Your argument is flawed and does not follow. Good mileage is a good yardstick for car selling. The fact that a vehicle is a 2009 model or 2005 model does not mean that it was bought that year. If I want a brand new Toyota Camry 2011 SE, I can still get it in 2018. Even if I want to buy it now as Tokunbo, I will look for one with a very good mileage. The one whose first owner most likely bought it in 2013/ 2014 or thereabout. I am personally turned off once I see anything around 100,000 talkless of 133,000 or 190k+. When sourcing for cars too, make a low unedited mileage your priority in order to get a better pricing. This does not necessarily imply that a car with a lower mileage will outperform a higher one because the manner of use and servicing plays an important role too. Hope you get my drift?

The buyer wasn't car savvy, they played on his enthusiasm and less than average car knowledge (tell me if i missed any other thing in you post oh).

Yes, the buyer perhaps didn't know much about cars and he was eager to get a good deal, doesn't give them the right to take advantage of him. That's where integrity comes in.

They should give quality service to all their customers regardless of their knowledge on cars, rather than take advantage of less informed people.

Any company or organisation should be trustworthy so your clients are sure they are truly getting what they are paying for.

I hope you get my point.

bros don't say that ooo....had some supposed clients that wanted to buy a crosstour tokz ...after haggling price they said the pdt I had was very expensive for their budget....later heard from the guy that gave me thier connect that they settled for an accident ed crosstour from Yankee at a cheaper rate to fix themselves o..so it's very possible

We lack integrity! An average Nigerian that doesnt know much about cars cannot walk into a dealership and trust that he will get what he truly paid for. The OP got ripped off and frankly I think he should sue them. He has their report, he should get a lawyer, have them authenticate the document and get them to audit their record and make them pay. What nonsense!




This goes to show that the lack of integrity has been in us from the ages past. If the small shops in Alaba market are trying to play a fast one on people, should company like Cars45 also do that?? A company that should be trying to build a global brand.
