BlueRayDick: No now. Watch the video again, u will see clearly that the person fell directly on the path of the ambulance so close to the ambulance with no time for the driver to brake or swerve well enough not to run her over.
What I don't understand is if the lady was pushed or she was just unfortunate to have fall to the path of the ambulance at the wrong time. He swerved and couldn't stop immediately? |

There's no explanation for that stupidity |

It is like some people do not understand what court of law means and the proceedings that take place in there. There is a good reason it is not called court of emotions or court of public opinion. I am struggling to see the "off limit" in that question. Our Judiciary sef. See how he talked to a lawyer and he still went home that day. |

What is even weird about the 36 million for health is that they spent billions in buying cars for the Ministry, paying salaries, but spent only 36 million in what actually concerns Health. |

If they keep it down to only 100-200 denaturalisations per month, that might even be a small win for the immigrant population. Trump himself will be demanding a higher rate, but the process might be slowed down by bureaucratic red tape. His first tenure, he did 104 Denaturalizations in 4 years But e wan do 200 in one month! BlueRayDick: They are not staged from my observation. The guy obviously use a meta eyeglass or any other eyeglass capable of taking videos to record those videos without the ladies suspecting anything.
One of the videos he posted, I saw someone in comment section feeling sad seeing her relative being posted as one of the ladies . That particular video was captured in Ghana. The commenter was disappointed seeing how low her relative fell.
I doubt it is staged at all because most Africans care so much about how their relatives would feel seeing such videos online Pheeeeewww Well, Oleku..... Tell me something wey money no fit do.... |

BlueRayDick: There's this Russian guy on TikTok by the name yaytseslav_official whose content is centered mainly on him meeting random African girls at an aafrican store or on the streets; he approaches them to tell them they look good and from their either collect their number or show them wads of cash and ask them to follow him to his apartment.
Most of the ladies almost always follow him with little or no persuasion. They would show up at his crib and feel relaxed like it's no big deal.
Omo, watching the video just gives a cringe of low self esteem from those African ladies. More like they just assent to the guy's unorthodox approach without much thought simply because he's white. One can tell that they would've been vexed if a fellow black had approached them in such condescending manner no matter how cute he may be.
The guy literally records them for his own amusement and post their videos on his social media for views. 😭😭 It could be staged, my brother. |

At some point we might have to deploy an insultometre to gauge how celebs getting insulted by perceived Obidients measure.

iamoyindamola: Why will they even suspend such law, what's the logic People are still supporting this man abi That law was already dead on arrival. NAFDAC failed to see the economic implications of what they were about to do. Their reason was because minors can access the drinks, but rather than think of a way to address that, they chose to ban it. Almost every consumable are trying to survive. Items that we grew up seeing in bottles, now have satchets. From Oil to soap, etc... It shows what Nigerians can easily afford. Banning satchet alcohol is like shutting down 70% of the activities of these distilleries. It will affect the labor, the tax, and the economic system as a whole. |
European Football (EPL, UEFA, La Liga) › Re: EPL Chatroom - All Discussions by izzou(m): 1:22pm On Feb 11 |
Olowunl01: The Ban came about because a very high % of owners in Banana Island agreed to it, they bought into exclusivity, not so some randomers with N500k can come drag spaces with them, so there lots of estates where shortlets are NOT allowed even in Sangotedo.
Lots of Developers now build specifically for shortlets, so those ones will be safe. Of course. If a building is solely for shortlets, or the number of shortlets owners outnumber the private apartment owners, it would be safe |
European Football (EPL, UEFA, La Liga) › Re: EPL Chatroom - All Discussions by izzou(m): 11:27am On Feb 11 |
Olowunl01: Nope, its just gonna evolve, and hopefully less greed. What Banana Island did is small compared to wetin HOA in the US dey do.
Shortlet Business in Banana Island estate, Pinnock Beach estate doesn't make sense from a business sustainability standpoint, These owners did not buy specifically for shortlet as it would be stupid to buy a 2bed apartment in an area which is not neccessary high demands for over N500m to make N20M profit after fees deductions.
Another reason is Lagos doesn't have enough standard hotels, and only a small handful of quality hotels so serviced apartments fill those gaps, especially for families who struggle to find hotels with family rooms or connecting rooms.
Also thanks to "village people" concerns most diaporans returning home would rather stay in these apartments, than go to their family house or stay with relative (staying with relatives can be more expensive than hotels) So the ban came up from a standpoint of insecurity. Heard there were 4 robberies in the estate in one month. People in residential buildings became worried about seeing new faces Everytime in the building; all in the name of service apartments. And when the insecurity rose, the ban was inevitable. So unless the apartments are located outside an estate (which is quite difficult for the island, because they have so many estates there), Developers and the community associations may stop such in their estates because of insecurity |
