This is different from saying the Oba of Lagos is not a 1st Class King. You did not create the concept and you should not use it wrongly, every state has 1st class, 2nd class and 3rd class Kings.

Stop extending your show of ignorance by arguing.
I said Yoruba land. You keep saying state.

If you love to argue, I don't

The Ooni throne is far far higher and recognized first in the Nigerian constitution before the Oba of Lagos

I repeat, Oba of Lagos is not a first class oba

If you have a problem with this, please scroll down or look for someone else to confirm your point

And you cannot do your own research? Every state has first class kings recognized by the government.

He is one of those in Lagos.
We are talking of Yoruba land, Mr Know it all

You can't compare the Obi of Onitsha with a king in Ebonyi, just because they are from different states

Even the Nigerian constitution recognizes some thrones over others

Please always read to understand. I beg you

The Ooni and Oba of Lagos have different ranks in the Yoruba Kingdom

Properties › Re: Is There A Demand For Brick Houses In Nigeria? by izzou(m): 7:33am On Apr 26, 2017
obongitiad:
Good day house,

Our company is currently working on building a housing estate with at least 100 housing units of 2 to 3 bedroom flat apartments.

Based on the figures we are getting, it appears that it is cheaper to build with clay bricks than with the conventional sandcrete blocks and cement only. Our aim is to produce affordable housing units for Nigerians and building with bricks seems to be one of the best ways to achieve that.

However, we will like to know from the professionals in the house if it is advisable to embark on such a project with bricks. Will Nigerians pay for and opt to live in brick houses at this time?

Your responses will be greatly appreciated.

Thank you.

You really should not blame the Ooni of ife for being who he is.. .its just like blaming a good person for being good cos his good deeds brings him temporal discomfort and demand he reduces his goodness...power should be exercised with and not over ur fellow man, a lack of this understanding is the reason the world is the way it is.....the oba was just being a big baby.
Am very sure the Ooni won't bother to shake him next time

Not being friendly with someone doesn't mean you are bad. Sometimes, Its a means of earning respect

The late Ooni would have greeted the Obi only, and sat down. That I am very sure

It is a gradual process, the guys working with the Chinese at the assembly are Nigerians and sooner or later they will pick up. The problem is not sending them abroad for training, the issue is they don't usually come back after their training. So its better to train them on-job here than to waste our scarce dollar on people they may likely not return.
If they don't come back, where will they have a higher chance of utilising the knowledge?

The white man won't train you and still employ you.

If you know how much these companies spend to pay and keep expatriates here,ehn....

The mechanic told me there was need to replace the oil seal, which he did a couple of weeks ago. Since the repair, the car makes some noise somewhere in the front when car is in reverse and the accelerator pedal is kinda stiff initially especially when car needs to back up a not so level ground. Guy has checked it again and he said the noise will go by itself but I don't believe him. Note that this only happens in reverse when not on smooth road. Please help, it's my favorite car.
