The 2 sites you quoted. They require 3 year address history which is impossible as Naija postcode system died a horrible death. Thus, you'll be stuck at that stage in registration and won't go forward.

There's nothing wrong with saying no to requests. If someone gets angry because I said I can't help them out, then that's more reason for me to not even be inclined to their requests.

If you have the bar , by all means, get you a car your spirit will be happy driving but I don't think people actually get bothered with what kinda car you're driving here (I may be wrong).

Sorry to be the bearer of bad news. The guy will have to go back to Austria to get citizenship and then come back to UK. For you to get permanent residence in The UK, you need to have a clean record. They will do a credit check and if they discover he has been involved in fraud, they will not grant him. If you have ordinary driving offences, it will have affect your application not to mention 40k wire.
