It is for everyone, not designed for one particular country, and there is no special application portal for the CAN+ visa program.
 
The system will screen all applications for CAN+ eligibility, and any application that shows that the applicant has traveled to Canada in the last 10 years or holds a valid U.S. non-immigrant visa will be selected for the CAN+, and the application will be sent to the visa office for expedited processing.

Does this apply to Nigerians? I thought Indians.

If you have traveled to Canada in the last 10 years, or still holding a Canadian visa, or have a US visa then your visa application is considered under the Canada CAN plus visa program.

Your US visa qualifies you for the CAN+, and those who meet the requirements just need to submit their passport data page. In your case, an employer letter is not required of you. If you click on the employer letter, you will see that it is related to Canada's employment history.

 You are free to add other documents if you prefer, but they are not necessary.

Additionally, you will get an expedited visa processing time.

We used separate portal last time. We lost the sign in password and they sent us request to submit passport oo until they denied us. We have kids now and we want to all reapply, can we all use one portal?

Yes. Taking both but the DS 160 has the old passport number.
Should we update the DS form to reflect the new one or we leave like that since old passport.

Hello. Pls, is this possible? An unexpired old passport was used to fill DS 160 form but there is a new passport now. At the point of collecting the new passport, they didn't cancel the old passport. You know the usual 'cancel without prejudice'.
Please note:
1. The old passport is not expired. It expires in 2024.
2. The old passport contains all previous visas and stamps.
Can one still use this old passport for interview coming up end of the month?

Thank you. Going through my mail now and I realised it was around the time I put to bed. I put to bed a month after I received the 1st email and I tried accessing it. Can I add this fact to my mail with evidence? I don't want it to appear somehow but I am at this same time looking for a way to appeal to them.

In addition to what @Ashirioluwa suggested, you can also attach a screenshot of the earlier mail you sent about loosing access to your account and their response to show it wasn't total negligence on your part and hope for the best.
Recently on this group someone missed the passport submission deadline too, sent a compassionate mail and they sent a new PPR.

According to the letter, they asked you to submit your passport, but you failed to do so.

I believe after your application was approved, they sent you a passport request letter, but you failed to submit your passport within a reasonable time, hence your visa application was denied.

Hello. Thank you. I got through to it. Apparently, I saved log in on my phone but I have been checking on desktop since . Now, the issue is that there is no messages in my portal.

There was a time I was trying to log in and I was advises to sign up for another portal and link my previous application but it still didn't link anything.

Could this have been the portal I opened?
Is it possible to use thesame email to sign up another portal. I haven't made any application on the new one but I am still receiving messages concerning my application with the old application number of 2021. What can I do please.

Pls, I forgot my username and password (I am still asking myself how that happened) and I applied in 2022 or 2021. I have been receiving emails that I should sign in that I have message. I have tried and tried. I sent them a mail one time and they asked that I open another portal and move my formal application. That didn't work or maybe I didn't do that to the accurately. Who can help me pls.
