The commentary sheds light indeed and perfectly explains why they are not omnipresent.
: present in all places at all times( merriamwebster)
It explains that they are present with God continually through 'inward contemplation'. That's not omnipresence neither are they sharing at all in it.
I guess that the edifying aim of the commentary is to encourage us to inward contemplation so as to continually possess a sense of God's presence, that doesn't make us omnipresent.
When angels are in heaven they are in heaven, when in earth they are in earth. They cannot physically be in both places at same time.
“Bless the Lord, O you his angels, you mighty ones who do his word, hearkening to the voice of his word! Bless the Lord, all his hosts, his ministers that do his will!” (Psalm 103:20-21)

Would the Angels hear the psalmist from heaven...or were all the Angels around the psalmist at that time?

None of these things u are insinuation is obvious in these texts.
Heb12:1 said they are WITNESSES. Nothing is said about prayer.
prayer is strictly communication between a child of God and his heavenly father.( matt 6:8-13)
that being what it is, I do not see how the dead saint and angels come in at all. That is why the bible does not mention them with respect to prayer.that is why prayer is not mentioned in all the passages we have seen so far regarding saints.

*[[Psa 65:1-2/KJV]]* To the chief Musician, A Psalm and Song of David. Praise waiteth for thee, O God, in Sion: and unto thee shall the vow be performed. O thou that hearest prayer, unto thee shall all flesh come.

Note the last sentence. God is designated here as the one that hears prayer. The glorified saints wouldn't be eavesdropping.
You're the one who said they'd have the kind of spiritual body Christ and the Angels have. Those bodies can hear prayers and move between heaven and earth.

It's also you who said the saints are aware of events on earth. Prayers are events. No?

Or do you want to deny what you said?

What I am saying is that we will put on a spiritual body: an immortal body( incorruptible) like Christ's and Angels'
Then the saints' bodies to can move to and fro heaven and can hear prayers like Christ and the saints.

The saints and angels in heaven are aware of events taking place on earth.

Heb 12:1_2) WhereforeWherefore seeing we also are compassed about with so great a cloud of witnesses, let us lay aside every weight, and the sin which doth so easily beset us, and let us run with patience the race that is set before us, 2 Looking unto Jesus the author and finisher of our faith; who for the joy that was set before him endured the cross, despising the shame, and is set down at the right hand of the throne of God.
The saints in heaven are the crowd of WITNESSES mentioned here.the chapter before (heb 11) already gave us some names among these witnesse. They are watching . the know when a battle is won, when one gets saved, even when somebody backslides
So they are aware of prayers being said, words being said in prayer etc.

*[[Dan 10:13]] But the prince of the kingdom of Persia withstood me one and twenty days: but, lo, Michael, one of the chief princes, came to help me; and I remained there with the kings of Persia.

The angel speaking here was overpowered by the prince of Persia. So he is not omnipotent
He was detained by the prince of Persia . soi he is not omnipresent.
Only God has this attributes
1. Show where the Bible said it was an angel speaking.

2. Show where I said angels or saints are omnipotent and omnipresent. They share in God's omnipresence and omnipotence. When a prophet foretells, is he omniscient of he shares in God's omniscience?

Yes we will become like Christ. Not in the sense of omniscient(all-knowing), omnipotent( all-powerful), or omnipresent( present everywhere at the same time). But:

*[[Phi 3:21] Who shall change our vile body, that it may be fashioned like unto his glorious body, according to the working whereby he is able even to subdue all things unto himself.

Note:: like unto his glorious body
Also see:

*[[Luk 20:36]] Neither can they die any more: for they are equal unto the angels; and are the children of God, being the children of the resurrection.

Been like God is that our mortal body will become immortal. It is immortality not omniscience.

*[[1Co 15:52-55 52 in a moment, in the twinkling of an eye, at the last trump: for the trumpet shall sound, and the dead shall be raised incorruptible, and we shall be changed. For this corruptible must put on incorruption, and this mortal must put on immortality. 54 So when this corruptible shall have put on incorruption, and this mortal shall have put on immortality, then shall be brought to pass the saying that is written, Death is swallowed up in victory. 55 O death, where is thy sting? O grave, where is thy victory?

So u see that we cannot be like God(1 john3:2) and be like the angels( Luke 20:36) at the same time. What is common to God and angels is immortality. Angels are not all powerful, all knowing or omnipresent.
So you're saying our bodies will be transformed to be like Christ's and the angels' bodies... that can hear prayers from heaven and move to and fro heaven and earth?

Also, you still haven't told me how angels know when a sinner repents.

My brother, the prayer was not made to the angel. In fact , no prayer is mentioned. Neither are we told that the angel heard and answered the prayer.
When Samson's parents wanted the angel in the book of judges to come back this was the prayer they prayed:

*[[Jdg 13:8-9 Then Manoah intreated the LORD, and said, O my Lord, let the man of God which thou didst send come again unto us, and teach us what we shall do unto the child that shall be born. %v 9% And God hearkened to the voice of Manoah; and the angel of God came again unto the woman as she sat in the field: but Manoah her husband was not with her.

They prayed to God not to the angel.

The bible teaches us that God is omnipresent:

"Where can I go from your Spirit? Or where can I flee from your presence? If I ascend into heaven, you are there; if I make my bed in hell, behold, you are there; if I take the wings of the morning and dwell in the uttermost parts of the sea, even there your hand shall lead me, and your right hand shall hold me. If I say, “Surely the darkness will hide me and the light become night around me,” even the darkness will not be dark to you; the night will shine like the day, for darkness is as light to you." (Psalm 139:7-12) also ( Amos 9:2,3; jere23:23,24)

But concerning the saints:
*[[Isa 63:16]] KJV* Doubtless thou art our father, though Abraham be ignorant of us, and Israel acknowledge us not: thou, O LORD, art our father, our redeemer; thy name is from everlasting.
*[[Ecc 9:5]] For the living know that they shall die: but the dead know not any thing, neither have they any more a reward; for the memory of them is forgotten.
*[[Ecc 9:6]] Also their love, and their hatred, and their envy, is now perished; neither have they any more a portion for ever in any thing that is done under the sun

The bible says that they don't have any portion forever in anything that is done under the sun. huh huh huh
Have you never read the bible verse that says Christians in heaven will be like God?

Mary is like God now. So who are you to say she cannot share in God's omnipresence?

White wedding is nowhere in the Bible.

Protestants are ashamed to contribute to this thread because we Catholics always tell them that...that something is not in the bible doesn't make it a sin...and the always disagree while telling Catholics to show all our practices in the bible.

The Catholic Church started the white wedding ceremony and the bible.

Both are our babies.

With churches slaughtering each other and making it seem like if you aren't worshipping with them, you're headed straight to hell, even being communal is a personal thing. “Do for others" and “do with others" are two different things you know.
So spending time with prisoners (Matt25:31-46) is not 'doing with others?'

Acts2:42 They devoted themselves to the apostles’ teaching and fellowship, to the breaking of bread and the prayers. 43 Awe came upon everyone, because many wonders and signs were being done by the apostles. 44 All who believed were together and had all things in common; 45 they would sell their possessions and goods and distribute the proceeds to all, as any had need. 46 Day by day, as they spent much time together in the temple, they broke bread at home and ate their food with glad and generous hearts,

Which spirituality are you talking about that isn't communal?

Can love for God be separated from love for man?

Over 90% percent of things have been politicised and the church unfortunately is not exempted. Spirituality is and will always continue to be a personal thing irrespective of what church you attend or don't attend.
Spirituality is both personal and communal!

He'll ask what you did for others (Matt25:31-46)

That makes spirituality communal.

From the readings of today, we learn not to make gods of things/people that God created. Many of us do not worship stones/trees/rivers etc like the people of old that the first reading is referring to...but in many ways, we are no better than those who did so. For when you sleep with a boyfriend/fiance in order to keep him happy, you're are putting that man in the position of the God who gave you the man in the first place. When you lie/cheat to gain money/possessions, you're worshipping money in place of God. When you know you've hurt your brother, but you refuse to swallow your pride and apologize/reconcile, you're worshipping your self/ego. When you're never late for a football game/movie/work etc and you always focus 100% on these...but you always have an excuse to be late for mass (if you attend at all), and your don't focus your attention on the mass but other things...you're worshiping the world instead of God who created the world and can do all things. Let us ponder and act on these things so that when Jesus comes knocking on the door of our consciences, or at the end of our lives, he may find us ready to be with him...and not attached to earthly things which we don't want to leave behind (as in the gospel reading). Focus on God! Good morning people.

just like the two writers above said, especially johnny..there is no ground zero for the development of the bible..it was the council of Hippo in 394AD that set out to compile a canon..before now, they had the codex sinacticus and probably where the vulgate was made from..the only missing books where the gospel of john and the third letter of john..it was the council of Carthage that finally added this book and closed the canon....it has to take another 1000 years before the council of Trent in 1556 AD to finally put a stamp on it as the official book of the church and the word of a god...
Council of Hippo, codex sinacticus, vulgate, council of Carthage, council of Trent...
