I don't know why these people are stupid and always acting victim cards. Can you see that useless write-ups? You went to someone else country and you were driving without a license? They wanted to arrest you, you refused. Do you think you are in Nigeria where lawlessness is the ruler of the day? You were shouting when they wanted to arrest you by creating nuisance to the public? Why can't you just follow them jejely without provocation and plead for leniency? If you have the document, why can't you follow them, tell your friend to send it to you so that you can handle it with less trouble? It is not everything we must defend just because he is our son. Rules and laws are there to obey, if you violate it, face the consequences, not playing the normal victims card all the time. Must you drive in another mans land without valid documents? Can't u take taxis to ur destination If u are in a hurry.
To make matter worse the st..upid writer now asking why are they attacking Nigerians ? What a fuckeryy.! Playing victim s card. These are the type of m.oronss spoiling the tribes and other hard working Nigerians name. I am sure he doesn't have a valid residency papers. Try that in Canada or us, you will wake up in aba or nnewi. Nonsense.
Its like you just read my mind.
These ppl will never stop playing the victims card even when clearly in the wrong - as if they don't naked themselves to recover unpaid debts or strip naked criminals before beating and torching them alive as part of their culture of jungle justice.

The Arewa Pastors Non-denominational Initiative for Peace in Nigeria has vowed to expose the pastors working against President Muhammadu Buhari.

John Richard, leader of the group said this when he led a delegation to the presidential villa in Abuja on Thursday.

He said among members of the group were archbishops and bishops from the 19 northern states, over 45,000 registered pastors, and millions of followers.

Richard said the president has done well but is being sabotaged by the opposition.

“We wish to thank His Excellency, President Muhammadu Buhari for granting us audience amidst your heavy-duty national and international responsibilities. We congratulate you and ourselves and give all the thanks to the Almighty God for the good health he has restored to you,” Richard said.

“We congratulated ourselves also because during your health challenge we knowing you to be the Godsent timely leader to rescue and restore Nigeria back to her pride, fasted and prayed with over one thousand archbishops, bishops, pastors and evangelist for God to show you mercy and heal you.

“Your Excellency, we the 19 northern states pastors came together in unity to speak with one voice to crusade for peace, reconciliation and national unity of our great country Nigeria which you have already started.

“We will want his excellency to link us with the relevant security agencies in our crusade for peace and fight against hate speeches and those dark walls that separate us as we will network with our counterpart from the east and west to hand over those of our colleagues being used by the enemies of our togetherness to inject confusion and false stories into the public space resulting to the destabilisation of peaceful co-existence we were enjoying in the country.

“Your Excellency that we will co-operate in exposing any information that will be available to us as regard to the perpetrators.”

Richard said his group was satisfied with the performance of the president, urging the public to disregard the reports that the president has the plan to Islamise the country.

“We acknowledge the good leadership you are rending to Nigerians in the area of restoring the economy, boom in the agricultural sector, tackling of insecurity, fighting corruption and We believe in your leadership and we are here to let you know that we are fully standing by you and your government to ensure that you succeed and peace is restored to every and corner of the country,” he said.

“And to counter those deceiving and poisoning Nigerians with fake news to destroy your good intentions for the country especially those giving the impression that you are against Christians and some ethnic groups in Nigeria which is a big lie for instance: Some pastors using places of worship to preach hate. People using church to preach violence. (If you preach war and war broke out who will go to church for worship). The Islamisation agenda. We believed that the Mr. President has no lslamization agenda in Nigeria.

“This is just an opposition propaganda, about the killings around the country, we observed that it is not only Christian that are the victims, both Muslims and Christians are affected, and the government is doing everything possible to solve the problem. What we need to do is to come together as a people to support our government in other to bring to an end to this circle of violence and we assure.”

He also asked Buhari to support the group for a “peace and unity national delegate prayer congress” scheduled for the Eagle Square, Abuja on April 26, 2018.

The enemies of Buhari and Nigerians in general are still spreading their campaign of hate and misinformation through the southern Christian PDP owned and dominated Nigerian media - you can see it clearly happening even as we speak; being aided and abetted especially by the citizens of Potopoto Republic - though their efforts shall come naught as it happened in 2015.

What an illiterate postulation,i will use four sentences to sum up your epistle.

..1)Nigeria is not among listed as a major drug trafficking country unlike your bokoharam group listed among the World's dealiest terrorist group..Your fulani herdsmen were added to the list too, therefore you northern muslims are more of a menace than any other group of people..Death and destruction follows you around where ever you go..

..2)The number of 'my brothers' brought back in caskets from drug trafficking overseas is way below the number of yours blown into smittens or killed by security forces for terrorism.

..3)keep blaming the whole world for the rot and mess in your lives till you finish yourselves by yourselves.

..4)Cough Syrup and painkillers will continue to be sold because they are not banned substances, you can keep packing cartons of them to feed your drug addiction..its your business and your funeral....period.
You indirectly called me an illiterate yet you were the one showcasing a defective thought process akin to that of a typical educated illiterate.

First of all, kindly be reminded that the central issue at hand was about those behind the drug abuse in the north and nothing else; therefore stick to the topic.

Secondly, all I had said were quite factual, nothing was postulated; though you are free to prove otherwise.

Finally; what you wrote was not a summary but a response to my post - most of which were quite illogical and irrelevant and clearly not consisting of four but more sentences than otherwise claimed - basic errors, an educated person like yourself shouldn't have made.

Your inherent problem is blaming all but yourselves for the rot and mess in your lives and region..It is you drug-addicts that turned a hitherto 'innocent' cough syrup which we all took as kids into a hard drug..

So Who supplies the glue, tyre e.t.c you sniff as well.??...Perhaps suppliers of tyres and glue should be blamed for the shameful tyre and glue-sniffing prevalent among you people..'Vulnerable' my foot!!....Go attend to your dysfunctional family system which breeds almajiris and drug junkies and quit calling Igbos..

That was how you all shamelessly blamed Southerners for bokoharam you orchestrated, nutured and kept alive.
The facts have emerged that your ppl have been identified as the major suppliers of illicit drugs to the region and therefore responsible for contributing towards the addiction of our youths - note we are not denying or refusing to accept the culpability of our youths in this regard but simply x-raying the problem and trying to find solutions for it - hence reason for holding the lecture.

It is also factually correct to say that your ppl are notoriously known for drug pushing; this explains why many of them are being returned from overseas in caskets as well as populating many international prisons, including death rows for drug dealing thereby giving this country a bad name.

It is equally factually correct to say that most governments/countries approach their drug problems by identifying the dealer as the main culprit and going after him with heavy punishment

The truth must be told; if you don't like it then tell your blodas to stop dealing in drugs.

As for the blame game; well, we all know who are being tagged the Wailing Wailers - deal with it.

The junkies inhabiting yiur street get them rehab. That way everyone has harder time getting codeine crazythe illegal drugs that's annother story.
No, the best solution should be death sentence for any pusher like they do in Thailand etc, that way we'd get rid of all these unwanted developers off our streets.

Worldwide, the law is much harsher on the supplier than the consumer because it recognises the pusher as the corrupter of the addict.
Your blodas have been taking advantage of the vulnerability of northern youths and therefore contributing to their addiction for profit - the authorities in Malaysia, Thailand, Indonesia, India and China cannot all be wrong; your ppl are a menace when it comes to the issue of drugs - deal with it.

anyways i dont encourage such changes because it is tied to abrahamic religions and cultural genocide.
My friend use some intelligence and less of ignorance and bigotry.

As we stand today; there is nowhere in Nigeria where Hausa or Islam is imposed on the citizenry let alone on any of the several of the tribes of the north central states that predominantly comprise the so called middle belt; yet many of them have adopted the Hausa/Islamic names and language even for preaching in their various Churches.

Naturally also some of their rulers have also voluntarily adopted the Hausa Emir's mode of dressing, without any compulsion - nothing stopping them from reverting back to wearing leaves and skins, as they formerly did.

These are facts you may not like but equally cannot deny - so it is quite futile trying to distort them in order to make yourself feel better.

It is a matter of opinion. I find Agbadas regal especially the style worn by the Alafin of Oyo.
Also there are variances in them too. The Gold trimmings etc.

If you notice carefully, this kinda attire (cloak) is a knock off copy of the Saudi Arabian Bisht worn by Gulf Royalty in a native format. A hybrid per say albeit in cheaper quality trimmings (zari work)
Yes indeed at the end of the day it is all a matter of opinion; however, I still maintain that when it comes to regalia our Emirs have the upper hand; you may also notice that even the non-Hausa/non-Muslim traditional (middle belt) rulers of the north have also quietly keyed into the same mode of dressing.

All cultures borrow from one another; Arabian/north African culture has a great influence in the northern Nigerian culture; while southerners especially SS & SE seem to borrow from the Oyinbo (in some cases with some degree of amusing naivety).

I am Hausa too. Are you saying this attire is more regal than the Agbada worn by Yoruba monarchs? No way dude. no effin way.

that white cloth inside looks very cheap and it looks made of cheap material.
Certainly the Al-kebba and turbans and all the trappings worn by our royalties are indeed more regal; admittedly this particular choice by the Oba is evidently cheap as you rightly observed; however, I have seen many more better pictures of him in quite befitting outfits from his increasing Hausa styled wardrobe.

Why this sudden clampdown on 'self defence' advise.

Something is wrong somewhere. Buhari and his cabals are playing out an agenda. I'm very sure of that.
Nothing wrong with self defence; however, Danjuma wasn't being honest and truthful with his advice which came close to incitement; he had no proof that the army was in collusion with the herdsmen.

In fact the notion was completely ridiculous and unfortunate; it was as if to say the that army is composed of only Fulani loving soldiers at the exclusion of all others - haba, how is that possible?

In reality, it is the Fulani being killed with their cattle to the point of genocide in Taraba, the evidence is all there on youtube; just click "Mambila Genocide" and watch a 7 part documentary evidence on the massacre of 750 of Fulani, with alleged connivance of the governor, speaker and a LGA chairman, where some of the perpetrators were even identified and caught by the police but later set free on the orders of the state attorney general - they remain free till date.

General Danjuma and his co-travellers are apparently unhappy and frustrated with the military for stepping in to halt their well planned genocide to ethnically cleanse the Fulani out of Taraba.

So many uninformed bigots denying the evidence before them; though I wouldn't blame because their equally biased media has chosen not to tell them the real truth about the ongoing ethnic cleansing against the Fulani, where the governor, the Speaker and a LGA chairman are allegedly in cahoots with local militia in the killings; most telling and unfortunate is the fact that some among the killer militia were positively identified and arrested by the police but later released on the orders of the state attorney general - remaining free men till date.

Some ppl are being hoodwinked by the likes (of General Danjuma & co) selling the silly spin of conspiracy that the Army were in collusion with the herdsmen (as if to say that the the Army is entirely composed of Fulani loving soldiers at the exclusion of all others) when in fact they are the ones inciting the killings.
General Danjuma and his co-travellers are evidently angry and frustrated with the army for stepping in to stop their well orchestrated genocide against the Fulani - where 750 well documented men, women and children were murdered in cold blood in about 10 Fulani settlements in Mambila.

If anybody is in doubt, he/she can access the evidence on youtube by simply typing the search word "Mambila Genocide" and watch a 7 part short video documentary chronicling the full story, including names of the ones orchestrating the killings, some of the killers and all the 750 Fulani victims - buried silently without the politicisation of a state burial, presided by a state governor who was ans still is clearly milking the tragedy for popularity, assisted with constant sensational media headlines and reminders of the Benue 73; while the nation ignored and forgot these 750 voiceless Fulani victims without even a tear let alone condolence visits by high ranking govt officials, sympathetic religious and other organisations.

Pls watch and appreciate what is truly going on in Taraba, especially Part 2 and listen to Brigadier General Benjamin Anhanotu's assessment of killings, which he describe as genocide, even worse than Boko Haram; then ask yourselves how could this apparently southern Christian soldier still be in collusion with the Fulani, and furthermore ask yourselves why was the state government headed by governor Darius not happy with the army intervention and why even up to till now the army still complaining of not getting enough cooperation from the state government?
