It's very obvious that you are ignorant of US govt and in particular US law enforcement thinking.
Even based on the FBI indictment, Abba has not stolen money from any US bank unlike Allen Oynema, he has not been accused of any fraud against any US citizen. Their charges are that he assisted Huss by arresting a co fraudster. You must be a mumu if you think that the FBI is going to come to Nigeria to arrest anyone for that kind of crime.
Even Allen Oyenma who has more serious charges of BANK and WIRE FRAUDS against major US banks has not been extradited nor is the FBI ever coming to arrest him in Nigeria. Most of you guys just watch too many American movies and have totally wring perception of American reality.
As long as it's not involving violence, terrorism, or human traffic, drugs or crimes against US national security, they are not going to go to any country to arrest anyone if the host country refuses to turn them over.
As long as the Nigerian govt refuses to hand him over just like they did in ALLEN OYENMA's case, nothing will happen. They will issue arrest warrant should in case he steps on US soil or into friendlier territory but that's about.
All in all, in the scheme of crimes that the FBI deals with on daily basis, Abba's case is so minute it doesn't even get to the table of the top FBI guys. it's the hypocrite Nigerians and the anti Buhari hypocrites that are trying to blow the case bigger than what it is.

He was only paid by Hushpuppi to deal with rival by locking him up. If you have your money, you can pay Police to do anything for you. It's standard practice.

I agree, I don't see how the FBI is going to convict him of collecting money to lock someone up in Nigeria. The FBI is known for charging and making grand accusations that at the end f the day will amount to very little. Their modus Operandi is to charge people for 10 times the crimes they have committed with the hope of getting a plea bargain at the end of the day on just one of the charges.
The Nigerian govt should tell the FBI to go to HELL. If Abba is guilty of what is in the indictment, then he should be fired and charged to Nigerian court system.
