I didn't advise him to pay for the land, all I said was 'if he is indigene', he should grab it, that money quoted up there is for court case if any unforeseen drama want to manifest, which I believe will not happen because that land is unclaimed virgin land. grin grin grin

It is survival of the fittest, I have witnessed many, if you like believe me or not.
No one brings the land from heavens, all the land been sold today are all grabbed.
This is not true, my guy.

And I really hope you just have this mindset because you have powerful connections in government or the military.

Every land get history oh.

If you're an indigenous person with financial means, I will just say go and find another notable vocal guy to yourself and grab as much land as desired, grab up to 20-25 hectares. You'll likely be surprised that no one will challenge your claim.
All these self-proclaimed 'omo onile' who assert land ownership based on ancestral claims are all liars and they are nothing but land grabbers, I'm talking from experience, very very diabolical set of people

Many of these individuals don't have legitimate connections to the land they are selling, just because they know that the land belongs to no one.
That is the reason you will see 5 to 8 families disputing ownership of some lands, knowing full well it doesn't belong to any of them. It's simply a case of survival of the fittest.

While I acknowledge that land near inhabited communities usually has recognized ownership, but vast areas far from settlements are often unclaimed and belong to no one. Ultimately, land is a natural resource that no one can claim to have brought from heaven.

The Dangote refinery is a prime example. We were told that the land belong to the Lagos State Government. However, after it was announced that Dangote paid a sum of $100 million to the Lagos State Government, numerous families came out to lay claim to the land. They are all land grabber.
Where were they all these years?
Na wrong advice you dey give am oh

There is no land that isn't linked to someone (I may be wrong).

Telling him to go and grab 25 hectares without due diligence is just telling him to burn his money with a lit candle.

So he shouldn't be more concerned about the first aggressor, the wife. So your wife is allowed to irk your brother in your absence if he for some reason takes shelter in your place? I think you don't understand the etiquette of mutual respect.

Una dey just like get opposing view for everything.
Unless you have an inside information on the bolded, I do not see where that was stated.

Mutual respect also demands that you understand that your brother will leave his father and mother, and start his own family. So you too should give them their space.

Like I said, I don't know the context, but that guy is shameless to say he has the right to eat his brother's money.

In the issue of marriage, we all have personal opinions. But a man with sense will respect himself at the slightest sight of discomfort from his brother's wife and family.

There is more possibilities that brother sacrifice for brother than for woman to sacrifice for man..

Imfact sef, na man dey sacrifice for woman most of the time

Do you agree that the wife too may have sacrificed for him?

You should be more concerned about how a grown up man is saying "He will eat his brother's money", rather than doing something for himself

I dey always knows when Dangote done pay media people to write because they will push the same agenda for 2 weeks, then the agenda will disappear, just like the time they were posting that refineries in "the abroad" are closing down because of Dangote. This thing is just somehow and I don’t know why Nigeria Police don’t see how ridiculous this their statement reads .

Few days ago there was a video of Chief Razaq Okoya’s Kids ( Eleganza ) abusing the Naira and their police orderly was showing in the video . People criticized the video online and pointed out how the boys abused Naira in the presence of a law enforcement agent without them getting arrested like dem Cubana Chief priest and Bobrisky .

Today the police is saying they have arrested and detained the police orderly attached to the boys who was in the video but somehow they are silent about the main culprits ; the billionaire’s sons who actually abused the Naira.

If dem explain Nigeria give u and u understand , then the person no explain well enough .

Maybe it is true

But for us to start hearing Dangote fuel is this and that in December, when the man has been selling since September, and nobody noticed, reeks of PR

The guy took his time to lose pistons and wash to make that discovery.

How many people lying on Twitter went through that process or any at all, to discover?

I rest my case sha.
European Football (EPL, UEFA, La Liga) › Re: EPL Chatroom - All Discussions by izzou(m): 10:30am On Jan 10, 2025
BlueRayDick:
Two possibilities:

1. Dangote has given PR gig out to some influencers to run PR for his product so as to have an edge over NNPC. You know Dangote reduced retail price of his PMS to N935/liter via MRS and Ardova Petroleum retail stations and NNPC in response reduced theirs to N925/liter via NNPC retail stations. So the next thing is to run PR that his fuel lasts longer than NNPC's

2. The people who are sympathetic to Dangote and who bought the narrative that Dangote's PMS is the purest out there are doing an unpaid PR work on the mere assumption that his fuel lasts more and burns slower than NNPC's. Like u rightly said, it is almost impossible to measure at what rate ur car consumes fuel due to mechanics messing with most of our Tokunbo vehicles.

I've bought fuel in both NNPC & MRS recently and I can't really say I saw any difference in how long the fuel lasts. All these people on twitter definitely have more to tell us. The whole thing just reeks of few months ago when FG gave out CNG PR gigs and everywhere u turn to on Twitter u see somebody hyping CNG. Today the whole noise has died a natural death, I guess the PR money don expire
I can imagine the queues in MRS and Ardova stations because of this grin

When this strategy expire, dem go tell us how Dangote fuel is a good choice for Baby Oil and body creams

Or how you can use it to fry plantains and it will not burn.

my sentiments exactly

no thanks to our mechanics car fuel consumption is all over the place and you cannot pin down the issue. you will just realise your car is definitely consuming more fuel, but you have no way of figuring out why. the people who may see a difference are the owners of genuine supercars that require high octane fuel. emphasis on genuine - not those replica that you see dino melaiye flashing.
I think Dangote just wants an edge in the price war going on.

Dangote and MRS started their business since September. How come nobody noticed the eternal burning fuel then?

One of the fast selling parts in cars are Catalyst and Air flow meters; Two vital components that define your consumption, and many cars have faulty ones in them

Suddenly, everyone dey enjoy long lasting fuel

Either Nigerians are jumping on the trend to stay relevant, or Dangote don spread lamba join the PR.

A lot of cars have consumption issues. Nigerians cannot even calculate their mpg themselves, or from the dashboard

But suddenly, everyone knows fuel that burns faster or doesn't.

When we lie finish, we go come back to where we stop
