Katsumoto:PLAYER! You better thank your lucky stars; teenage boys always think with their third legs.So it's only teenage boys? hmmm. Okay. Got it. ![]() Once the girl sat down again, there was still hope. Saggy killed the move by not asking, in a very soft voice, why she did what she did.P-L-A-Y-E-R! Pplaaaaaaayyyaaaaaaaaaaa! Puh-layer. Player Player. ![]() If that's not a "player," you can correct me and provide the appropriate term for such proficiency in the arts of and I will stand corrected. Gracias, Senor. ![]() |

I also want to crown Emeka 7 as the most enterprising most aggressive most ingenious campaigner on this here Nairaland. Wow! Are you in school? What's your major? lol. I see you as a future real-life campaign manager or candidate for elective office. Or businessman. Or Inventor. Whatever. The world is your oyster. Jackpot was also very industrious with his campaigning. mukina2: |
There wasn't one for the Foreign Affairs section in Politics either. I'm gonna do a "surprise " thread about the deserved winner later. oops! Take my hint ![]() |

Wow! It was close. Eze Onlytruth's supporters really pulled out all the stops. Congrats, Egbon Gbawe! Where's your de facto your campaign manager, that scary DK? ![]() Oga Katsumoto, you done good too. ![]() |
DK, You don't scare me. You're dealing with a diva now. So, be warned. BTW, this video you posted was tolerable: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UAsjoBl9aRw. You can play the drums, right? Omo Odua like you. hehehehe. I've decided drummers are the hottest thing yet. So I will spam the thread with more drumming videos. She's a wife and mother; she holds no elective office. Until she becomes a politician in her own right, or if there's allegations of law-breaking on her part, deal with her husband. I don't think too many guys will allow anyone to mock their wives. Even Jonathan might work up the nerve to stand up and beat you down if you talk badly about his wife to his face. There are so many threads about the woman. Is she that hateful? I think a thread about whether or not she used her husband's position to steal money is more appropriate, IMHO. P.S.: That wasn't a response to Sauer's post above. Just a general contribution to the thread. |
^ WTH?? That was a scary treehugging liberal sob story. Do you drive a prius too? Smart car? Kill the kokoro, put it out of it's misery already j/k I kid
I already said, I'm not myself today. lol. I've never done anything like that before. ![]() But ladybugs are cute, I have to say. Yeah, I've lost my mind. It's official. |
Aw crud! I'm losing my touch! How could I have forgotten Spain? And de Portugeezers! Yes, I made up the Afghani connection, inspired by the notorious Nairaland Wikileakin. I've lost my mind. You know what I've been doing all morning? Trying to save a ladybug! Yes! Those beetle-like things but PRETTY with dots. I woke up and saw something on my headboard. Thought I didn't remember putting an earring there. Picked it up; put it back down cos it was so tiny. It just laid there dead still. A few minutes later it starts trying to crawl and kept rolling over on its round back. lol. So I keep turning it upright so it can keep crawling; thought about just putting it out but it's too cold. Then I picked it up again and inspected it with a magnifying glass, and found that not all its legs are moving right and its side is slightly crushed in. Long story short I've found they eat Aphids which are found around roses (there's a dozen roses in the room which is prob what attracted it), they're harmless and are just looking for warmth to hibernate, and they do drink water, which I tried to feed it. hahahaha. Almost drowned it. Then I put all the roses on the floor cos I don't know how to pick out the Aphids which are probably microscopic anyway, and put the ladybug in the middle so it can smell the Aphids and eat them and get better so I wouldn't be a ladybug killer. So, yeah, even the ladybug is looking at me like, "lady, you've lost your damn mind, just put me out in the cold, please." ![]() |

Katsumoto:He's a Player Player nau. don't begrudge him. That thread is a bloodbath.Too long to read. lol. I have to go into my profile just to find my posts. BTW, this sort of battles tend to happen at year-end. (I seem to recall the great tribal wars of 2010 holidays.) Kinda like meeting quota, huh? huh? You know what I'm saying. HahahaRight after you reveal your connection with Naija, with Brasil, with Cuba, with Britain, with Shangai, with Afghanistan, with. . . Ah $@#*% you and your dubious connections. What about this diva? I'm soooo stressed! ![]() |

Seriously, the man is not equipped. He didn't set out to be president of the largest African country. He spent his life being groomed to be vice this assistant that. He was perfectly happy being Vice President without Portfolio, if not for the sickler Commander in Chief (RIP). Now, the man is simply being a welcoming host. You can't meet your guests with a frown. To a gracious African host, a smile is no different from a handshake - it's how you greet company. Nothing to it. He is not a heartless man nau. The smile is only out of place when sharply contrasted by the Sultan's more sedate demeanor. Now, there's a man in tune with his surrounding. Poor Goodluck. Bless his simple heart. kingoflag:Embesile. Eni ti a bi s'ile. ![]() |

Isale gan as always very articulate ![]() freecocoa, na wa o Ike nwanyi
Hello, Alhaji, my love! Or, is it "my bro"? I can't keep it straight anymore. I don't see you much. Happy New Year if I don't see ya for another long while. *waves*What really upset me was the pictures of the little kids posted by someone who must have gotten way too agitated. Dude (you now who you are), you better be hot like your username. lol. BTW, If you were banned, it wasn't me. I simply wanted you to edit the pics out of your post, just as I requested. I didn't even report it. I did see that the post was subsequently deleted by moderators. And I then edited my post to you. I wanted Freechocolate banned though. Yup! To teach her a lesson. hahahahaha. ![]() And to the person wanting to ![]() https://l.yimg.com/us.yimg.com/i/mesg/emoticons7/103.gif |

gozzilla:Read between the lines: it was just a paid job to her - generate traffic by keeping hate flowing. That's why she kept telling her confused and offended "friend" not to worry, that it was just for this thread and they were still cool. That's why, after 44 pages of ugly mean-spiritedness - after all that invective, she can simply blink and tell all her nemesis, "hey it's all settled, we're all cool now, peace." Tribalist for hire. Very noble. Nice work if you can get it, huh? The reputation of Nigeria be damned, huh? People reading the thread constantly asking, is this how racist you people are? Turning more and more ignorant folk into tribalists. Just goes to show you, Nairaland is not Nigeria. Say it loud and clear |
cap28:That video is mind-blowing. It's about "The Politics of Genocide," and includes simple re-telling of the Rwanda war and what led to it and all the misinformation and propaganda after it, also Idi Amin/Uganda, Congo, Ivory Coast, etc. Everyone (All Africans) should watch it. And it's not even anything conspiratorial; just as straightforward and mainstream as the truth gets. Pure investigative journalism. Nothing left-wing or right-wing about it. BTW, if you want to publicly criticise and reveal USA foreign policy duplicity, you better be a US citizen. Cap, I'm sure you know why. lol. I check this often: http://www.youtube.com/user/AfriSynergy |
AjanleKoko:Make that moolah! ![]() Babies gotta eat. ![]() |
Now I have to start behaving in a divaish way . . and doing divaish things. . . I can learn from the best. Aretha Franklin is universally proclaimed as a diva extraordinaire - she even hosted a show, right? A series of them, where she flaunted her superdivaness to put Celine Dion in her place. A great one to learn from. I shall commence studying the videos - her mannerisms, spending habits (yeah right), hand gestures, haughty mein. . . ![]() |
hahahahaha. I think I like it actually. That's me: D-I-V-A Yes yes indeed I do. ![]() |

Also, apparently, I'm a "diva." ![]() My guess is that Katsumoto is one of the little ruffians in that Japanese home video. You see the older boy learning karate? I doubt that's him sha. Even at such a tender age, he knew how to go under the radar. Very clandestine brother. Right now he's prob undercover in Czechoslovakia. |
Ola one:hehehe. Some don't like that "xmas" word. Merry Christmas, Happy Boxing Day and the day after that. ![]() |
Ola one:Why? Is there something I can do? Just say the word! C',mon!Really, you get one WISH. ![]() Hope your holiday is going well. ![]() Maybe I'll submit some grammar-related queries. ![]() |

LagosShia, and Vedaxcool, So you are both Yoruba, are you? Can you give an age range (not a specific age) only if you care to. Like. . . under or over 25, college age, 30-40, middle-aged, etc. In the middle of reading Vedaxcool's replies. P.S. There's no weird reason for asking about age. I was just curious about the maturity level of the people with whom I'm discussing. No offense, okay. ![]() |
