olas2u:
Define violation?prove penetration?Do you think he penetrated, its difficult to prove the case since they are very young and he must have attempted with the consent of the 11 year old.
Sweetie, I don't know what prehistoric cave that you live in but there are ways to prove whether or not a rȧpe has occurred. No, it is not difficult to prove that any rȧpe occurred. When young children are rȧped, are rȧpe exams not done on the child to collect evidence? It's quite obvious that you don't know how to comprehend information. At what point in time did I mention or actually state that the boy rȧped the girl? All I said that they should follow protocols of the law (1) if forceful rȧpe occurred (2) if it was a consensual act. Now tell me, what part of that indicated or insinuated that I said the boy rȧped the girl? Had you not had your eyes on top of your head while you were reading my response, then perhaps you would have seen that. Since you seem to be so keen on proving the innocence of this boy in question, what makes you think that he must have had the consent of the girl?

samolina1:
Please poster where is this coming from? And i don't think a 13 years old boy can have very strong erection enough to pierce the womanliness. I dont think so, 'cos they are both underage. It's just kid play.
Whether or not the boy had a strong erection isn't the point. It can still occur. Believe it or not there are actual cases of young children rȧping other young children. Because the act is unthinkable at an age where a child is thought to possess some sort of innocence doesn't mean it's not true or that it cannot happen.

Ummm did the OP not ask a question? If you have nothing better to do with your time then please go elsewhere. I don't recall the OP being selective about who answers his/her question. If my response bothers you so much then feel free to roll your eyes, ṡhit your pants, have a ḅitch fit, or do whatever else you think will make you feel better for reading my response.

Somatic:
There's this issue I heard from a friend in the office. He said a thirteen year old boy violated an eleven year old girl. the boy has been detained for a while now. The parents of the girl are promising fire and brimstone esp. with the police. The police in question are not ready to release the boy until they have concluded "investigations", taken him to court and sentenced him promptly. I gather that he's still there.

Now please, as much as we must not condone illegality whoever may commit such, I wish to ask:
1. Can a thirteen year old be engaged in a crime of violation?
2. If yes, is violation bailable under law? Hear that the sentence for despoil is life imprisonment. True?
3. And do the police have the right to detain a thirteen year old considering the fact that he is a minor?

Please I need objective comments, with backing of statute. Lawyers and any one with a lil legal background preferable please.
1. Yes, a 13 yr old boy can be involved in rȧpe.

2. You didn't provided any information on where this incident took place, so I don't know how to answer that or what sort or answer to give you.

3. Detaining an individual would depend on a case by case basis. If it were forceful rȧpe, the answer is yes, the person should be detained regardless of their age and prosecuted within the fullest extent of the law. If it was a consensual act by both parties, I think what happens to the rȧpist would be on a case by case basis.

FamilyRe: I'm A Submissive Woman: What's Wrong With That? by InkedNerd(f): 8:11am On Apr 29, 2011
@OP: I personally don't find such gestures insulting. I actually think its quite refreshing when I see a guy doing that compared to what I've seen some guys here doing. I had a guy do the hand on back gesture a while and although I didn't think anything of it at the time, I didn't mind. Later on when I thought about it, I thought it was a cute gesture. You know, I've seen Russian men doing this as well. Although Russian men are at times known for having a stern demeanor, I've seen a more gentle side to them when it comes to women they about, whether it is their mother, wife, girlfriend, or sister. By the way, I'm not and will never be submissive. If you like submitting to a man then go right ahead.
I think the main thing is fairness.

If you don't like cooking, then fine, you'll be responsible for:
A) taking out the trash
B) fixing stuff that gets broken in the house
C) mowing the lawn (or paying the money for the lawn to be mowed, mulched, etc)
D) servicing the cars
E) dealing with the mechanic
F) dealing with the dude from Sears when the washing machine breaks down and needs to get fixed
G) changing lightbulbs
H) getting the hole in the wall fixed after one of the kids broke it
I) and all the other tasks that a man typically is supposed to do.
J) Supervising the construction workers who we hired to renovate the kitchen
K) And all the other tasks the man is responsible for

If a woman prefers being responsible for doing all of the above to cooking and cleaning, fine by me  smiley

All I know is that from observing how my own parents interact and the HEAVY amount of errands my mom makes me run when I'm in town supposed to be chillaxing, nobody can tell me I won't be working as hard as the other person in the relationship.
No problem, I'm all for compromise as long as I'm not told that it is my "job" to cook. By the way, you as a man are not responsible for all of those things wink There's more to you than servicing cars and fixing holes.

P.S.
I can do a couple of the things on the list grin
Then what is wrong with me just wanting to just work and spend my time out of work just doing stuff I like?  undecided If both sides play that game of self-centeredness, then the relationship will fall apart fast.

There has to be give and take here, there cannot be "me me me" and selfishness in a relationship.

Life cannot be about what you want only. Give and take + compromise has to be the way to do things.

Lol, yeah, for your own sake I'm glad you are joking wink
Hmmmm, nice answer.

Please bear me on my responses to you wink . . .

I wasn't trying to say that it should be a "me, me, me" situation. My questions are based on the notions that some men have that it is a woman's "place" to cook. I personally like your response, I find them to be quite refreshing compared to what I've seen from other men [not that I think you're all the same].

@Inked_Nerd: I'm sure your mother is versatile enough to work a full time job, run the house, take care of her kids too.

I'm not part of the "women should stay in the kitchen barefoot and pregnant" crowd, but there have to be limits here  undecided
Yes you're right, my mother does work full time and takes care of her kids. I don't know what you mean by "run the house" so I'm not gonna answer that one but what is so wrong is a woman just wants to work and raise children? When did that become a crime? What's wrong with a man doing the cooking, running the house, and taking care of the kids?

By the way, I know your not part of the "women should stay in the kitchen barefoot and pregnant" crowd. Don't worry, I wasn't grouping you with them wink

Even a stranger, if I have them in my house I'll offer them some food. Not to talk of your significant other. . .

Radical feminism is spoiling an entire generation of african women  sad
I wasn't talking about cooking for guests or hospitality. Besides, you can still show hospitality without you actually having to cook. Its not about radical feminism. Its seems like some of you men would just prefer if women stayed in the kitchen all together. What's wrong with a woman not cooking? Is that all we're good for? My mama didn't bring me into this world so I can cook and clean for a man.
