How na?! That's strange from a naija standpoint, however, not working out for months and performing Yoga wouldn't be of any help pertaining to overall physical fitness!
If i'm wrong just try and school me, eh! I thought Yoga is primarily use to relieve the mind and body from all kind of acute stresses, right? Then how Yoga tey solve physical fitness remains a mystery to moi

It was sort of an accidental thing when I started. When I first started, I didn't know what yoga was, I tagged along to a kiddie yoga class that my mom signed my brother up for. Yes, I no its strange for a Nigerian to do yoga lol. But it really does help. Raj Bhavsar used Bikram yoga to train for the Olympics. It does a lot more than relieve the mind and body. It helps tone you up too. Oh and it makes you feel an inch taller.
