Lennycool: A poll conducted in america found that people would rather elect * A Muslim * A Mormon * A homosexual * A Jew To office rather than an atheist. And America is a homophobic, racist, and xenophobic place. But they would put all their hate aside rather than vote for an atheist. As big and developed as America is there is no public atheist in Congress because it's political suicide. I don't blame mark at all. So Mark Zuckerberg, just like Bull Gates, threw atheism under a bus by saying that he is not an atheist. When Zuckerberg made the comment that he is not an atheist on facebook, a lot of Nigerian christians ran to Nairaland to mock atheists and laugh. Seun Osewa, whom I respect so much, made the mistake of answering the christians- who then rejoiced at his "painment"/"butthurt". However, the joke still remains on christians or religious Nigerians. The reason I say this is because most Nigerians are not intelligent enough to ask "WHAT RELIGION OR BELIEF DOES MARK ZUCKERBERG NOW FOLLOW SINCE HE IS NOT AN ATHEIST"?I truly wonder why so many christians do not realise that in rushing to mock atheists over Zuckerberg, they have shown their insecurity and ignorance over what belief entails. One should realise that Zuckerberg never stated what his beliefs are clearly. -Mark Zuckerberg could be a satanist -Mark Zuckerberg could be a sango worshipper -Mark Zuckerberg could be a Buddhist -Mark Zuckerberg could be a Shintoist. -Mark Zuckerberg could be a Deist. Mark Zuckerberg could be a secular humanist as well (a secular religion/philosophy?)- which would not put him far from atheism/agnosticism. To all the christians and religious folks that rushed to mock atheists, please learn to have the intelligence to read between the lines. Many people make diplomatic comments just to avoid conflicts. Also learn to have the patience and intelligence to learn how to ask important questions- because, a further question should have been put to Zuckerberg- "What are your beliefs"? As for the issue of "reading between the lines", Zuckerberg lives in a religious (heavily christian populated) country and was asked a question about religion, at a religious time (Christmas holiday)- did you expect him to make an irreligious statement and lose customers? Even I would deny atheism if i had many christian customers at christmas! Just like how many christians piss their pants and deny Jesus when ISIS comes knocking on their door Shalom! Happy new year in advance! |

It gets so many things wrong about the theology and myth of the igbo religion
It's plainly ludicrous... Igbo traditional religion is deeper and more profound than this bag of crap.. I think that it is high time that we ignore kingEbukasblog's threads. KingEbukasBlog: This religious movement called Godiansim/Chiism was established in 1948 in Nigeria ! This is another proof that Nigerians did not just accept the doctrine of white man without being incisive like the ignorant atheists claim , but had theirs , Godianism/Chiism . It shares similar beliefs with the Abrahamic religions too .
History
Godianism has been the oldest spirituality of Africa . It is in the cradle of Chiism that the African people grew. The adherents of this religious movement believe that Godianism will help the children of Africa to rejuvenate themselves in unity and solidarity.
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Godianism When will you have sense? Igbo culture and religion have been traced to being alive as far back as 4000 years ago and you are here proclaiming some nonsense religion that started 84 years ago (1948) as the oldest spirituality in Africa? |

ScienceWatch: Why dont LACKBIZZLE continue to use cheap psychology to appeal for help to understand Christians and Muslims ?
LACKBIZZLE is understandably confused. He is upsetting other Atheists because atheists HATE Christians and Muslims.
Famous atheists have written laws and hateful books that was designed to destroy the holiness of Islam and Christianity. Atheists aim was to turn humans from a spiritual being to a mere machine, without emotion/spirit.
a) THE hateful cowardly atheist, LACKBIZZLE want help with translations to mock the holiness of Islam and Christianity.
b) LACKBIZZLE cowardly target Christianity because Christians do not have Islams powerful defense called "fatwa" to punish evil people that defile their religion.
c) LACKBIZZLE cowardly preys on the "Forgiveness" that Christians are commanded to apply because God is their mighty revenger.
A fool chose to learn from his own mistakes. A wise man works hard to learn from others mistakes.
LACKBIZZLE will do well to learn from the cursed founding fathers of atheism. They all without fail suffered shocking mental diseases.
Atheist Dawkins’ signed in 2006, a petition to the British Prime Minister that called for making it “illegal to indoctrinate children into religion before the age of 16. It is unfortunately, as there are a lot of atheists who go into the field of psychology and psychiatry.
Atheist Sam Harris made a statement to an interviewer in 2009: “If I could wave a magic wand and get rid of either rape or religion, I would not hesitate to get rid of religion.”
Atheist scientists Lawrence Krauss and Neil DeGrasse Tyson. says about Africans, it is our duty, as reasonable, civilized men to subdue them, dress and educate them in our manner, and, of course, kill them when we must — and the fact that the wealth of their native countries are flowing westward and enriching the already bloated coffers of our ruling and economic elite has absolutely nothing to do with it. www.nairaland.com/attachments/4640182_saynotodrugs_jpeg2a8c613b8f51d126e04b446bad94eba5 |

Unlike the terrible evils committed by atheists on millions of innocent people world wide because of their hatred and open bitterness.
How about: ADOLF HITLER to LACKBIZZLE TRANSLATION
ADOLF HITLER affectionately asks : Lackbizzle why do you display your asshole?

Your co atheist lied and said 80% of scientists are atheists...Dumbo group of atheists DGA! Are you blind? The second pie chart shows that only 30% of scientists are christians (10+16+4) while 48% are either atheists or agnostics or dont follow any religion (20+11+17) https://assets.pewresearch.org/wp-content/uploads/sites/11/2009/11/Scientists-and-Belief-2.png |

KingEbukasBlog: For the five hundred and sixty eighth time , Religious skepticism is not atheism .
The Catholics/Deists/Muslims/Orthodox/Lutherans/Buddhists can see no difference between Pentecostal pastors and MMM guiders and call out pastors for owing jets .
The Christians , I mean anybody and even Muslims reject sharia and terrorism .
No one is rejecting Church weddings for court and traditional . A few people now choose those because they are less expensive especially during this recession period
It has nothing to with atheism .
Use your head for once bro

Instead we have seen atheists openly renounce atheism on Nairaland . Well said. Still, religious skepticism is growing and those people are no longer christians Deists, atheists, agnostics, etc are all welcome |
