My husband is not the same man I fell in love with.

My husband changed totally after wedding day, in fact, it started on the wedding night and its giving me a lot of concern.

It's not that he is not talking to me or we are fighting, but he is not the cheerful happy person anymore.

After months of trying to get what the problem is, he finally opened up to me and I don't know what my fault is, I think he is overreacting.

My husband works in an insurance company and he is just a junior staff, he earns 150k per month, so he is not doing that bad.

When we wanted to get married, my dad wrote the wedding list and everything he would bring, when he saw them, he fumed that they were too much and they should reduce it but my dad insisted that he won't collect it twice, I also told him if he really loves me, he would provide them, he could get help from his family too, it is called bride price and other things, and it is once.

We had little issue then but he later resolved it.

He brought everything they ask him for

During the wedding, my parents told him to buy a cow, rent a hall and decorate it then they'll take care of other things. He said he didn't have money for a big hall and he would prefer a field ground but my dad insisted that rain could disrupt things and he has many people coming.

That almost cause issues too, I had to support him with 50k to get the hall because I know who my dad is, he won't back out.

I didn't know how he did it, he took the hall and designed it, he bought cow too.

His family brought food and everything went fine and that was it.

I don't know what was keeping him moody until he spoke up.

He said I couldn't fight for him, I was there supporting my parents and watch them extorting him, did I even know he had to collect loan to pay for those things?

I got angry because he used the word 'extorting'.

He was the one that wanted to have my hand in marriage and if he cherish me, he should do all they wanted since he is not paying twice.

After I said this, he stopped talking in the house, he comes home, eat and go to bed.

I tried talking to him but he would listen but not talk, he is cold to himself and prefer his privacy.

I don't like whats happening. My marriage is too young to be going through all these.

I was leaving with my uncle during my Primary school days. My uncle's wife discovered her 8k was missing. And all of a sudden the house was on fire. All eyes on me because I wasn't their child, only God knows their reasons Sha.
I felt so bad but couldn't say a word Kai.
I went into my room and knelt down on my knees praying to God to vindicate me.
Immediately I finished praying, before I came out of the room, their son was already confessing how he stole the money and hid it under a stone in school where he'll be spending gradually from the money.
I saw the disappointment in their faces and they try to play nice with me. I no even send anybody, I went back to my room.

My 18 year old fiancee (turning 19 in October), after constantly receiving physical abuses at home and no intention from her divorced parents to take her education serious, informed them she was leaving then she moved in with me voluntary on her own will, I am just a year older than her, I am 19 and turning 20 soon, I already proposed to her which she accepted earlier this year and she proposed the idea of court marriage to me, I made plans to prepare her and put her in school, we lived comfortably and fine without problems until her mother brought vigilantes to my residence, they beat me up with metals, heavy log of wood, they forced their way into my room took my two laptops, phone and tab, took my apple airpods pro, tore my shirt and paraded me on the streets like a criminal, threatened me with weapons and violence to unlock my phone, my mother and I were locked in a police cell for more than 24 hours, paid a lot of money as bail before we left.
Police kept beating my fiancee to reduce her age while writing her statement because her mother whom often abused her wanted to make a case to put me in prison. My fiancee was slapped by police officer and forced to make untrue statements but she didn't give in. My fiancee cried that she wanted to continually stay with me but she received beating for saying it, she cried and later revealed to me that a policeman attempted to rape her at the counter after sending out a junior officer, she even said the man was masturbating and cum. At the end of the day my left ear is blown and I can't hear from it, police forced me to write an undertaking to call off my relationship before letting me go on bail. My mother is not feeling fine after spending time in cell for what is not her business, Did I do any wrong allowing a lady who will be turning 19 soon come live in my residence out of her own free will? Is love a crime? We both thought we are adults capable of making our choices.

U are an adult doesn't mean u Should take someone's daughter in without informing the parents or asking for her hand in marriage.
