[color=royalblue]I don't support that kind of ministry. Supporting it means I'm supporting laziness and covetousness.

You want to pray for passengers? Fine

Do that and leave. Which one be support again?

I've actually seen some who don't ask sha. They just pray and ask the driver to drop them. People start giving them out of their own free will.

I hate when I see people prey on people's emotions. Some actively inject fear into the people's mind to make them give them money.
Knowing that these "preachers" are actually very fake and do it for the hustle just makes me mad times 10. The preacher that made me first tackling these kind of people is the one that actually came for me because I was pressing my phone while he was preaching, I dey mind my business jeje, this nincompoop single me out as "agent of darkness" because I no dey listen to him bullshite, after finishing him that day I swore that whenever I travel in public again, I go get their time wella.
In that particular instance, whatever you did to him was well deserved.

For the ones who are just facing their hustle, just free them cheesy

The worst scammers for me are the one's in the parks that weaponize religion.

The "mobile preachers". They position at motor parks and enter every traveling vehicle. After praying for travelers, they bring up a fake project or so they are doing and use emotional blackmail on the travelers.

I usually have a fun time putting them down hard, especially the ones that use emotional blackmail, "if you don't support the mission of the lord, how do you expect him to protect you on your journey". cheesy grin Omo, I call him a scammer and a terrible person for preying on gullible people. The simplest way to silence them is to ask the driver and conductor, how long they've been doing what they're doing.
No wonder you're like this online grin

I don't believe a word they say and I don't think their prayers have any effect on the journey but I allow them do their thing.

You will be surprised that what they (the mobile preachers) do has a "placebo effect" on certain passengers in the vehicle. I am not going to take that away from them and I don't think you should.

This scam happens in PH as well. You see them with their puff-puff or doughnut on the ground forming one fake cry cheesy.

The Nigerian I know whose doughnut falls on the ground will simply pack it, clean and sell to an unfortunate buyer.

These ones will make no effort whatsoever to pack the doughnuts on the ground. grin

They have probably adjusted their pump, so you may be getting 7litre of fuel instead of 10. This is what Total Stations is currently doing, plus adding chemical to make the Fuel burn faster....
A colleague said he saw this happen with his eyes. A tanker arrived at the filling station, rather than discharge, they brought out jerrycans and started transferring the content of the Jerrycans into the tanker

When he asked them what they were adding, they asked what was his business and if he was there to buy fuel or ask questions.

He bought the fuel and left.

Be careful of what u wish for . If they remove subsidy and petrol sells close to 800 like dem diesel and kerosene , just know that there will be chaos.

I don’t know if it’s just me o, but I’ve noticed that most people who are very very poor are just tolerating we the working class/those who can afford to eat well and have access to some of the basic amenities . Like where I stay we have some areas that are residential ; more like estates where there are gates everywhere , there is security and all. Then there are areas close by where people rent face-me-I-face-you apartments , they still go to fetch water with buckets on their head , etc .

People like that are only tolerating us . People like that won’t hesistate to jump ur fence and take whatever they need from u if worse come to worse . We saw how the aftermath of ENDSARS was . People who thought they were comfortable practically turned to vigilante to protect their loved ones . Imagine the poorest of poor not being able to feed again . U don’t want to imagine what will happen o
I am one of the most affected by this fuel situation. I am seriously invested in the transport business and the drivers can't get fuel. They are all complaining. If they can't get fuel to work, no returns for me.

That's why I said it is happening already and everyone is just moving along. No protest, no backlash, no riot, nothing. So why not just remove it?

One woman wanted to enter public transport today. A place she used to go with 50 naira, they told her 300 naira. She went back home. That is our new reality.

To buy at 179 naira in PH, you have to go and park tonight around 8pm and sleep at the filling station till tomorrow.

They can come tomorrow and say they don't have fuel cheesy but if you're lucky that they have, you should get fuel around 3pm tomorrow.

I hate to say this but the injury to foolishic is a welcome development. These are the players who should be getting injured. Useless players who add no value to the team

Chukwuemeka slotted in seamlessly and didn't look out of place. I hope to see more of that from him.

True... it's expensive. But by the time u buy pump three to four times and ur car problem is still reoccurring u will see that OEM in some cases is d best option. There are things that u must close eye and buy the original if not, u will just be wasting your money
I do get your point but you can still get good toks parts if you know where to look.

Ahparts.com can also be of help. They buy cars from auction, dismantle and sell the parts. The prices are usually reasonable and you get to see the state of the car and mileage when they bought it

Weak Strategy of mind game.... LOL! It's evident prior to Kano Rally that all Northern APC Governors are on board.

Though I know Atiku gonna play every card he gets to win, coz if he misses it this time around, its over, same as Tinubu.

Atiku is a big threat definitely, I acknowledge it, but we gonna edge him at end of the day. Peter Obi is simply a Distraction. He's never a Threat to both Candidates, BAT and Atiku, neither do they see him as one, same as Kwankwaso.

I am still confident Northern Governors won't betray BAT.
I also thought it could be mind games. If they have 11 Governors supporting them, why announce it?

I just don't trust these Northerners. Tell Tinubu to watch his back cheesy

You will think it makes sense for them to cede power to the south for just eight years and then get it back.

I know you have good intentions but this is not realistic.

The cost of anything OEM these days is in hundreds of thousands of naira. How many of us can use it to buy fuel pump? Some mechanics have sellers who supply them original toks parts. He should find one of those mechanics.

You have always said that Atiku remains a threat.

I've been wondering what has been giving these PDP guys the confidence they display.

If they truly have 11 APC governors on their side, then there's fire on the mountain for APC. Those are the same governors they are hoping will mobilize votes for them.

@ibime Please what financial instrument/investment vehicle can one jump on to that is dollar denominated , has good returns and has less risk attached to it ?
You can do eurobonds with UCAP. It's dollar denominated. The only problem I have with it is that you still have to source for the dollar yourself at black market rate.

Would have been better if you can pay naira while they convert to the dollar equivalent at the official rate.
