well said. however, the executive should thread with caution while prosecuting the CJN because of the political undertone of wanting to replace a minority Christian southerner with a Muslim northerner ahead of the 2019 election. also bearing in mind that the same attorney general who has the sole right to prosecute has looked the other way in cases involving appointees of the executive arm or government. cases involving a former SGF and a former finance minister and many others readily come to mind.

U people aren't looking at dis man BSc issue in d right direction. I kno dis man too well. He's in oil n gas industry. He is d CEO/MD of Heyden petroleum, upstream n downstream sector of petroleum sector in nigeria. Hes very versed. He has BSc even more dan dat in abroad but d problem is he dares not declaring it simply because once u declare ure BSc holder whether in naija or abroad, u must serve in naija n get NYSC certificate which I think he doesn't has. So presenting school certificate is only option to save him.

To corroborate my tot, goin by d case in court, back 2015 he contested for Senate declaring a BSc now to 2018, he decided to present jst O/level so as nt to have NYSC issue.

My point!

you cant have a degree in 2014 and claim not to have a degree in 2018. he should have been disqualified by inec for lying. he should do jail time for not attending nysc. these are the facts.

you cant claim to have a university degree in 2014 and claim you dont have it in 2018 because you refused to attend NYSC. he lied by saying his highest qualification is waec. he committed a crime by not attending nysc.
