If by now under the Nigerian entity Enugu looked like Lisbon, and Aba looked like Seattle, and Awka looked like Brisbane etc etc, Biafra would be a forgotten idea. And guess who is responsible for failing to make those places as developed as I just fantasied they could be? You got it!
