Good evening all,
I just got admission letter to study Microelectronics and Microsystems (Msc) at Technical University of Hamburg TUHH.

Is there anyone with information about the school and course? I would really appreciate to discuss with someone.
thanks.
TravelRe: General German Student Visa Enquiries Part 6 by iPOD007(m): 3:42pm On May 08, 2019
I applied also forthe same course (although, I only need it for visa processing, its MSC that I am going for) since 04/04/2019 and the last processing they did on it was 15/04/2019.

Also still reading "In progress"

You might need to click on the > icon to see if there is any information waiting for you there.
Sometimes, they will ask you to upload the documents you used to get your VPD, So you will upload the same set of documents you sent to Uniasist (WEAC, transcript etc)

If not all these, just relax then.
I also applied thinking they do processing fast.
Cheers

I would suggest, you get all your money and an interview date before you start paying into FInitiba.
From what i gathered from them, your monthly account fees, start counting once you transfer money into that account.
So its better to start when you really need it.

What if they fail to do after telling them politely, what should we now do?? what if they fail to give back, but are only interested in taking inhuh what should we do?

Am seriously waiting for your response to this bro. Don't give me an open ended answer oooo. I need suggestions that are very proactive and constructive. Probably you didn't see the attitude of the one we have to force yesterday.

Sharing experience is not only limited to interview transcripts, it also involves other things as admissions, Skype interviews, certification etc

So my brother, am seriously waiting for your response.
Good morning bros,
If we ask people politely and they refuse to post their experience, we move on to other people.
Just like if we ask people aggressively also doesn't guarantee they will share their experience or their TRUE experience.
If we conduct a survey, not everyone that gets a good news even comes back here to share. Only the good ones that know they have to give back.
That's all I am saying.
Cheers!

Have you observed the recent trends in this thread so far? we have done what you said before now but unfortunately it has been messy presently. Some things are better addressed the way they are. If you care less of tomorrow, a good number of us care more. So it's imperative you keep something for the future applicants to benefit.
Eldee, calm down.
Nobody cares less about tomorrow, we will ALL make it.
What I am saying is, aggressively telling people about sharing their experiences is not the way to go.
Lets ask them to share politely, thats all.
Its not an obligation, its about giving back to the group. Thats all I am saying.
Cheers!
TravelRe: General German Student Visa Enquiries Part 6 by iPOD007(m): 2:59pm On May 02, 2019
I think people should calm down about this posting of experience.
This thread has been surviving for years and will keep surviving if people decide to post experience or not.
I understand the need for people to keep posting their experience but the way some of you attack people about it is sometimes wrong.
You can always politely ask people to post their experiences, if they want to, they do. It's not a MUST.
However, posterity requires that we should give back where we have reaped.
Let's take this things gently.
Whenever somebody shared their good news, like we always do, we congratulate and then we can politely say:
" CAN YOU SHARE YOUR EXPERIENCE FOR OTHERS TO LEARN"

Not

" LOOK AT YOU, YOU DIDNT EVEN POST YOUR EXPERIENCE, BLA BLA BLA "

Success to everyone in the house.

Please i need help with this question
I think you should write to the school to tell them that you have certified documents for another school and you are not willing to go ahead ith those schools anymore because of theirs and if you can attach your application form to the certified docs.

I also advise you not to remove anything from the certified docs, just add the new application form to it. Your documents are your documents and they are certified. The only difference is the application form.

Make the veterans wey dey fly come talk. I never commot for 9ja border but I think it's majorly cos of the price
Flying with Lufthansa comes with a high cost. Presently around $1200 - N431K
Turkish Airline $750 - N270K

So, I think cost plays a major role in the selection.

Not sure about Ketu but I did mine at Surulere and got the Affidavit for it at Ikeja High court...

I left the procedure on https://www.nairaland.com/5042902/general-german-student-visa-enquiries/81#76897818
Thanks very much. I have age affidavit already, so I will just proceed to Surulere.
I appreciate.

Please, for clarity sake, if one is born BEFORE 1992, the court affidavit is enough right?

i am new here waiting for next year to kick start my admission process..Hope i can get ielts this year for next year application?.
If you do not have plans to apply to any school this year, DONT take IELTS or TOEFL this year.
The exams have expiry dates of 2 years. Use this year to prepare for the exams and the schools you want to apply to.

If you want to apply for summer 2020, then take the exam September this year, results take 3 weeks to be released for IELTS and applications open around September - October.

If you plan for winter next year, then you can take the exam first week of march 2020. Many schools open application by mid march and April 1st.

Can I pay before sending my documents to uni-assist? I couldn't proceed to payment on portal when I clicked on card options it showed (either you don't have authorization to access this page or the page you are trying to access doesn't exist) though most of the schools I intend applying to will start by next month.
You need to complete your applications on Uni-assist before you can pay. So, you need to wait for the schools to open their applications before you apply and then proceed to pay.
yes, you can pay before you send your documents, but I advise you send your documents and when its on the way, you can pay so that both document and payment get to them around same time.
However, any one you choose is OK by uni-assist. Only when both document and payment get to them before they begin to process your applications.

Been running my head for a while now on how i will poay my Uniassist fee. Someone just informed me that a normal debit card owuld do it. I tried mine and it worked. My bank Standard chattered charged me 1 Euro = N420. Which is all good.
So, feel free to try your cards, usually master card or Visa cards.
Cheers.

You're very right bro. All the documents are stapled together.
Besides if he removes the application form, a part of the stamp would be removed from the document set.
Thanks for both your feedback on this. Really appreciated.

However, there was no intention to remove any part of the certified documents. Since they are stapled together, it invalidates the certification if any part of it is removed.
The intention was to send THREE complete certified documents and then reprint the Uni assist application page for the other two, sign and send together to uniassist.
Later, the two complete certified documents can be sent to other schools with their own applications.
However, based on your advise, I have sent the certified docs as collected from the embassy.
TravelRe: General German Student Visa Enquiries Part 6 by iPOD007(m): 10:01pm On Mar 13, 2019
Deustchemann:
Bro, I'd advice you not to tow that path. Since certification is free at the embassy, there's no disadvantage going later to certify again. Just take necessary permission from your office.
Ok, clear.

Thanks for the heads up.

Hello, Could you explain why I shouldnt try that?

Deustchemann:
I understand and appreciate the wisdom you applied here, But on the certification notice, the name of the school you're applying to is written.. how do you intend to remove that when you send to other schools?
Yes, the name of the school for each certification is written at the back. Since the schools are only interested in my documents being certified, I intend to do a cover letter for every application sent telling the schools that although this certification was done for other schools, i had changed my mind and I am applying to theirs.
I don't think they should should have an issue with the name of the school written on it, since my documents are the same and have been certified by the embassy.
I would not have the time to leave work and go certify documents again.
TravelRe: General German Student Visa Enquiries Part 6 by iPOD007(m): 11:22am On Mar 13, 2019
Hello house,

I certified 5 different applications at the German Embassy. All applications are going to Uniassist. So I plan to reprint the application pages of four and attach to a single one which has the same documents certified. Since Uniassist only needs one set of certified documents. i did so because i would still need the certified documents for some applications that will open in April/may.
Anyone here done same before?
Also, please can you recommend which of the DHL centres I can get discount for sending my docs and the price range?
Thanks.
