Its good but then I won't lie, his idea diminishes the value of beats production. Something that can be gotten on the internet easily anyhow will be undervalued.

Its similar to the way fiverr undervalues skills
Hmm. You think music artists, esp Nigerian ones will not appreciate? Well. According to him, He has had a few orders and calls from certain upcoming artistes (afrobeats esp.) To produce one or two tracks in their album.

Hi!

Music lovers. A friend of mine, an upcoming music producser just launched a beat producing/ download website. Actually he released it sometime last year but I am just being aware of it now. I want your reviews/comments regarding the site. He produces and sell Nigerian and African Beats and instrumentals, mainly Afrobeat instrumentals.

His main area of focus includes afrobeat instrumentals, Nigerian Reggae beats, Afro hip-hop and a few others I can't really remember right now. Most of these beats/instrumentals are for sale, though he has some free downloads or samples of beats, Nigerian beats in particular, which visitors to his site can download without paying.

Here's the site? www.freaksonar.com

How do you see the site? What do you like about it? How do you think he can improve upon it and grow his business? If you are an artiste would you patronize? why or why not? I would appreciate your comments please.

The dressing is many shades of wrong. I wonder why there are so many hypocritics here applauding her and attacking the video guy. Yes he may have gone too far but focus on the message

That dressing is downright inappropriate and seductive for a public place like an airport. Have you considered kids, others of different faith, etc using the airport?

What we won't like our daughters, sisters or wife to wear we shdn't also encourage. And its our business what she wears (@ least in a public place), when good people don't speak out against societal ills n wrongs, we'll have a dysfunctional society with misplaces values and norms.

PoliticsRe: What Will You Do To Save Nigeria If You Are Elected As President Tomorrow???? by internetpo(m): 9:45am On Sep 24, 2016
NigeriaKitchen:
1. Slash salary and allowances of president and vice by 60%: president and vice president should earn like civil servants, so I will start with myself by slashing not just my monthly salary but all salaries and allowances/entitlements, including easta code abi easter codeine lol

2. Implement federalism whereby each state controls and manages her resources and remits 30% to the federal/central government which will be used to tackle national security/boundary security watch, immigration, foreign affairs, etc

3. Privatise every federal government owned asset or business such that government will only become a regulatory body and not management. This will bring efficiency among government workers, and curb corruption in government offices

4. Make sure most government handled activities are computerized such that they will be done mostly by electronic; especially cash handling to reduce corruption and bribery

5. Ban cattle grazzing and find effective ways to improve cattle rearing such that we will have more ranches for cattle herders.....and have more Nigerians go into farming by making farming lucrative and attractive using farm mechanization and improved security for Nigerian farmers

6. Implement State Policing:
every state must have their own Police.

7. Scrap state of origin: all Nigerians are equal and the same no matter their state of origin.

8. All political office or post must be made unattractive such that they will earn very meagre salary and allowances so people will stop clamoring to go into politics to make money or to fight poverty. If you want to be a millionaire, go and start a company, invent something or develop a new business idea and don't ever think about going into politics to make money because political offices and posts will earn even lesser than school principals!

9. No politician or his/her children/spouse/immediate relative will be allowed to travel out of Nigeria twice in a year the moment you are elected or appointed into office. They will submit their travel documents to a special Federal Police Team to enforce strict travel monitoring for all politicians!

10. Increase tax for the rich: if you are worth more than 1billion naira, then you will pay 35% higher tax. To reduce your tax, open more companies, farms, businesses and employ more people so that the more people you employ, the lesser the tax you will pay as a rich person.

11. Tax religious bodies: churches, mosques, shrines, juju houses, all must be registered and must pay tax to the government. The higher your revenue, the higher your tax.....to reduce your tax, build schools and make it free, open companies and employ Nigerians, then you will pay less tax as a Church or Mosque

12. Life jail for any political office holder found guilty of corruption: 35 years jail term for any corrupt practices no matter how small

13. Reduce number of senators and reps:
there will only be 36 senators and 102 (3 per state) reps, and their salary/allowance cannot exceed 1 million naira only! No senator, rep, commissioner, perm sec, etc will be allowed to travel out of Nigeria twice in a year. Same with their children, spouses, immediate relatives. So before you think of becoming a senator/rep/commissioner/etc you will think it well and know that you are only going to serve and not to make money!
Thumbs up bro. Thumbs up. Loved your suggestions apart from the restriction of movement. You can deny ppl their basic human right to free movement. You will b considered a dictator

This is a bad precedence. if this thing goes through second reading and becomes law. The acrimony and voilence it will generate will consume this nation, albeit slowly but it surely will.

grazing bill is not the solution to clashes btw farmers and the herdsmen

It's a gift. Give it as such, kindly and don't make anyone stand at attention beside you. It's not necessary to give an allowance. Every marriage is different and there is a time for kindness and a time for firmness.

RomanceRe: My Fiancee Confessed She's HIV+ After I Proposed To Her. Please, Help by internetpo(m): 8:32am On Jun 20, 2016
Gasout:
Good evening members in the house. I purposely brought this topic to this section (family) cos I blive i'll have a mature responses and contributions.

I'll try to be brief as possible.
I met this lady 2014 but we started dating November last year. It took her a whole year for her to accept dating me.

But then, she told me that, there is something she will tell any man who desire to marry her bt, depend on the level of seriousness of the man.

Then, I took what she planned telling her hubby to be as nothing serious nt until d relationship began to wax stronger. After being in the relationship for a while, I discovered she posses virtually all d qualities I desire in a lady and wouldn't mind spending the rest of my life with her.

I tried to make her tell me what she has in mind that she plan to tell her hubby to be, she refused. At this stage, our both parents re aware of our relationship and we planned to have our INTRO this June.

I proposed to her last week, she accepted and busted to tears. Initially, I thought it was a tears of joy, nt knowing it was something entirely different from my thought.

I took her home with different feelings within me since she couldn't stop crying. When we got to their house b4 she alighted, she hold my hands and told me me 'she's HIV positive'

I was startled for minutes. She said I should think about it if I still want the relationship.

I have make enquiries from Doctors if both of us can marry and He said yes Bt the am nt still convince. Please, Nairalanders, I need ur sincere advice on this issue...
Dear I feel your delimna and pain. it was wrong of her to have kept d secret from you till now. but am guessing she was trying to keep the news from spreading if u or the men in her life don't love her. U knw how we generally discriminate those living with the virus. you have seen the obvious responses here. Ask her though why she kept it long .

I am suspecting that her status is also d reason she has only allowed you make love to her once.

like many of the wise advice here, I humbly ask that you go for more counselling. Ask her abt her medication. . support her even if u are not gong to marry her at d end.Sometimes these ppl live healthier and longer than some of us without the virus. I know there is information on how you or ur unborn children cant get d virus . seek help. love conquers all. Above all trust God. I wish u luck. will be praying for u and won't mind knowing the outcome of ur decision.

pls Nairalandrrs ppl living with HIV /AIDS are humans like you. STOP THE DESCRIMINATION AND STIGMATIZATION.

I rejected my now hubby 3times before I accepted the fourth time I just said no I can't marry you after a while he asked again I refused, the 3rd time he swore never to ask me again and he moved on we stopped talking for so long then he came back and I realised that's the only man that can make me happy in this bad world he's just perfect then I said yes the 4th time lol
Wow! I am happy for you. You damn lucky. What were the reasons you said no to him the 1st 3 times. He had any bad habit or you weren't in love with him then and why the change after the fourth time. You asked him why he broke his promise of not proposing after the 3rd time.
