I know VI and Lekki Axis have always used white colored buses for a long time now and that they arrest yellow and black buses that stray beyond Obalende/CMS axis.

What I don't know is when they started adopting the blue and white color with red, green and yellow stripes by the side. Some of the buses/minibuses Gbaja bought for empowerment in Surulere carry that color. Also been seeing buses with that color in Oshodi and VI axis too.

Most of the buses wearing that color are new vehicles, so I was wondering maybe it's Lagos state government ministry of transport that mandated them to pain their buses in the new color that has a semblance with BRT's colors.
