Since the turn of this month, our network providers has reduced the cost of buying internet data plans like for example one can get 12gb data at the price of N5000 and also increased their N1000 and N2000 monthly data which is now 1.5gb for N1000 and 3.5gb for N2000.

This is really a big loss to data Resellers and I'm pitying them especially this period of hard economy. Just now, i saw an advert on a website where a data Reseller is selling 1gb data @N1200 and i know it is an old ads that is before this development.

Data Resellers on nairaland, how is this development affecting your business or do you guys plan to offer something lower and better to what our network providers just offered.

Hmm Imo state again?

The rate of crime especially kidnapping in that state has risen astronomically high in the last few months.

Just last week the 'aunt' of my fiancee was kidnapped and everything she had including her jeep, laptops and cash were taken. Only God knows why they released her and never asked for ransom.

That state is currently in a mess and I don't think the governor can do anything about it presently.

yesterday marks the second rain in Gombe local government Gombe state.
The rain was so heavy that nobody was outside. Some minutes after the rain started, we heard a very loud bang. everybody thought it was a bomb blast.
these morning, we came out and saw that the longest tree in our neighborhood and probably one of the longest tree in Gombe state broke last night due to the strong wind and heavy rainfall last night.
I dont know the English name for the tree but northerners call it Gibino tree.
The tree serves as habitat for bats because of its height.
these morning, people came to hunt for bat and about 1000 or more bats were caught because bats can't see in the morning.

Please you have a case. If they want the domain so badly they should settle you then and get it, not threatening you.

By the way, your site still needs a lot of work, You still need to identify your business model and your site's USP (unique selling point), then add a few addictive features. Making it look like another facebook or twitter-like clone or any of the social networks currently on will not fly. Find that Unique perspective (Nigerian Flavour) and your site will fly.
