An LG election is a Governor's election. The State High court is the highest court that can rule on it, and the State judge is still handpicked by the Governor. So, Fubara cannot lose.

But a governorship is where we can know if Wike wields power or not. Na INEC, wey him cousin be REC, wey him wife be Appeal Court Judge, wey Tinubu and him party people be Supreme court judges.
