monerozi5590: Some of them will go and be even looking down on them. If you don't interact with them (Hausas) you won't know why they are doing some kind of things.
Nothing they hate like pride. Sit with them, you will be shocked on the number of things they know.
I have been with them for the past four years in rural areas. Northern Kaduna.
I can tell you for a fact that no tribe, not even my own has helped me more than the Hausas. None. He did not say he pull them out of pride .... He said he will pull them out of poverty. Was he lying? |

monerozi5590: You keep twisting everything as usual. This will be my last response to you.
I keep telling you I am attacking the insult part, you are telling me to counter Obi with fact .
If someone insults your entire region, won't you be angry? I don't want to make example here because I am a very sensitive person.
You people keep bringing negative statistics to laugh us. So much for a country.
Someone here brought infant death statistics just to laugh us. Can you just imagine. Infant death oh!
I expect you to know better but you join the nonsense agenda behind the Twitter Merchant. Negative stats are facts. You really need to grow past your emotions. Instead of you to see how bad the leaders of the country have ruined it, you are angry because someone stated it. The last Cholera outbreak in the UK was in the 18th century. So if a British is telling me that Nigeria has Cholera, i would get mad at him? Grow up, sir. There is no insult in stating the obvious. |

monerozi5590: Obi is a public figure. He should check his backyard.
Enough said. Don't wanna say something I will regret.
Poverty is everywhere in Nigeria. That is why i am advocating that you promise people of Anambra to liberate them from poverty too.. I expect you to counter Obi with facts that the north is not poor; at least, that is what educated folks do, right? But you are pissed off because it is an insult, not because it was a lie. Go on Google and dig out facts of poverty in Anambra. It is right there, and that is Obi's backyard. Na very simple something |

monerozi5590: You are getting wrong as always. .
Obi said it in an insulating way. We see it as an insult the way he said it. That's what I am addressing.
Poverty is everywhere in Nigeria. What is insulting about what he said? So it is not that it is a lie. But you see it as insulting? Well, he has said he will liberate your region from poverty. You can insult him back, by saying you will liberate Anambra from abject poverty |

monerozi5590: Nope. Poverty is everywhere in Nigeria.
Nigeria. He is a Nigerian .
He will Nigeria out of poverty. Your issue with the statement is not because it is a lie; but because it was Obi that said it. The man said " North". If you want to pull Nigeria out of poverty, nobody is stopping you from issuing the statement. Unless that statement is a lie, i don't see what is wrong in it. If you want to pull Anambra out of poverty, you can issue that statement too. There's nothing wrong with that |

Roland17: I think we have seen enough to conclude that Naija economy no dey work like that oh!
There are unique naija factors that determine price more than demand and supply oh! Firstly, except for few countries, European cars are RHD, not LHD for us. So it is a challenge. It is mostly trucks that we usually source from Europe; probably because the engine technicalities of the older models are not complicated for our Kazeems. Sadly, Asian market is pouring sand into that garri. Another issue is exchange rate. $10,000 and £10,000 get very big difference. European cars are expensive especially for a seller. Lastly, we are not abreats with fixing new models yet. I don't think we have technicians to handle the repairs of 2018 vehicles from Europe. There is a reason why American and Canadian cars are flooded in Nigeria. These are just few |
