Hey we can suger coat shyte, people abroad buy these cars only if there is no structural damage and lebelled as repairable.Moreso, you will have to take these cars for inspection and it has to pass all safety checks, something very expenssive to do.Often its cheaper to buy a new car than this accident and damaged one hence the Insurance coy writes it off.

The fact is that these dealers fraudulently smuggle these vehicles through the numerous Bush paths between Nigeria and Benin Republic.
Of course the original bill of lading of the vehicle will read Cotonou as the port of entry. How do they beat this and lodge it imto the customs data base?
They look for a vehicle with similar name to the smuggled vehicle genuinely cleared through Tin can or Apapa port . Get hold of the documents and insert the cjasis number,engine number and probably VIN. They hand these documents to the buyer of the car as Tin Van cleared so that if the buyer checks at the customs data base the c number will come up as being in the Customs system but the payment is for another vehicle.
So if you are checking your vehicle papers at the customs office make sure a proper check of the chassis and engine number tallies with the numbers on the vehicle being sold to you.
Due dilligence is necessary when dealing with these guys.

he wont cos he is fraud, that post was delibrate, he never knew we would check, suprise suprise teh Mech has to be same colour as the lexus.Now in my previous post, I made mentions of how some crafty dealers would swop the VIN, in the UK Vin are easily printed, the only true way to get the real VIN is via teh ECU, you can read it direct from there with a simple scan device, more so some cars like teh range Rover sport Displays it on the Instrument cluster.So guys be ready to see more like this, if not tell me why the OP wont update the right VIN on here ASAP after the initia gra gra

I only know of Japanese vehicles that are 4WD, but have never heard of one that is REAR wheel drive, as are most Mercedes cars.

Japanese car designers just love that front-wheel-drive concept the way a drunk loves his cheap wine.
