LP (Obi) and PDP (Atiku) should save Nigerians the stress and plan for the next election cycle instead of going to the Supreme Court. The Supreme Court is not going to overturn this judgement as their prayers to the court is weak.

This is the bitter truth.

I am not a lawyer but I saw it as a red flag and I was shocked when Obi and his lawyers presented such witness. I remember I called out Donjazet and others attention to it but they kept mum.

I am even thinking this Obi might have been bought over by Tinubu. It seems like they deliberately put up a stupid show in this case.

If I did not watch this thing live and just heard the judgment, I would have laughed it off that I never expected anything different.

Obis lawyers no just try. If possible, they should be made to refund every penny they collected.

It's a mess. One of them turned out to be a LP member who also contested for HOR and lost.

I see why the judges wanted it televised. This way, they have absolved themselves to a great degree.

I remember the judges gave an order to INEC to provide the documents to LP and INEC came back with one story or another. The judges said they can't force INEC to provide the documents.

What do you want the judges to do? Before you answer, remember that when the supreme court ruled that Emefiele should reverse the Naira redesign pending the determination of the case, he refused and you guys cheered him on. What did the Judges do then?

I do agree with you though that the system is completely broken.

The judge is even now claiming that one of Obis lawyer tried to argue against a position he himself had argued in support of back in 2019. I didn't get the exact argument but it was about expert witnesses
