Not all the time bt more often expenditure is always over income! Whenever I try a sustaining a cash budget! I see it as punishing my Parents which I don't like! I'm not a spend thrift neither am I a womaniser. Is just that there are certain basic expenses you just can not do without like tithes & offering, food, transport e.t.c.
