I'm this idiot's number 1 customer and I currently use baby soap too because it reacts to any family/adult soap especially medicated soaps or soaps that "kill 99.9% of germs".


After a break out like this for me, when bathing I open up the pores of my face very very well by washing it with baby soap and sponge severally. This enables the toxin to leave the skin totally. And I leave the skin to breathe by not applying cream on it for some days.


Then I take antihistamine (prednisolone) until it clears off
