TOPIC: The Enemy Hates The Family Unit

Therefore a man shall leave his father and mother and be joined to his wife, and they shall become one flesh. And they were both naked, the man and his wife, and were not ashamed. Genesis 2:24‭-‬25

*Message*

The family unit is a very powerful one in a class of its own. Get the family right, you will get the society right. Before a child can grow into interacting with other mind-shaping agencies (like media, peers, school, etc) the child first and foremost interacts with his or her family at an innocent level. The family is a very powerful force, and this is one of the reasons the enemy is vehemently attacking families and destroying divine family structures.

In the wisdom of God, He has put in place a formidable structure upon which the beauty of a family will be maximized for His Glory. First, a man (a male gender) will marry a woman (a female) under the right circumstances.

Talking about the right circumstances, we are saying there are already structures that will take care of at least the basic needs of the new family - including shelter, food, and clothing. Also, the couple isn't defiling the marriage bed by engaging in immoral sexual activities before tying the knot.

Then, there should be approval of the new family from key members of their existing family community. The couple should also have a resolve to stay married. That's why it's always necessary to first take time to study themselves for some time and determine if they can be fine together. But then, the fact remains that they can't exhaust knowing each other even in 20 years. Hence, once it's obvious that they have the same direction and mindset about the important things in life, and there is maturity to accommodate each other's flaws with love, then they should be fine.

As married couples, they are expected to adhere to a great wisdom given by the Innovator behind the marriage institution (God Himself), which says:

"Wives, submit to your own husbands, as to the Lord. For the husband is head of the wife, as also Christ is head of the church; and He is the Savior of the body. Therefore, just as the church is subject to Christ, so let the wives be to their own husbands in everything. Husbands, love your wives, just as Christ also loved the church and gave Himself for her, that He might sanctify and cleanse her with the washing of water by the word, that He might present her to Himself a glorious church, not having spot or wrinkle or any such thing, but that she should be holy and without blemish. So husbands ought to love their own wives as their own bodies; he who loves his wife loves himself. For no one ever hated his own flesh, but nourishes and cherishes it, just as the Lord does the church. Ephesians 5:22‭-‬29

But these are the configurations the enemy is attacking today as far as the family structure is concerned, and the aim is to make the family unit as weak as possible due to the powerful potential embedded in it to wreak havoc on the kingdom of darkness. The enemy wants folks of the same gender to get married. The enemy wants divorce to be the other of the day. The enemy wants men, who are meant to be leaders and priests of the home, to lose their manliness and become weak. And many more, which are obvious today.

A proper family that is thriving in accordance with God's divine injunctions will keep generating enough force to pull down the strongholds of darkness in our societies. They will produce offspring that God can utilize to enact His purposes on the earth realm.

Today, take time to pray for the family unit, and ask the LORD to keep frustrating all the efforts of the enemy over our families.

TOPIC: Chase God's Heart (Part 3)

So David said to Nathan, “I have sinned against the Lord.” And Nathan said to David, “The Lord also has put away your sin; you shall not die. II Samuel 12:13

*Message*

From the opening verses of Isaiah 11, we start seeing the picture of the configurations of the LORD's Messiah. After exploring the operations of the anointing of the Holy Ghost upon Him, we were then told that:

"His delight is in the fear of the Lord, And He shall not judge by the sight of His eyes, Nor decide by the hearing of His ears". (vs 3). So, amid the richness of the divine abundance where He flourishes from, the fear of the Lord is paramount to Him.

The Messiah is a perfect pattern for the operations of a kingship that pleased the LORD. Hence, one of the reasons King David got things right was his priority to the fear of the Lord. From David's case, it's obvious God's mercies are available for our shortcomings as He understands our imperfections. However, when we truly fear the Lord and He sees our holy reverence of Him to govern our affairs, it is easy to become God's close friend.

So, when Saul sinned against God, God removed him afterwards. After David sinned against God, God embraced him afterwards. Why? It is because David acknowledged his sins due to the fear of God residing inside of him. This is also evident in the fact that he sought repentance immediately.

Thus, David as a king feared God and ruled with the fear of God - and this pleased God.

*As believers bent on pleasing the LORD at all times, give great priority to the fear of the LORD and let your holy reverence of Him shape the way you think, act, and interact with the world. Indeed, you will stand out from the crowd, and God can boast of you to satan that "This is one of my children whom I so much love".*

Pray for a revival of the fear of the LORD.

TOPIC: Chase God's Heart (Part 2)

As the deer pants for the water brooks, So pants my soul for You, O God. Psalms 42:1

*Message*

Following a careful study of the man David, you will also see how he followed God wholeheartedly. Here is a man who was found to have a penchant for placing God's will above his own. King David was always interested in the things of God, so much so that he couldn't hold back his excitement when it was about going to the house of God and his deep affection for the place.

Also, David stood out as a man always eager to know God's will before he took any steps. In 1 Samuel 30, we read some profound stuff there. So, while David and his men were out of town, the enemy army invaded their space, burnt down everything, and took their wives and children away as captives. When David and his men returned, they saw the devastating situation and everyone started wailing. And while David himself also needs comfort, since his family was also kidnapped, this was what happened:

"David was greatly distressed, for the people spoke of stoning him, because the soul of all the people was grieved, every man for his sons and his daughters." I Samuel 30:6

Just imagine that! In such a hostile condition, he should simply have hurriedly mobilized his warriors to instantly chase the enemy. But rather than angrily chasing after the enemy at that point, he decided to chase after God's heart to know God's will. He strengthened himself in the Lord his God and, "David inquired of the Lord, saying, “Shall I pursue this troop? Shall I overtake them?” And He answered him, “Pursue, for you shall surely overtake them and without fail recover all.” (vs8).

So, if God had told David, "No, wait till tomorrow", David would have still obeyed God even if it meant being stoned by the people. He would rather obey God than be popular and loved by the people, unlike Saul who was vehemently concerned with pleasing his subjects over pleasing God.

*Dear believer, like David, God expects that you give Him your all at all times and ensure you place your will under God's will every day. Whatever God wants becomes what you want; anything God doesn't want, you ignore.*

So, if you have an interest in pursuing something (a career, relationship, etc) and God said 'I don't like this', then you have to drop such pursuits. And on the other hand, if you don't have an interest in something and God says 'I want you to go after this', then you need to go after it. These are the things David did in his successful attempts to pant after God's heart.

TOPIC: Chase God's Heart (Part 1)

And when He had removed him, He raised up for them David as king, to whom also He gave testimony and said, ‘I have found David the son of Jesse, a man after My own heart, who will do all My will.’ Acts 13:22

*Message*

David is always a role model, and he is one of the most important personalities we see in the Bible. Here is a common shepherd who rose to become Israel's greatest king; he became a Patriarch who is worthy of emulation even today.

We see God repeatedly referring to David as a man after His own Heart. This is profound since it came from the mouth of the LORD Himself directly. The fact that he could achieve such a feat in spite of the limitations of his dispensation is something that should make this ancient Jewish king a good man to study even in our contemporary dispensation as Christians. Hence, if we give good attention to some of the things he did that earned him that honorable divine title, Christians today can learn a thing or two.

Check through the pages of the scriptures, and it will become glaring that David properly positioned himself to win God's heart by his faithful commitment to keeping God's commandments. "...and yet you have not been as My servant David, who kept My commandments and who followed Me with all his heart, to do only what was right in My eyes." I Kings 14:8. David was a dogged lover of God's law and he made God's law his close companion.

When the children of Israel were yet to enter the promised land, even many years before David was born, God knew His people would demand a king someday, and He gave them certain principles for kingship (Deuteronomy 17:14-20). Amongst other things, the LORD instructed:

“When he sits on the throne of his kingdom, that he shall write for himself a copy of this law in a book, from the one before the priests, the Levites. And it shall be with him, and he shall read it all the days of his life, that he may learn to fear the Lord his God and be careful to observe all the words of this law and these statutes, that his heart may not be lifted above his brethren, that he may not turn aside from the commandment to the right hand or to the left, and that he may prolong his days in his kingdom, he and his children in the midst of Israel."

Whilst a man like Saul and several other Jewish kings didn't take this seriously, King David carefully adhered, and it contributed greatly to his success as a king, as well as his relationship with God.

As Christians today, we need to know the importance of heeding God's word and doing His Will in our day-to-day living. While God loves everyone in Christ Jesus, those who are committed to obeying His commandments passionately at all times have a unique spot in His heart. And following King David's footsteps, you need to be a lover of God's word (both the written Word and the spoken Word).

*Give great priority to studying the bible regularly. Always ask the Holy Spirit to help you understand and live by it, and you are on your way to having a unique spot in God's heart like David.*

Today, ask the LORD for a deeper craving for His word.

TOPIC: The Flesh Is Still Weak

So it was, as she spoke to Joseph day by day, that he did not heed her, to lie with her or to be with her. Genesis 39:10

*Message*

Given the right circumstances, anyone (irrespective of how strong and anointed you think you are) can do something stupid and sinful. Wisdom then demands that you avoid those circumstances and situations that can lure you into defilement and wrongdoings.

In 2 Samuel chapter 11, the Bible recounts the story of David, Bathsheba, and Uriah. King David committed adultery with Bathsheba and eventually killed her husband after discovering she was pregnant. But we could see that the issue started because he permitted a situation where it was difficult for him to not sin.

In verse 2, the King was casually walking on the roof of the Palace when he saw a woman bathing in a nearby house. But verse 1 revealed that this was "the time when kings go out to battle". Thus, David would have avoided such a tempting situation should he have been at the right place he ought to be at that time - the battlefield.

*It doesn't matter how much love you have for God, always remember you still have a flesh that is weak and that craves doing what is wrong. And when you place yourself in certain tempting circumstances and situations, it is extremely difficult not to commit sin.*

Joseph knew this, hence was able to remain pure despite the advances from his master's wife. The Bible says Joseph did not only heed her, but he also did not "be with her". In other words, Joseph kept avoiding being around her, because he wouldn't trust his weak flesh, knowing fully well that if he permitted the right alluring circumstances, he could throw decency into the wind and sleep with her willingly.

There are numerous people who love the Lord sincerely but have fallen into dirty errors because of what we are discussing today. There are young folks who innocently see nothing wrong with sleeping on the same bed with a member of the opposite gender who isn't their married spouse nor blood siblings, and one of those days, they couldn't hold back from doing something immoral on the bed. This could have been avoided if they had avoided circumstances that contained the ability to pull them into wrongdoings in the first place. Don't overrate your self-discipline - the flesh is still weak.

I place my confidence in the Wisdom of God and lean to His direction, and not on the flesh of man that fails. In Jesus Name

TOPIC: The House That Houses The Way To Hell

Her house is the way to hell, Descending to the chambers of death. Proverbs 7:27 NKJV

*Message*

In ensuring you won't defile yourself with what the Holy Spirit doesn't like, you have to always intentionally avoid places with the inherent ability to lure you into sin. While God is everywhere, He chose not to manifest everywhere. There are certain demonic-infested places with erotic atmospheres (night clubs, brothels, lousy night parties, drinking bars, etc) that are satan's domain. God hates such places as they are dirty, and you being a child of God should have nothing to do around them for your own good.

In Proverbs 7, the wise writer was describing an incident where a harlot was wooing a young man for immoral purposes. From verse 6, the writer describes the numerous attempts and strategies the seductress employed in successfully luring the poor guy. For instance, she invested and dressed erotically, she gave him an enticing speech, etc. But all of her actions wouldn't have achieved her desired results if he hadn't agreed to go to her house.

"...he went after her (to her house), as an ox goes to the slaughter..." Proverbs 7:22

Her house is the house of sin, where the way of hell resides. This is the devil's domain where folks who patronize the pleasures therein bow to him and become his slaves. Unfortunately, the devil is a terrible master. Go to his domain to get pleasures that last for just 5 seconds, and he forces you to trade your soul as payment.

Hence, don't visit places and venues where God is not glorified, and flee from the house of sin. This also applies to those in a romantic boyfriend-girlfriend relationship. Since being alone in a closed room will prompt you and the other person to engage in sinful sexual acts, then that room is also a house that leads to hell. Hence, avoid such settings.

As a believer, give priority to Christian gatherings, as well as other great locations (such as productive seminars and workshops) that help you positively in life.

Your word is a lamp to my feet and a light to my path. My feet won't be found on pathways that don't glorify God.

TOPIC: Don't Put Fire In Your Bosom By Mixing With The Wrong People

Watch and pray, lest you enter into temptation. The spirit indeed is willing, but the flesh is weak." Matthew 26:41

*Message*

One of the reasons you must avoid having intimate relationships with folks who won't subscribe to the righteous ways of the LORD is that they can always make themselves available as agents of temptation and sway you out of God's perfect Will.

*Temptation is usually the gateway to sin. It is usually utilized by the devil as a vehicle that transports us into doing what is wrong in God's sight. And we should know that sin is deadly, with both immediate consequences (which hurt one's body while still on earth) and eternal consequences (sending one to eternal damnation in hell).*

Hence, when it comes to temptation, since the flesh is weak courtesy of the fall of Man in the Garden of Eden, we need God's help to remain standing above temptation (Matthew 6:13). However, when Jesus said "Watch and pray", it means even while relying on God's unfailing grace to keep overcoming sin, we also have our own parts to play.

Therefore, you must avoid people who can make you fall into temptation, and have no intimate relationship with such. After all, "what fellowship has righteousness with lawlessness? And what communion has light with darkness?" (II Corinthians 6:14).

It is wrong for a believer to keep finding solace with folks whose lifestyles promote sin and who have a penchant for luring others into temptation. You need to avoid such people. You shouldn't allow folks who encourage you to do stuff contrary to God's Will, either directly or indirectly.

As a Christian, you shouldn't be too intimate with individuals who see nothing wrong with doing bad things and whose lifestyle is not in conformity with God's Word. Rather, if you are genuine, you will befriend God-fearing Christian brethren. These ones will always influence you positively if need be. If you have issues making friends amongst Christian brethren, then there might be something wrong with you. But remember this warning, "Can a man take fire in his bosom, And his clothes not be burned? Can one go upon hot coals, And his feet not be burned?" (Proverbs 6:27‭-‬28).

Father, in the Name of Jesus, I walk in wisdom in my dealings with people, and I won't befriend anyone who will lead me into error.

TOPIC: Parallel Lines

Do not be unequally yoked together with unbelievers. For what fellowship has righteousness with lawlessness? And what communion has light with darkness? II Corinthians 6:14 NKJV

*Message*

In today's liberal world, it appears several Christians are willing to ignore some parts of scripture and live for fun with reckless abandon. In 2 Corinthians chapter 6, from verse 14 to the 18th verse, Apostle Paul by the Holy Spirit gave some guidelines that should govern our relational affairs in whichever society we found ourselves as Christians:

"Do not be unequally yoked together with unbelievers. For what fellowship has righteousness with lawlessness? And what communion has light with darkness? And what accord has Christ with Belial? Or what part has a believer with an unbeliever? And what agreement has the temple of God with idols? For you are the temple of the living God. As God has said: “I will dwell in them And walk among them. I will be their God, And they shall be My people.” Therefore “Come out from among them And be separate, says the Lord. Do not touch what is unclean, And I will receive you.” “I will be a Father to you, And you shall be My sons and daughters, Says the Lord Almighty.”

Unfortunately, today, in a worldly-sponsored liberal style, several believers see nothing wrong with intimate relationships with unbelievers and folks who are living contrary to God's Will. But what fellowship has righteousness with lawlessness? And what communion has light with darkness? These are parallel lines. There is an identity problem in the first place, as many Christians don't even know who they are.

Indeed, as a child of God, you should love everyone regardless of where they are currently. As a light in a dark world, you are expected to take the light of Christ to folks still languishing in darkness and bring them into the marvelous light too. However, you must not compromise to their corrupt standards and paths for whatever reason.

Like Jesus, you can relate with people out there at a superficial level, but with carefully spelt out aims and boundaries, while your intimate circle consists of believers of like minds. Jesus had an honorable relationship with everyone as far as the person is cool with Him. Indeed, God can use anybody (even unbelievers) to open doors for you, as long as a good relationship is intact with the person. However, all of these should simply be at a general level and you shouldn't allow an unbeliever to have access to your intimate space so much so they start influencing you negatively.

*Remember, we, as sons and daughters of God, are not called to be liberal like the world, but to adhere to the precepts of the Kingdom as established by our KING. Don't be part of the company of the numerous worldly but Christianity-professing folks who are interested in "church things" while still holding on to anti-scriptural standards. Don't be driven by your emotions, but be led by the Spirit and guide your affairs with kingdom principles. The way of the kingdom is still a narrow path.*

TOPIC: Beware Of What You Consume On The Internet

Above all else, guard your heart, for everything you do flows from it. Proverbs 4:23

*Message*

For obvious reasons, each day, the online space is always saturated with numerous people from different parts of the world, and it is a very powerful space that can influence you in no small measure. Hence, as Christians who are citizens of Zion, we need to be very careful with the online space, since a large chunk is bent on fighting anything God.

So, you must be always careful with the things you consume when engaging the internet, particularly social media. There is a demonic intelligent strategy that sponsors contents meant to stylishly drain faith in God from the heart of people.

Right now, you see many 'intelligent' individuals who are either proving God doesn't exist or churning content that encourages doing life without Him. For many internet consumers, as they keep consuming such things, they can start doubting all they know about God, including His existence.

What you should know is that several atheism-inclined content creators are actually demonized hypocrites who, in their personal lives, interact with the supernatural realm in a dark form. I had an experience many years ago. There is a lady I know, very beautiful, educated, and posh. But her lifestyle indicates that she doesn't place value on the existence of God.

This young lady was cohabiting with her boyfriend until both quarreled, and the man sent her out of his house. As the man was bringing out her belongings from her space in his apartment, lo and behold, he started seeing fetish things (gourds and those stuffs) and everyone was surprised. Here is an educated woman who doesn't seem to recognize God!

So, it is true that many of those intelligent folks on the internet who hate anything related to God and His ways are actually engaging in demonic stuff behind closed doors. They are only being led and inspired to do the things they do by the demons they carry.

*Thus, it is dangerous to keep exposing yourself to what they represent online and to keep consuming their content. As a Christian, you should spend more time engaging in spiritual things (praying, studying the Bible, singing high praises to the Lord, etc) than having fun on the internet. You can always maximize the internet to please the LORD by giving more attention to edifying content and also producing stuff that glorifies JESUS which other internet users can consume too.*

I give greater priority to the things of the Spirit above the fading pleasures of bodily entertainment.

TOPIC: Love Still Lives

The Lord has appeared of old to me, saying: “Yes, I have loved you with an everlasting love; Therefore with lovingkindness I have drawn you. (Jeremiah 31:3)

*Message:*

For various reasons, a lot of people keep doubting the existence of true love, since what is prominent in our world is lust, selfishness, deceit, hypocrisy, and the likes. However, from the scriptures, there have been proofs upon proofs that true love exists.

First of all, remember that God, the Supreme Creator is All-powerful and can do anything and everything. However, one of the most prominent expressions of God is Love. In fact, God is Love personified. Yes, God is Love. And since it is true that God exists, then it is true that Love exists. The existence of the True God is the existence of True Love.

A vivid proof that God has been showing, and will keep showing true love, can be found in John 3:16 -

"For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life."

God so loved the world (which includes you) way before you were born. God knows you before you were born, and He has been showing you love even before you were born. An expression of His love revolves around how He safeguarded you while you were in your mother's womb, and has blessed you with the gift of life to remain alive till today.

So, you are not loveless. You might have passed through different incidents that have made you doubt the existence of true love (hated, being deceived, taken for granted, jilted, betrayed, etc.). But I want you to know that even till this moment, God, your Creator is vehemently in love with you.

What is the proof of love? What is love without giving?

"For God so loved the world that He GAVE His only begotten Son..."

So, God put His Love for you into action by giving you the best Gift ever: He gave you Himself in Christ Jesus.

Wow!

Since humankind has embraced sin and death, God proved He didn't hate us by still deciding to come into the flesh to die for our sins! Wow!

*True Love is when Jesus Christ decides to die for undeserving folks like you and me. "But God demonstrates His own love toward us, in that while we were still sinners, Christ died for us." (Romans 5:*

So, how should you respond to this love being shown you by God? Accept His Gift!

"...that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life."

Everywhere I go, I'm conscious of the Father's love for me. It doesn't matter what comes my way, I will never forget how true it is that God loves me, and I have proof in Christ Jesus. Amen.

*Message*


Some months back (specifically on 16th January 2024), there was an explosion in the city of Ibadan, Western Nigeria, that vehemently shook some parts of the city, and something got me thinking.

One of the WhatsApp groups where I usually share our daily devotional - Wisdom For Destiny Daily Devotional, is one filled with students from the Federal University in the city. After the terrifying explosion, I observed I'd been tagged by someone on this particular group, and I opened it to see what was going on.

It happened that different folks in the group had been expressing their fears and how scared they were, then someone said (maybe jokingly) "Are you sure this is not the rapture? Where is that guy that usually shares morning sermons here (meaning, if it was the rapture, that guy, which is me, should have exited this earth". Then someone tagged me.

It was kinda funny, but later in the night, it called for deep reflections. Apparently, these guys see me as a rapturable Christian. That is, if the rapture should take place today, they expect not to find me on earth again. Then I asked myself, "What if the rapture takes place and they still found you around, that you didn't leave with other saints because you probably have a secret sin you still hold on to". The answer is obvious, I will be ridiculed and ashamed.

Hence, I decided to write again to fellow Christians (particularly ministers of the gospel) whom the world regards as a serious believer who shouldn't be found on earth when it's confirmed that the rapture had taken place. If the trumpet gets blown and you are left behind, the unbelievers that will remain with you will mock you severely, insisting that you are not even who and what you portrayed yourself to be.

Hence, dear Christian, dear minister, you can't afford to be left behind when the rapture happens! If there is still a secret sin you still hold on to, declare a state of emergency on your life right now and get all the help you need to break free. It is risky to be left behind when other saints are ascending to meet the Lord Jesus in the skies.

"Then we who are alive and remain shall be caught up together with them in the clouds to meet the Lord in the air. And thus we shall always be with the Lord." I Thessalonians 4:17

The Rapture of the Saints, a supernatural flight, is upon us. True Saints in Christ, both dead and living, will be supernaturally transported to a place in the skies where we will have a great deal of fellowship with the LORD Jesus. The Rapture (from the Latin verb 'rapere', which means 'to transport from one place to another') is the catching up of all believers for a glorious meeting with Christ in the air.

*The Saints are those who have accepted Jesus Christ as the Lord and Savior of their lives and are living to please Him in spirit and in truth. The Saints are those living a CONSISTENT holy and godly lifestyle, perfecting holiness in the fear of God. They are the ones who will be transformed to meet Jesus in the air, while unbelievers (including folks who claim to know Christ but are actually not His) will be left behind.*

If you are a Christian, keep asking the LORD to help you live for Him in an acceptable manner. If you are yet to accept Jesus as Lord and Savior, do so now before it's too late. Ask Jesus for mercy, and He will come to you.

TOPIC: What Was The Best Gift You Have Received Since You Were Born?

James 1:17 NKJV

Every good gift and every perfect gift is from above, and comes down from the Father of lights, with whom there is no variation or shadow of turning.


*Message*


The best gifts a person on earth must have received must be eternal in nature (such gifts must have eternity significance) and not subjected to degradation by the corruption of this temporal imperfect world.

The best gifts I've received since I was born were from God, characterized by eternal relevance (in other words, the gifts have eternity significance).

The best gifts I received from the LORD were eternal life, served on the platform of His pure Love through faith in Christ Jesus, activated by the Holy Ghost. It opened the doors to several other divine gifts, including His ever soothing Presence that refreshes me and makes me immune from the pangs of this worn-out earth, as well as other spiritual gifts to be empowered for the work of ministry and promote the beautiful agenda of His glorious kingdom.

Let me show you the significance of these gifts.

John 3:16 says - ‬‬
For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life.

First, God had offered to an undeserving world the gift of His pure Love.

Take note of the fact that sin redesigned the destiny of the earth and its inhabitants to go the way of doom and perishing.

There are two folds of perishing:

1. Perishing On Earth
Characterized by continuous degradation of the quality of life, and being weak to become all that one has been destined to be.
Look around your society, many folks are perishing under the burdens of sin, satan, self, sickness, poverty, death, hell, and other negative stuff.

2. Perishing Into Eternity
Once a person dies without doing the needful (making things right with God and accepting His offer of love), such will use his or her own legs to embrace the paths of perishing in hell and the lake of fire burning with brimstone (Revelation 19:20; 20:10, 15).

God's Gift Of Eternal Life

The antidote of having to settle for the ugly paths of perishing on earth and into eternity is being injected with eternal life, through faith in Christ Jesus.

*Eternal life is the very life of God, and its composition is eternally potent to make you live above self, sin, satan, sickness, poverty, hell, curses, etc.*

What better gift is there to these?

TOPIC: Don't Waste The Gift Of Life

Jeremiah 10:23 NKJV
O Lord, I know the way of man is not in himself; It is not in man who walks to direct his own steps.

*Message*

I welcome you to a brand new day and month. You see, many people had the desire to see today, but unfortunately, they couldn't, and they are now buried in the grave. In fact, some very wealthy persons can afford to pay billions in exchange for life, but since it's impossible, they are currently dead and are decaying already.

God has been good and kind to you and has granted you the Gift of Life once again. Hence, wisdom demands that you appreciate the LORD for this and thank Him for His goodness. Actually, your being alive is not a result of your carefulness or health consciousness. This is true because even many experts in the medical world helplessly died prematurely.

*One fundamental way to show your appreciation to God is by deciding to give your all to Him and decide to please Him in all ways. This includes making the decision to do away with sinful acts that defile you and make God sad*.

You should know that God has a good purpose for giving you the grace to be alive today. God's Will is that before the end of today, you would have developed an enhanced relationship with Him, and get closer to Him. This can only be possible by surrendering your all to Christ.

*Thus, if you are yet to do so, you must make Jesus Christ your Lord and Savior. Simply call upon Jesus wherever you are, and ask Him into your life. The Bible says "For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life" (John 3:16)*

Take the necessary steps to grow in the things of the Spirit (study the Bible, pray regularly, attend a Bible-believing Church) and God will be pleased with you for utilizing this Gift of Life according to His Will.

Hence, if at the end of today, you couldn't satisfy God's purpose (of getting closer to Him), then you have simply wasted the Gift of Life. Please, don't waste the Gift of Life. God bless you.

TOPIC: The Sweet Things Of God's Blessings

The blessing of the Lord makes one rich, And He adds no sorrow with it.

*Message*

The blessings of God find expression in sweet ways upon a blessed person. As folks with a dominion mandate, we need resources to exercise true dominion on earth. It is God's Will that we prosper in all things and have abundance. This will empower us to bring about His Will in whatever capacity He has called us.

Prosperity is a tool that can be used to advance what is in the heart of God for you in the space He has ordained for you. Poverty and lack are ugly and are never God's Will for us. There are people with a message for their generation but die with it because they don't have the resources needed to birth their destiny.

As you embrace the blessings of God via engaging kingdom principles that bring God's blessings, one of the immediate results you will embrace is favor. Favour is an attractive supernatural garment that comes upon you, and makes people (both mortals and immortals) find pleasure in blessing you and ensuring your well-being and progress.

People will always be ready and eager to bless you and go out of their way to ensure your well-being and progress. Favor compels people to make you their preference. There's something wrong if you have to sweat to get all you have.

Even of Jesus it was said, "And Jesus increased in wisdom and stature, and in favor with GOD and men." Luke 2:52

*Jesus would have been limited if He only increased in wisdom and stature. But note that He had favor "with GOD and men" and was aptly empowered to fulfill His ministry.*

TOPIC: Practise Kingdom Principles

My people are destroyed for lack of knowledge.

*Message*

It is possible to be committed to the things of God and still live below your potential. There have been people who gave their time and energy to GOD and His works, and they still lived their lives being traumatized by creation, under poverty, sickness, curses, etc. Usually, this is because they are ignorant of the things they should have known that would have given them the dominion they deserve.


*The LORD Himself said "My people perish for lack of knowledge" (Hosea 4:6). Emphasis on 'My people'. Meaning, they are His, but they still end up on the path that is not God's Will for them, because they failed to recognize the knowledge they should have engaged. And while GOD is not happy with this, it's not His fault.*

It's possible to be a committed Christian and still be as poor as a church rat, or be battered by sickness, particularly if the person failed to engage necessary principles already put in place by GOD. It's one of the importance of devoting yourself to learning specific principles from God's Word that can empower your advantage on earth.

Sure, when a person is so committed to the things of God, even while ignorant of certain important kingdom principles, the Spirit would faithfully play His role in drawing your attention to these things. He will even make attempts to give you instructions just to ensure you engage these principles. But then, it's left to you to put your hands on them.

As you explore God's Word today, ask the Holy Spirit to open your eyes to what kingdom principle you should give greater priority to in this season of life for your empowerment.

*The Word of GOD is a great blessing to us. If we live in accordance with His precepts, we become wise, and we enjoy eternal life. The Bible should be given greater priority above all other opinions and thoughts. Also, be always eager to hear what God is saying to you per time. You will keep experiencing true peace and prosperity.*

*In an imperfect world filled with headaches and heartaches, we can always soar above its negativity to flourish in the realities of eternity, on the platform of hope and faith, drawing strength and vitality that makes us invincible to the pangs attached to earth due to its yielding to sin and darkness. This is when we as believers can truly gain an advantage to be light and salt to a bland world.*

*GOD is not myopic. Rather, He has prepared glorious things for us beyond time and this brief corrupt world. We are aware that when we die, or when Jesus Christ comes back again, we will be alive with Him in eternity, and we will enjoy glory and bliss forever more! Glory to God!*

Remember, only those who have embraced Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior (and are living a life of holiness) will get to heaven, while sinners will walk into eternal trouble. Appreciate GOD for giving us Jesus Christ to take us to eternal peace.

I have rejoiced in the way of Your testimonies, As much as in all riches.

*Message*

It takes a revelation of the preciousness of the word of God to ensure we give it the right priority and therefore maximize its accompanying blessings. When you have a proper revelation of His Word, you will keep seeing that it is always pricelessly well above anything material.

Basically, the zeal accorded to God's Word reveals the extent to the revelation we have of its preciousness.

The TPT version of Psalms 119:14 states - "I find more joy in following what you tell me to do than in chasing after all the wealth of the world."

As a person explore God's Word, they can easily know that they are touching depths when they keep clashing with joy from what they behold.

The next verse goes thus:
"I will meditate on Your precepts, And contemplate Your ways." (Psalms 119:15).

It is a very healthy habit for a believer to meditate on God's word. While at it, you can see things the way God sees them, and you can configure an experience of walking in God's way and divine principles even in your divine meditations. This is the way of divinity.

*Generally, if we can live our lives in complete obedience to what God is saying and has said in the scripture of truth, our individual lives and collective societies will experience true peace and prosperity.*

TOPIC: Dominion As Kings And Priests

Then God said, “Let Us make man in Our image, according to Our likeness; let them have dominion over the fish of the sea, over the birds of the air, and over the cattle, over all the earth and over every creeping thing that creeps on the earth.”

*Message*

*Humans were created by the Creator to have dominion over creation as a gesture of His endless and unmerited love and goodness. To make this a reality, He configured Man to sustain a posture - Priesthood and Kingship.*

As long as Adam was faithful to Priesthood (standing before the glory of God and excavating essence from the realm of the Spirit), he will continue to flawlessly exercise rulership on earth with no issues whatsoever.

Unfortunately, we lost this when Adam and Eve sinned in the Garden of Eden. But Jesus Christ came to restore the Authority we lost (John 1:12).

One of the blessings of faith in Christ Jesus is how our eyes are opened to the divine protocols attached to owning dominion and exercising rulership on the earth realm. Hence, we know that it is an aberration to be a slave to sin, sickness, poverty, satan, hell, and other negative things.

It is necessary to always remember that the way to have true dominion is to ensure an intimate righteous relationship with God, which is what empowers us to rule as kings and priests.

"And (Jesus Christ) have made us kings and priests to our God; and we shall reign on the earth" Revelation 5:10.

Jesus makes us. If He doesn't make a person, such can not amount to anything significant. As you join yourself continuously with Him in faithfulness to your priesthood responsibilities, you will keep enjoying all it takes to live as a royalty on earth.

This is your destiny - but it can only be a reality in Christ Jesus.

TOPIC: Break Your Dirty Addictions - You Are Stronger Than You Think

MESSAGE

The Will of God is that we live holy just as He is Holy. Without holiness, we can't please Him, and we can't walk with Him in an acceptable manner. While a human being is spirit, soul and body, we know that the very weak state of the fallen nature of man keeps infesting the body and soul of many with dirty things that disrupt their perfect communion with the LORD.

So, several folks are currently addicted to all manner of dirty things ranging from pornography, lying, masturbation, etc, and are still slaves to what they know is making them vulnerable to be plundered massively by the devil.

Fortunately, you don't have to remain a slave to any dirty addiction, as the LORD, in the scripture, has given the victory.

"...because you are strong, and the word of God abides in you, and you have overcome the wicked one" 1 John 2:14

Simple: The Word of God gives the victory!

The Word of GOD is all you need to establish a right relationship with God your Maker, where you will be empowered to overcome anything evil. And I'm delighted to announce to you that Jesus Christ is the Word of GOD. Allow Jesus to dwell richly in you if you want to overcome any dirty addictions.

So, you will make the best decision when you decide to embrace Jesus Christ as LORD and Saviour of your life. Also, the LORD has made Himself so accessible through the written word of God (the Bible). Hence, ensure you constantly saturate yourself with scriptures, and your spirit and soul will always be empowered to live above the lust of the flesh.

Finally, avoid feeding your flesh with lustful things (romantic movies and novels, bad songs, interacting with bad friends, and so on).

*Remember, the LORD your Good Father has given you all it takes to overcome the evil one with all of his dirty things. But this can only be possible when you have a righteous relationship with God in Christ Jesus, where you become empowered by the Holy Spirit.*

TOPIC: Adding Flavour To A Bitter World

[13] “You are the salt of the earth; but if the salt loses its flavor, how shall it be seasoned? It is then good for nothing but to be thrown out and trampled underfoot by men.

*Message*

If you belong to a healthy Christian community, it is expected that you are encouraged to evangelize our Christ and bring the dark world into the Light of God. Several channels, ways, and methods are usually explored to make our evangelistic activities as effective and efficient as possible.

Now, it is also important that you give great priority to having a fine character in your society as a Christian interested in bringing others into the glorious light of the kingdom of God through faith in Christ Jesus.

You know, several other religions thrive on force and violence - but Jesus conquered the world with Love. He was greatly admired and known as a Man of perfect character. As believers, you can easily win and convince those around you (your neighbors, co-workers, co-students, etc) into the fold of Christ with your beautiful character.

Your lovely character can influence a hard and cold world to honor your invitation to Church, to listen to your message, etc.

An easy way to be a person of fine character is simply possessing and exhibiting the fruits of the Spirit, as highlighted in Galatians chapter 5 verses 22 and 23 - "love, joy, peace, long-suffering, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, and self-control"

*The world is a bitter place already due to the activities of evil that crept into the earth courtesy of the fall of man in the Garden of Eden. As carriers of eternal life, we are the salt of the earth and must thus add divine flavor to our societies - this is how they can see that the Lord has not given up on sinful earth.*

TOPIC: Don't Hoard The Blessings Of God

"Go therefore and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, teaching them to observe all things that I have commanded you; and lo, I am with you always, even to the end of the age. Amen" Matthew 28:19,20

*Message*

As believers of Jesus Christ, we have received the greatest Gift ever: Eternal Life Through Faith In Christ Jesus, Empowered by the Holy Ghost. The Spirit of the God of the Universe abides in us, and we are the most blessed and most fortunate of all men. Glory to God!

Now, don't hoard the blessing you have received as a Christian, but be determined to share it with the world. Good news can't be contained, and we find great pleasure in talking about it. Christians have a divine responsibility of telling the world the Good News of God's Grace - how God Himself came to the world in the flesh to reconcile humanity back to Himself and save us from the terrible afflictions of sin, satan and hell.

The Good News is that through Jesus Christ, any human (irrespective of how dirty they have been living), can become a bonafide child of the Almighty God, and can maintain a pleasurable relationship with YAHWEH, which empowers them to have dominion over creation.


The last words of a person are usually very significant. And in the Bible, we saw the very last words of JESUS to His disciples before His departure:

*"Go therefore and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, teaching them to observe all things that I have commanded you; and lo, I am with you always, even to the end of the age. Amen" Matthew 28:19,20*

It is then obvious that the most important thing to Jesus is getting people into His Kingdom, and this must be our own greatest priority too as His children.

TOPIC: Who Told You Are Naked?

‭‭Genesis 3:11 NKJV‬‬
[11] And He said, “Who told you that you were naked? Have you eaten from the tree of which I commanded you that you should not eat?”


*Message*

In Genesis 3 verse 11, God asked Adam a question: "Who told you that you were naked"?

Let's start from the beginning.

Before God created humans, God has always existed gloriously in eternity. If God has decided to not create humans (or anything at all), God will still be fine in Himself. However, as an expression of His nature of love, He decided to create humans and place them on earth where He can share His love and dominion with us.

Since humans came from God, He is our Source, and we are meant to be connected to Him to keep flourishing. However, after Adam and Eve sinned against God by yielding the counsel of the devil, God asked Man "Where are you?" (Genesis 3:9).

Note that this question wasn't about the geographical location of Adam and Eve, since God knows all things. However, God was asking: "Whose side are you now?"

And when Adam lamented that he was naked, God then asked him: "Who told you that you were naked"?

In other words, "What have you been listening to that is telling you what I'm not saying?"

This is the same question you must answer today. Have you been embracing ideologies and trends contrary to the Will of God?

You are meant to flourish by living your life in accordance with God's Word, and not popular opinions. God is your Source, and you can only be fulfilled in Him.

Today, there are many evil voices people are listening to that are bringing discomfort to their spirit, soul and body. Voices of lesbianism, homosexualism, immorality, greed, selfishness, pride, indecency, love of money, and so on.

*Anything anyone is saying that is contrary to God's Word should be discarded, because they will only strip you of your true supernatural identity as a child of God if you obey them.*

Therefore, you should get yourself familiar with the Word of God in a time as this.

Ask for God's help to inculcate the disciplines needed to get familiar with His voice, and to give priority to His voice far above other voices.

TOPIC: Lovers Of Pleasure Rather Than Lovers Of God

[4] traitors, headstrong, haughty, lovers of pleasure rather than lovers of God,


*Message*

When you check the Bible, the Scripture of Truth, you find several prophecies about some of the unpleasant things attached to the end time, which is right here in our days. Some of them include: "...(being)..unholy...without self-control..lovers of pleasure rather than lovers of God." (2 Timothy 3:2-4).

So, today, you see randy and very immoral people all around you. Men and women can go to any extent to satisfy their sinful urges (including molesting children). The reason for this is that many in our societies are under the yoke and influence of the evil devil.

After the devil was thrown down to the earth, he started expressing himself in various ways, with the aim of ensuring humans would keep rebelling against God the Creator and be at enmity with Him.

The devil is referred to as the god of this age, and he is in charge of the high rate of dirty works of darkness in our world today. A lot of folks are still slaves to satan, and they should be pitied as being unfortunate because the wages of sin is death. If they die today, they are going to find themselves in a state of eternal torment.

What then is the solution? We must introduce them to freedom! How? Through the life of God that is offered in Christ Jesus.

Jesus said "I am the Way, the Truth and the Life" (John 14:6). And the bible established that it is only through Jesus you can get true freedom (John 8:36).

*As believers, we must rise up to the responsibility of informing the dark world that Jesus will not only deliver them from sin, but will also empower them to live above dirts by the Holy Ghost.*

TOPIC: The Orphan Girl Who Became A Queen

The king loved Esther more than all the other women, and she obtained grace and favor in his sight more than all the virgins; so he set the royal crown upon her head and made her queen instead of Vashti. Esther 2:17‬‬

*Message*
One of the most amazing and interesting characters in the Bible and in history is the woman Esther. Her experiences were quite astounding, as we could see how an unknown orphan could rise to become the Queen of a very large global empire.

Interestingly, Esther was able to rise to the prominence of the Palace of Ahasuerus (who reigned over one hundred and twenty-seven provinces, from India to Ethiopia), without having to compromise the ways of the LORD. Her success and exploits are pleasant indicators that anyone can rise to the top without having to cut corners and indulge in something bad and unholy.

However, this could obviously be possible by the Hand of God. The LORD favored Esther to get to the prominence of the Palace of a global empire despite being a nobody. Indeed, favor is a spiritual tool that can make you great in life without having to sell your soul to evil.

I know you want to be a great person in life. Actually, God wants you to be great. He is a Great God Himself, and you were created in His image. However, many people are approaching the path of success in a wrong and dangerous way, thereby getting themselves injured and damaging their souls. Only God can help you become truly great and successful without you having to stain your hands in impurity. And He is always eager to help you become successful.

How can you partner with God to be successful and great in life? Simply make the intentional decision to have an intimate relationship with Him, as He is Your Source. Anyone with an intimate righteous relationship with God through Jesus Christ gets to be empowered to have dominion for destiny fulfilment.

*When you have a good relationship with God in Christ Jesus, you are empowered with the Holy Spirit, who will give you access to all of God's spiritual blessings in Christ Jesus (including favor).*

So she caught him and kissed him; With an impudent face she said to him: (Proverbs 7:13)

The seductress "caught him and kissed him" revealed two things. First, the seductress was trying to create an impression of "I care for you", and secondly, to get him quickly aroused sexually. Many folks walk into sexual sin with their own legs because those the devil is using have created an impression that they genuinely love and care for them.

The second perspective, why the seductress "caught him and kissed him" is to quickly get him aroused. If you check where the narrative started in verse 5, you will discover that the seductress has done 2 major things - sprinkled lust into the atmosphere from the realm of the spirit and adorned a sexually provocative appearance. However, there hasn't been a physical contact before now, and the seductress knows the necessity of both getting and keeping their potential victims sexually aroused if they are to get them to the edge.

The seductress will do all it takes to get you sexually aroused, then keep you aroused, as this is when they can comfortably negotiate with you into doing what they have planned. So, a lady who wants to lure a guy into sexual immorality will have prepared the atmosphere before inviting him to her room, then will be on skimpy wear, and will ensure there are physical touches. The aim is to get him aroused, and keep him aroused (through her actions and inactions, through words, etc), as it increases the chances of getting him to sleep with her.

A guy who desires to lure a lady into sexual immorality will prepare the room well before inviting her (his lusts and intentions would have infested the atmosphere of the room with lust), then he makes her watch a sensual movie (some even intentionally put on soft porn movies), and may even secretly add some aphrodisiac into the drink he offered her. The aim is to get her aroused, then keep her aroused (through his actions and inactions, through words, etc), as that's when he can most likely achieve his intentions.

What's the big fuse about getting and keeping their potential victims sexually aroused? When the average healthy human is aroused, the part of their mind that is reasonable will most likely shut down, and all that's going on inside them is an endless release of hormones and chemicals that aim for biological procreation and affect their behavior and beliefs. Their mind becomes myopic, fixating on the acquisition of immediate pleasures, totally forgetting the long-term implications. In an arousal state, for the average person, it is difficult to control their impulses and reactions. So the seductress knows what they are doing when trying to get you aroused and keep you aroused. If you see a person who directly or subtly does things that get you aroused, you will be wise to distance yourself from them.

The concluding part of the verse says, "With an impudent face she said to him:". The meaning of the word impudent is: Not showing due respect; bold-faced; Lacking modesty or shame. So, this seductress boldly breaks established protocols without fear of anything, and this is done shamelessly. For instance, in their own ancient society, it is the man who ought to approach the woman for anything intimate. But here, the case was reversed.

This has revealed another characteristic of the manifestation of the spirit of the seductress - reversals. So, for instance, rather than the usual protocols of males trying to convince a female for intimate activities, you begin to see males trying to seduce fellow males. Instead of the usual case of ladies trying to seduce males, you see ladies trying to seduce fellow ladies. Rather than the usual case of an adult making attempts to molest an underage, you see an underage under the influence of the spirit of the seductress intentionally seducing the adult. Reversals.
