SMH. All of this analysis and second guessing an Officer who had a few seconds to make life or death, split second decisions.
The benefit of hindsight is always wonderful. Just don't presume to think you'd react better than the Officer. That would be hubris.
That's not to say that there are no merits or demerits in all of this back and forth, simply pointing out that this was a rapidly evolving situation which required decisions to be made.
Whether they were the right ones is not for our armchair commentary and critique to decide.

Dear Lord. I would have thought this argument would be a non starter, and I would certainly have been wrong. Two (or more) vehicles (or other bodies in motion), traveling at the same ACTUAL speed, would remain side by side, provided the ACTUAL speed remains constant. All this talk of tyres and all of that is just mucking up the issue. As long as the ACTUAL (the true speed measured independently of a vehicles speedometer and whatever modifications may alter it's accuracy) speed remains the same, neither would outpace the other.

Here we go. You do realize there are other reasons for apologies besides admission of guilt? Those two do not necessarily mean the same thing. Try not to forget that.

The pattern is the same and you would know this if you've been following scam threads on this forum since 2009.

That must have been a saddening experience, and I offer my apologies. I suppose we'll just have to wait to see how things play out, but I believe you'd agree with me that a lot of details are still not available for a proper unbiased response.

The dealer proceeds on a back and forth with the aggrieved party here on the specifics of the botched transaction, and in the process does irreparable harm to his and other dealers' reputations?
OR
The dealer offers a brief explanation and an apology and the aggrieved party accepts following which both proceed to work on a resolution of odds?

I believe I already have an idea which of the above you would opt for, and which of them would be more logical.

Your comment is noted. I'm not going to delve into the specifics of your message, but it's clear to me that what you lack in reading and comprehension, you more than make up for in quick judgement.

Perhaps you should attempt to read my post and comprehend it again, especially the last paragraph where I noted that it was without recourse to the specifics of responsibility of either party for the situation.

My post was and is based on the still-in-flux and unfolding nature of the situation. It's clear that the entire story isn't complete. Reputation, yes. Because these are still allegations, as grevious as they are. There's a default assumption of innocence when the picture is incomplete.

However his reaction is certainly that of a guilty party.

I don't usually like to post on these fraudulent transaction threads, but I have silently monitored and followed every single one of them, from long before InspiredM, to the ongoing Siena situation.

I've come to discover that the Nigerian mentality is a huge ingrained problem. Approach is everything. Just a cursory glance at this response to a serious accusation shows you everything wrong with us as a people. At no point was an attempt at an apology made, never mind who was/is at fault.

It would be heartbreaking to see you go the way a number of these shady characters have gone, into disrepute over this situation.

1] The naked guy was falling from the bed ? thats not one of those things generator fumes/CO can cause, its meant to weaken the person, made the person strength-less and the death should also be on that spot.


2] how come two lady wore white trousers ? one was even wearing shoes , lying on the bed with her back... thats not a sleeping position. Guessed they just came back from a party or just preparing to go.


3] they powered ON generator ? how come there's electricity in dat room , who switched it for them?
