Well, a GOO is best diagnosed after you do either a scan or an X-ray (barium meal). As it is, it's not impossible that you have GOO buh until confirmed by the barium meal, it may just be a case of indigestion (acid peptic disease).
I advise you go ahead with the barium meal.
