Just pay for your visa fee. Fill your DS160 form and book a date. His invitation counts for nothing. You are to convince the VO that you will return to Nigeria. Read up and see different posters interviews here. Since you have some travel experiences, it may work in your favour if those countries are not just some neighbouring countries. You need no invitation letter.

Yes but if this is your first time applying for US visa it might take few days to get the email. Just be patient and check your email regularly

Good morning. Pls I submitted an application for my first timer Aunty (with European & UK travel history) since March. And at the point of picking a date, tgey said we will receive email. Its been over 2 months now, we haven't received any email. Did we do something wrong or is there anyone in our shoes?

Yes it's right. You'll get an email once it approved to schedule your IW appointment. Usually you'll be the email with 48 hours

Please search through your emails for the mail you received when you created the profile. You should find the profile name. I don't think creating a new profile would work. All the best

Hi, what do uou mean by the visa comes with travel insurance. Is it dt one doesn't need to buy insurance when applying?

You will do covide 19 test for travelers 72 hours before your flight.
You don't need Yellow card.

I had applied for a TRV in November 2020, I did my biometrics in the same month too.
fast forward to January 2022, I reapplied on the new portal and didn't have to redo biometrics.

visited the UK 5x, have a current 10year UK visa, visited France, Amsterdam and 9 other countries, I also have 2 siblings who are permanent residents in Canada (Immediate elder brother, and Immediate younger sister).

documents submitted
bank statement, invitation letter, trust fund statement, cover letter, siblings PR cards, their bank statements, previously issued visas, tour bookings, pictures with siblings, birth certificates of siblings, introduction letter from office, ID card, leave approval etc.

I plan to submit my passport to VFS on Thursday. God be praised.

I submitted form last year ohh. I couldn't get a date for IW and since my date was close, I said let me leave it and fiamm, they took me to next year!! �
