onila:You watch too much Nollywood and Patience Ozokwor (mama Gee) Igbo mothers-in-law are the best They'll have you confused on who your mum is, if its she or your real mum |
V0lv0:You're obviously not from Nigeria so u won't understand why igbo+yoruba marriage is an impetuous move. My uncle married a yoruba lady from ogbomosho, when there was money his mother in law was eating from his hands. He eventually took dem to london but later got broke, his mother-in-law organised men to come & sleep with his wife in his own house in london, she referred to their daughter as "Omo Igbo" So many other nonsense. My cousin also married another from Oshogbo, today his life is no longer the same (Similar to the above) The truth is the yorubas have got this hatred for igbos (Read about Awolowo and Azikiwe) whether they admit it or not so its safe as an igbo man to marry his own and preserve his culture... No love lost, One Nation, The Truth ![]() |
Has a winner emerged yet? If yes, I'd like to learn from him & congratulate him as well If no, then I'd like to try my luck ![]() |

Good Morning Ladies and Gentlemen Its Tuesday October 6th 2015 ... Few days left to accomplish the primary motive of this group and afterwards everyone here go probably answer him papa name At nights like this I just take out time to look behind, my past, all the ups and downs I swear to God you don't wonna go through what I've been through, even the devil will die if he encounters the trauma I've experienced in my short time on earth This gives me the feeling that if I can make it this far I can even take it further, Physically and mentally prepared for whatever and trust me when I say no matter what you want in this life, no matter how hard or how long it takes, as long as its a realistic desire, it'll definitely be yours. Sometimes I'm scared to see tomorrow cos I don't know what it holds, I'm just living like a story and I'm watching it unfold. So I hope my message gives you a bit of inspirational feeling, if you're in some similar pair of shoes as myself you can take a lesson from this and keep pushing in your everyday endeavours So many damn secrets, so many fake smiles, so many sacrifices just to make the world happy and remain at war with myself cos you know if the peeps around u ain't happy its clear u can't be as well. One day before I die, Ill sit someone down and pour it all out... From my mysterious birth, to the life I lived during my youthful years and say to him ; “This is my story, a story of ambition, struggle, tears and LOVE” ![]() |
