Finally, I think there are ways you display such honesty, but not in a very demanding manner. Girls tend to know when a guy is really desperate. You don't have to be. Besides, you're only expressing how you feel, but it doesn't mean since you feel that way, that you've not been living a life of bliss and opportunity. I think what diamond bank did was to try and gain a foothold in the current state of things. It's an acquisition by Access bank, but it doesn't warrant a change of name. When such would've occurred would be when both banks merged, as a result of loss in revenue and other services, therefore they merge to form One standing Bank.
In this case, I think diamond Bank would still keep some of its services, though it depends on the deal signed between both organisations.
