Misinformed yoot - oh why am I not surprised at all.

Quite on the contrary.

Haven't you ever wondered why formerly once stick wielding docile peace loving ppl have suddenly turned to fully armed killer savages over night?

Years of having their precious cattle stolen and being taken advantage of by indigenous populations including law enforcement agencies, due to their lack of education and exposure, has impoverished and pushed some of them to abandon cattle rearing to turning to banditry - unfortunately, they have become too efficient and deadly at this for their own good.

Iys quite unfortunate that we elected self-serving people in the national assembly.

Our senators and house of rep members have been exposed by Buhari and now they are trying their best to give us silly excuses that they were not aware of the budget cut in some south east projects.

Are they telling us that they were not given copies of the budget to go through before the day they passed the budget in the house?

And if they were given copies of the budget before that day it means they didnt go through it before the day they approved it. If they did they would have noticed the cut down.

And if they didnt go through it, what then were they doing that kept them so busy that they didnt go through it which is one of the reasons they were voted for? This clearly shows that they only care about the huge allowances and salaries they collect every month.

And instead of blaming our self-serving national assembly, you people are here blaming Buhari. What sort of madness are you guys displaying here?

This is why i have always hated you ipob miscreants. You people reason like goats. Must every blame go to Buhari.

For me, i think all Igbos should vote against all the south east members of this present national assembly in 2019. They are wicked and have no tangible defense to make for themselves.

Stop blaming Buhari on this one you Idiotic people of Biafra. Your foolishness rings so high. Quite a shame.
@OP:
Stop wasting your time with these ppl; they are simply born to hate; it wouldn't matter if Buhari would connect the 2nd Niger bridge and construct airports to all and in all their villages; they would still insult and blame him for whatever reason.

Fortunately, they constitute only a minority (5%) and have managed to scheme themselves out of political relevance - they can only make make noise, post fake news and hateful propaganda in social media but at the end of the day their views don't count - no one would lose sleep over them.

My post:
Hunters with AK47 rifles? - Haba!
I bet had the Army declared them as herdsmen you wouldn't be suggesting they were framed hunters. SMH

Your accosted reply to me that prompted my response.

We are not fools herdmen don't look plumpy.

My reply:
Presumably foolish enough to assume that plumpy non-herdsmen may legitimately carry AK47 rifles.

If you had at this point the power of basic comprehension you would have realised the folly of your response, especially as you had earlier tried to excuse the arrested men as farmers defending their homes and farmlands (presumably legitimately with AK47s).

Here:
But wait oo!they look fat & plumpy dey cant b d killer herdsmen,I hope they are not farmers defending their homes & farmlands.none of their faces are shown are dey going to waste Dem?

Its very unfortunate.

These Taraba people has been pushed to the wall and are now fighting back on the fulanis.

Theo Danjuma, you see ya life? You supported the federal army to kill Igbos, now what goes around comes around.
Quite the opposite; just click 'Mambila Genocide' on youtube and you will come across a documentary about how they killed 728 unarmed Fulani, mostly women and children, last year 2017 in just 10 days.

More saddening was the fact prominent govt officials were identified the brains behind the massacre; additionally some of the actual perpetrators were arrested by police but ordered to be set free by the Attorney General of the State government - they remain free till date.

In fact one of the reasons behind General Danjuma's recent outburst was his frustration (and that of Governor Darius) that Army intervened to cut short their plans to ethnically cleanse Taraba (Mambila) of the Fulani tribe.

Keep deceiving yourself and calling other ppl gullible whereas the real gullible are exposing themselves.

Perhaps you may want to also deny the fact that the killers of the two Catholic Church in Benue were not Fulani herdsmen as falsely reported by the mainstream media but in fact Benue indigenes - as confirmed by the army in the article below.

IDENTITY OF BENUE CATHOLIC PRIESTS MURDERERS REVEALED

Security authorities have revealed the names of the suspects that murdered the two priests of Catholic Church in Benue State believed to be Fulani herdsmen.

Shockingly, none of the suspects was in reality a Fulani herdsman.

The names, as revealed by the security authorities are:

Manga Usaini,
David Akenawe,
Agada Tsetsaa,
Tarzaa Orvhanya, and,
Ngyohov Shin, all Benue State citizens

The suspects are believed to be the killers responsible for the murder of the two Clergymen in Benue State.

They were reportedly apprehended by the Police and they have made useful statements that are helping in the investigation.

The sad increasing reality is that the mainstream media (own and controlled by predominately southern PDP members with a grudge against the president, his religion and region) which should know better, have unfortunately abandoned the principle of impartiality/professionalism and are solidly behind the ongoing divisive propaganda of misinformation by the opposition - notice how they have completely ignored this story because it embarrassingly runs counter to their malicious agenda.

aminulive:
@POLITICSNGR

Ex President Olusegun Obasanjo has revealed that 'work' has started towards the removal of President Muhammadu Buhari in the upcoming 2019 elections.

PoliticsNGR gathered that while speaking to members of his Coalition for Nigeria movement(CNM), Obasanjo pointed out that God who helped Nigeria against the government of late Sani Abacha will come to Nigeria's aid in 2019. He said;

"Some people believe that those that are in position, whether they are doing well or not, they must continue to be there. But when we say they must not only be there, they will want to fight back. They will hold many things to wreak havoc, but everybody must be prepared. It will not be easy to wrest powers from them. If you think it will be easy to liberate Nigeria, you are deceiving yourself.

But the God that did it yesterday will do it again today. Remember a particular leader who had a desire to transmit from military uniform to elected president. We had a situation that we had five political parties and the five parties nominated one person as candidate for presidency. If only his nuclear family had voted for him, he would have won.

But our God is wonderful. God laughed. Now, God is laughing. When the time came, God revealed that He’s God. He is the omnipotent, omnipresent and eternal, who can do all things and who can make all things possible. But if we are leaving things to God, we have to do our own side.

The work has started. Some people may be laughing at you and make jest of you, don’t be bothered with that. Listen, permanent voter’s cards (PVCs) are your instruments. If you have not collected yours, go and collect it.

If you are not yet registered, go and register. Let us tell them in all urban and rural areas that PVCs are what we will use. They are the key to open the doors. Don’t be afraid or be discouraged; they will try to intimidate you individually or collectively. For me, I don’t think there is anyone that can intimidate me."

What a pity, OBJ is no longer the power broker he once use to be, his threat has now been reduced to prayer and wishful thinking - those following him should prepare themselves for a big disappointment because most yhat matter are hurriedly queuing up behind the president and his party.

Crime › Re: Air Force Begins Bombing Of Bandits In Zamfara by ItsMeAboki(m): 7:13am On Jun 19, 2018
AceRoyal:
I'm not trying to be ethnic/tribalistic here but let's call a spade a spade.
The government tags unharmed Ipob members (even though I don't support their agitation), who have never killed anyone "TERRORISTS" but brand those elements in the north from a certain tribe that have been on a killing and destructive spree "BANDITS".

The government has even branded the war against Boko Haram as "low intensity war, that have claimed thousands of lives".

They have become a menace that the airforce is been deployed to use air power, yet the government does not want to call them what they really are.

Human live doesn't seem to matter anymore in this country and there seem to be no end in sight.

Until there is ethnic equality in all ramifications, there will be no meaningful sustainable development in this country.

Our leaders are not serious about developing our nation, they don't even think about how posterity will judge them.

This news is annoying and absurd.

For the politically myopic people blinded by religious and ethnic sentiments that have been quoting me or wish to quote me, I have these questions to ask;
A. IF THE ELEMENTS THAT THE AIRFORCE GOT TO BOMB WERE JUST BANDITS, ISN'T IT THE JOB OF THE POLICE TO GO AFTER BANDITS AND OTHER CRIMINAL ELEMENTS THAT DON'T POSE A THREAT TO OUR NATIONAL INTEGRITY?

B. IF YOU ADMIT THAT THEY INDEED POSE A THREAT TO OUR NATIONAL INTEGRITY THROUGH SPORADIC KILLINGS, ISN'T IT MOST APPROPRIATE TO LABEL THEM WHAT THEY TRULY ARE.... TERRORISTS?

If you label me a wailer because I speak the truth and don't share the same political sentiments with you, then you should know that I'm not only wailing but weeping bitterly for my beloved country!

I love my country but I'm ashamed of our leaders!
The answer is basic common sense not beer parlour propaganda based on warped logic; akin to a person who saw a cow as having four legs then subsequently was shown a dog and assumed it too was a cow because it had four legs.

The two scenarios i.e. IPOB vs Herdsmen/Bandits are not the same, as neither the immediate threats they pose to the Nigerian state the same nor the remedy required to addressed them the same.

IPOB's objective and modus operandi was to threaten the corporate existence of the country, through excision of a significant part of its terrorial integrity, using/threatening armed uprising and physical/psychological terror and warfare to achieve it.

Secondly, IPOB was an internationally organised registered group, with traceable leadership and structure; including formalised uniformed secret police, recruiting wing, a radio station spreading hatred and malicious propaganda; it was also operating as a quasi government with it own currency and passport, collecting taxes and raising revenue from its ppl while openly soliciting for money to procure weapons to unseat the Nigerian government - the evidence are still out there in the internet for all to see.

IPOB thorough the above mentioned and its naive rancid propaganda (via its outspoken Dilector Kanu) out played and exposed itself to internationally recognised legal framework available to the government to legitimately describe and subsequently proscribe it as a terrorist group.
Note, a terrorist group doesn't necessarily have to be armed or start killing; the mere threat of such action can be sufficient enough to classify it as such - apparently Nigeria/Nigerians felt sufficiently threatened to act accordingly (no thanks to Kanu's numerous vitriolic speeches).

On the contrary there is no legal framework in existence that warrants the classification of a group of bandits or herdsmen (based on ethnicity alone) without any ideology, organisation or formal structure except for the motivation of crime against certain individuals or groups as opposed to threatening the entire corporate existence of the country - irrespective of how deadly they may actually be to those individuals/groups.

If that were the case then any ethnic criminal group may be exposed to such classification/labelling e.g Igbo Drug Pushers, Fake Drug or Spare Parts Merchants etc.

Besides, even recent police list of the bandits caught in Kaduna/Zamfara revealed an ethnic profile that comprised not only Hausa-Fulani but also other tribes such as Igbo and Yoruba, either as gang leaders or members among the culprits involved.

Yes indeed, the police are constitutionally responsible for quelling acts of internal aggression; however, when they become overwhelmed the Army/Air force/Navy can be invited to assist them; such as the current case in Zamfara and elsewhere - this is consistent with our national security policy not peculiar to the present administration alone.

Yes again the government may have classified the war against Boko Haram as 'low intensity'; kindly explain how that could have affected the continued classification and treatment of Boko Haram by the same government as a terrorist group?

Note; the only difference between Boko Haram and IPOB is the fact the former had gone beyond threatening to actually putting it into action; while the latter was stopped before it carry out its threat under the doctrine of preemptive action - since treason and attempted treason are serious offences carrying the same penalty.
