@dobodobo although many men cheat not up to 99% cheat.inky i still tink u shuld give d person just anoda tiny little chance.
Abiola, I totally understand where you are coming from but I don't think I can do that. I know my worth as a woman and as a human being so if he needed to step outside of the relationship to realize my worth or couldn't see that right off the bat the he isn't for me. I refuse to be someone emotional experiment.  I would expect him to know his worth as a man and a human being as well. You should never hurt people like that and expect it all to be all hunky dory afterwords. I just move on and look for someone else who can appreciate my love and worth.

My sister told my cousins later on and they were "Damn, the nerve of some parents today. Smh". I don't know if you told me this before but how old are you?

Oh and go on Youtube and watch some natural hair video tutorials. Those REALLY help.

Silly question from me but I will ask anyway  cheesy  when do I start with the conditioning and treatments?  It's only been a month since I went natural, hair still short, ugly short that is!   wink
Whenever you want. Even if you have a low cut, you've still need to condition. Moisturizing is key to healthy natural hair. Awww, don't call your hair ugly and short. Natural hair is beautiful no matter what state its in wink. Oh and by the way, it wasn't a silly question.

How convenient, what if you are on the other side of the racket
I will never cheat on anyone. Its one of the worst things a person can do in a relationship. I'd rather break up with the person than cheat on them. If anything I'd let them know if I were having feelings of stepping outside of the relationship. If the shoe were on the other foot and I did cheat then I would expect my boyfriend to apply the same set of rules to me. If he doesn't and decides to continue on with the relationship then I would continue as well, the only thing would be that I would have a great sense of guilt for what I have done. Please try and understand, I would never do something to someone if i knew that I wouldn't want the same thing to be done to me. Plain and simple.

lepa001:
You right my sister kiss kiss , not even wen they were caught but wen they know they re about to loss a treasure or a very valuable things.
Yupp, some people only think of themselves even when they've been caught. For some its just a continuous game.

Lol.no. Its gonna be all young Nigerians; its like the after party after the independence day parade. I know the promoter and he asked me to go. I usually say "yes" then last minute I decline. Like saturday, my uncle kept calling me to come to this one Nigerian party, all they always want to do is hook me up with some young gal that wants to "settle down and get married" like I told anyone I'm tryn to get married; I just turned off my phones and went to sleep.lol. Nah, its gonna be fun, at least the ones I've been to previously were. So, u should come
I'll think about it. Hmmm, this actually sounds like a good idea. Its about time I got some Nigerian friend here. Most of my African friends are non-Nigerians undecided. Young gal eh? Settling down? lol, you sound like an old man when you say that. Anyway, if I go you better make sure you introduce me to some people.

hmn!now i see the reason for your nairaland signature.'give dem d deuces, 'what if he sheding tears while beggin u.'
Most likely I'd still say no. He should have thought of that before he cheated. Often times you see people crying and saying their sorry and I have come to realize that people tend to be sorry not for what they did but for the fact they were caught. And I don't believe in the whole "he/she cheated gotta get back at him" thing. That's not my style.

Never. I don't tolerate cheating of any sort. If a man cheats on me he obviously didn't have me in mind when he was dismantling the relationship. I have no time for cheaters. I give 'em the deuces and move on.

FashionRe: Daily Beauty Rotuine by InkedNerd(f): 9:09am On Oct 06, 2010
Here is my daily routine:

Exercise:
Yoga 5-6 days a week [sometimes 7 if I can], running in the morning, and volleyball. Crunches when I wake up in the morning/at night before bed.

Body Care:
Soaps: I shower morning and night with black soap, paraben/sulfate free soap. The brands I use are Dr. Bronners, Trader Joe's Tea Tree Soap, South Of France soaps natural soap, Nubian Heritage soaps [but only when I run out of soap and I'm desperate], Chandrika Ayurvedic bath soap, and sometimes I use some soaps from Lush.

Lotions/Oils/Butters:

I don't really use lotions. Most of the time, I used oils and body butters. I use jojoba oil, vitamin e oil, sweet almond oil, and may other oils. I make my own body butter with shea, cocoa, and mango butter and some of the oils that I use. There are other butters that I use but those are the main ones. Oh and by the way, I never towel dry my body. I just allow my body to absorb the oil/body butter while its absorbing the water on my skin.

Face:
In the morning I was my face with the same soap that I use on my body. For moisturizing my face, I use use aloe vera, shea butter, jojba oil [not too much though]. Sometimes I mix vitamin e oil and aloe vera together and rub it on my face. At night, I exfoliate and moisture.

Hair:
I'm more into using natural methods of caring for my hair. For example, I don't use shampoo or conditioner and I make my own hair styling products. To wash my hair, I use black soap or castile soap. Then to condition, I use avocado and honey or extra virgin olive oil. For moisturizer, I use shea butter, and for styling it varies depending on what I want do with my hair. All in all, I try to keep it as natural and as simple as possible. It a lot cheaper and healthier than buying products that are loaded with tons of chemicals.

As the seasons change, the products change as well.

Oh and I forgot to mention, I drink lots of water and I'm a veg head so I eat lots of fruits and veggies.

Idk, I'll think about it. Wait a minute, your actually going to one of the Nigerian parties? Nah, sorry but I'm not into the whole Blackberry craze. Seems like everyone's losing their damn minds with the whole Blackberry craze.
