GEJ paid for the Project completely. Its GEJ Project, PMB and Agbadorians should get small shame and stop claiming what's not. The sukuk sign posts are all over the road. |

Then when you are heading to Benin Bye pass. There's a bad spot there. Everybody passes a one way there.
Asides that, Nagode Buhari.
The only headache there is checkpoints....They are just too many and unnecessary
You would be at one, and you can see the next one waiting for you Ooh true, I just remembered. As I was doing James bond, there was no vehicle infront of me. I was a lone ranger and had passed where I was supposed to have joined the one way. Luckily, some good samaritans directed me on where to place the tires. |

Easy bruh..... this is a Lie. PMB has done nothing, it's GEJ Project. The project is like second coming of Jesus Christ, that's why Agbadorians wanna claim it. It is true that Gej also did some sections but anyone who has been on that road will appreciate what PMB has done. No matter the preconceived notions they have about him |

OasisX: Funding... but Sukuk Bond has helped a lot with the Project. I hope PMB will deliver it 100% before his tenure ends. I recently travelled by road from PH to the West and I was really impressed with what the Buhari Government has been able to do with Sukuk. Once you pass Ijebu Ode a little, the entire stretch of the road till you get to Benin will be begging you to hit 200km/hr. The quality of the road is impressive, smooth and very wide. Same with the Lagos-Ibadan road. If Buhari no even do anything else, I commend and appreciate the work on that road. The days you'll travel to the west and you'll be visiting the mechanic the following day are well behind us. |

izzou: Wike only has Rivers to guarantee anybody, and yes, every politician has some considerable support in their states
You think Atiku is that stupid to let Wike go if he really could influence this much from the South?
Even Tinubu that was foreplaying and pulling his trousers, have left Wike in the room.
Wike can only guarantee Rivers for anybody. So if any politician wants to promise him the vault of the CBN for it, na him sabi. And it looks like Atiku can't do that How do you know what Wike is doing is not Tinubus gameplan? How do you know Tinubu left Wike in the room? Can you share to us what the details of the discussion between them was? You seem to be privy to some private information |

Roland17: Look at the list you put out… Are you telling me the PDP governors you listed will campaign against PDP during elections because of Wike? You are guaranteeing me that Makinde will campaign against PDP and still seek re-election under the same party?
This is the group Wike is about to join… Plateau State is an APC state, Lalong has lost relevance. Gombe State is an APC state. Dankwabo couldn’t even secure a win for PDP after his 2nd tenure. Ayo Fayose? Do I need to even talk about this one? Mimiko/Duke/ Amoke and freaking Bode George…lol. All these APC states? Does PDP have any structure in those states? Do they have HOA members in the state? Who is in charge of that structure? That is the question you should be answering. The same people who can mobilise support for PDP in those states are the people you are dismissing as irrelevant. Goodluck to Atiku. Like I said earlier my prayer is for him to ignore Wike to kill any hope he has of winning. |

izzou: Bode George? The one that his right hand man just decamped to APC?
Well, apart from Makinde that has a 2nd term to fight for, the remaining sitting governors have a challenging task of imposing their stooges as the next governor. That's more of a problem than screaming AtikuOut with their lungs.
Haven't you noticed that the rest are not even making noise? They have all kept quiet, while Wike has been jumping from one podium to another.
Let me not even talk about all the EXes you have there.
Bros, Wike has only Rivers to guarantee anybody.
There a reason Tinubu stopped toasting him for a while The others have hardly ever spoken publicly. Only Ortom and Makinde have always publicly told Atiku to do the needful and they are still talking till this day. Wike himself said it in the interview the fact that some of those with him are not talking is in fact deliberate. You say all the EXes? The ruling party in Cross Rivers is APC. I would want to believe the party structure in the state is in the hands of Donald Duke. Same thing with Fayose in Ekiti who even imposed the PDP governorship candidate in the state. You can dismiss them all you want but they all still have considerable support in their states. WIKES 237 votes at the primaries tells you all you need to know. |

raumdeuter: I want to believe this as well. If Wike does not support Atiku, LP will likely win Rivers Apart from my Landlord who is supporting and will be voting Tinubu, I have never seen any other person in this Rivers state saying he's voting another person not Obi. And trust me, I have lost count the number of people I've asked. Radio stations even conduct polls from time to time and na Obi Obi dey full everywhere. However, I know that in rural areas especially with non educated voters, they can easily be swayed amd influenced to vote PDP. With the governor withdrawing his support, Atiku can kiss Rivers State good bye. |

PH no be place wey one man go determine what goes on in the state I am telling you with a 100% certainty that he will lose the election in Rivers state without Wike on board. Unlimited22: Money talks. Them Atiku Sàràkí Tambuwal etc left in 2014 and helped bring Buhari to power and Wike filled the vacuum with oil money.
It won't be just Rivers.
He's been the one funding the party since then and has never once wavered, and I don't blame him (I don't agree or condone, but I don't blame him) for wanting to collect his due.
The issue I have is that this is hypocritical posturing. If he had insisted, as agreed, that power remain in the South, all this backlash for don end. Instead he went around castigating other candidates especially Obi from the South, and kept mum about zoning because he thought he had everyone in his pocket.
Now e don clear for him eye and he's coming to cry foul. Where do you people get all these nonsense from? Now read and hopefully you'll stop spreading lies https://dailytrust.com/2023-those-against-zoning-are-selfish-wike |

Please I’m confused it’s my first car … who can offer professional advice here … please?? You will be very lucky to escape buying a new transmission. What I just want to add is, if and when it is confirmed the transmission is faulty, do not listen to anyone who tells you to repair it. Just replace it and be done with it. It will cost you money but you'll have rest of mind. |

Nigerians especially Lagosians get more information of what is happening abroad than people abroad. Viking07: You are very correct. It is not the same. Life was good. Things were affordable back then. Naira had value, not now wey 1 dollar is almost 800 naira. Everytime I look at this thread below, I weep for Nigeria. https://www.nairaland.com/329224/2008-white-toyota-camry-unbelievableThis is a 2008 Camry being sold in 2009, one year after it was produced for 3.7m. It had just 7k miles. That's more or less brand new. Today, an equivalent 2021 Tokunbo Toyota Camry is 23 million naira. Lord have mercy. The annoying part is that companies are still paying the same 100-200k salary to most people. Salary hardly ever increases. Even when it does, inflation is there to wipe off the "increase" |

Viking07: But it is common knowledge that we are experiencing heavy inflation in almost every aspect in this country. Abi Wetin una dey argue about again. Some were implying that Bazoo must have lied. My argument is that, there is nothing special with an everyday salary earner buying a 2007 camry in 2012. Back then a lot of people were even buying brand new cars. People are equating it with buying a 2017 car in 2022 but it's not the same. |

200k in 2012 is like 400k today. Check house rent, cost of land and properties now and then. This is not entirely correct sir. Pwc was paying 180k to fresh graduates with no experience as at 2013. Access bank has been paying graduates 245k for as long as I can remember. These are not big boys by any stretch of imagination. I'm sure fresh graduates at these companies are not earning 400k today. They are likely still earning the same money those in 2012 earned and they are using that same salary to buy 2m naira cars in 2022.
