One of the reasons I do not post in politics anymore is you will invariably be dragged into ethnic one man up ship.

My first brush with the hypocrisy was after gej became president. Up to this point, we had dissed Obj Together, mocked yardua together. But all of a sudden, my political friends from the east closed ranks and started defending All the nonsense gej was doing. Right from the botched handling of the October 1 bombings.

It was a very rude awakening. At the time, I thought we all wanted the same thing, a better Nigeria. But then it became clear what they wanted was power or at least their perceived guy/son in power, and the pleasure of lording it over everyone else

The hatred for Tinubu has nothing to do with his character flaws or alleged drug baron history, but simply the fact that he provided the vehicle that closed Gejs political career.

This is the same reason why ibos were the biggest supporters of fayose, a clown who did nothing by social media ponmo eating. They are the ones who are doing the most jubilation over adelekes win, and are unable to attempt to be gracious in victory.

This bile and the blatant double standards are what is poisoning political discourse.

And now David hundeyin has stupidly dragged abiola into this. And the ethnic champions are already doing thier best to echo this poorly researched nonsense.

As for Atiku, it's PDP chieftains and their lust for money is what is keeping the joker politically alive. To have someone like Atiku in 2023 again is a disservice to Nigerians and PDP will be punished for it.

Except for those very young then, we all know that 1999-2007 shows that Tinubu’s achievements in office dwarf that of his contemporaries. He also appointed Yoruba , irrespective from state of origin, Igbos, Hausas into positions of Leadership in Lagos state.

He achieved a lot without Federal Allocation which Obasanjo held because Tinubu created additional 37 LCDAs..
