In addition to what afrodoc2 has said, modern hospitals have online records rather than paper files. Which is actually how it should be. Not rummaging through a filing cabinet to fina a patients files

I don’t know of such an app that gives diagnosis. There might be some that might aid the doctor but not give an outright answer. Diagnosis is ultimately up to the doctor’s acumen after analysing the information obtained from the history given, physical examination, and tests results.

He might have been typing his notes, or maybe he was cross checking guidelines to confirm the right medication and dosage to prescribe, or possibly doing a bit of Dr Google to find out what diseases have that combination of symptoms and blood test results.

I suffered food poisoning the night of that World Cup final . I nearly died from drooling and throwing up all through the night . I guess the food I ordered for where I watched the match did me dirty .

Me that said I was going to spend a day trolling Ronaldo fans if Messi wins the World Cup ; I legit stayed two days at home on medication ( but I dey press PENDU fans while at it ) .

I think the doctors already know what to prescribe cos mine even relived the World Cup finals with me while we were discussing about what happened to me . He later gave me drugs and oral solutions and the third day I was back to work .

So maybe the guy was just applying for online scholarship while attending to ur boy or he’s genuinely using apps to diagnose ; I think what matters is that ur boy recovers quickly and goes back to his active self once again .
