both, then purchase the Medimix one if it is available. It may not smell as nice as Chandrika but it definitely works better. Keep us posted on what happens |
I really hope nanidee finds the address |

Chai, my brain function is out of wack lately . |
Sorry, The olfactory disorder is very RARE, VERY SMALL PERCENTAGE of people actually have that disorder and are excused, THE REST DO NOT HAVE THAT EXCUSE TO BE NASSY, Even if the PERSON HAS AN OLFACTORY DISORDER, they know they haven't washed their backside and what they thought they will still smell good? Come on now people!
Its not just limited to olfactory disorder. The majority can smell the odor emanating from their armpits or feet, but generally, people who suffer from fecal or musty body odor have no idea they have these grotesque scents. The only way they notice unusual something is when they reenter a room they just left or by the insensitive comments of the people around. Yes, there are those who choose not to wash and know that they smell but that was not what I was saying. |
