Webmasters4 Unconventional SEO Tricks No Expert Would Reveal To You by jaelz(op): 11:08am On Feb 15, 2019
Most of us want our websites to rank high in google search engine results preferably the first page... We can either do this the Organic way or the Inorganic way... The Inorganic way is usually faster but more expensive to run... Today I would be listing four methods to rank high on search engines organically...

Minify: Minification of Scripts simply means removing all unnecessary elements in the script that may be making your scripts not to load faster thereby causing the website to load slower...

Canonical Tags: The use of Canonical Tags to differentiate similar web pages... So the crawlers have a clear description of what each page is about... A canonical tag (aka "rel canonical"wink is a way of telling search engines that a specific URL represents the master copy of a page. Using the canonical tag prevents problems caused by identical or "duplicate" content appearing on multiple URLs...

AMP: In simple terms, Accelerated Mobile Pages is an open source initiative project designed to optimize faster mobile pages. ... Accelerated Mobile Pages (AMP) is an open source initiative project/platform aimed at helping publishers improve the speed and readability of their mobile content pages... Making your website responsive is not just enough...

Use of DOM Elements: The Document Object Model (DOM) is a programming interface for HTML and XML documents. It represents the page so that programs can change the document structure, style, and content. The DOM represents the document as nodes and objects... Basically it gives the perfect structural layout of how any website should be structured...

Entity Tags: An entity tag (ETag) is an HTTP header used for Web cache validation and conditional requests from browsers for resources. Etags use persistent identification elements (PIE) that have been tagged to the user's browser. In terms of Re-targeting this is very important to help us achieve more ROI...

InvestmentRe: What Guarantied Sure Businesses/Investments Are You Venturing Into This Year? by jaelz(op):
I signed up as vending agent (Vendor) with www.irecharge.com.ng/irecharge_biz I was able to get a very good location and opened a small shop where I earned commission on every single transaction being carried by me be it Electricity Meter Recharge (Prepaid and Postpaid), Data Recharge, Airtime Purchase or Cable Tv Subscriptions... I generate millions in revenue yearly... I would advise each and every one of you to sign up and become a vendor because power and airtime are Fast Moving Consumer Goods that are bound to sell where ever you are...

Another business I would venture into would be Piggery

As for me I bought 20 pigs at 6k each, = N120,000

15 Females and 5 Males

I would be keeping it with the baba and giving him 15k Monthly for Dusa and Chicken Shit for their Feeding... This would be last for 6 Months i.e N90,000 note they would also be allowed to roam freely in search of food occasionally to minimize costs...

He said they could give birth to like 6-8 piglets at 5 Months Old

Putting it at 5 piglets per female pigs : 75 Piglets by the 6 Months

70 Piglets maximum due to mortality and other related factors...

Note: Gestation Period is 3.5 Months so by November Market For Don Set

In Jos here an averagely matured pig costs about N50,000 Naira

i.e 20 X N50,000 = N1,000,000

Then from baby pigs : 70 X N6,000 = N420,000

Total Money: N1,420,000

minus expenditure of N210,000

Total Profit after Deductions: N1,210,000 (Cool Residual Income... It might be small but it's still something)

Please others share yours and be willing to teach others and assist them...

Thanks hope I have inspired someone here today...

Note: the baba that would take care of my pigs is an expert piggery expert he is almost 70 years old and has been rearing pigs for almost 33 years now in Jos

Hello Nairalanders, in the spirit of getting to the promise land in terms of business set up and acquisition, I noticed the most common problem faced by most entrepreneurs here is how to raise capital.

I would appreciate it if successful business owners can lecture us on how they were able to raise or come up with the desired capital they needed to fully set up their personal hustles i.e was savings, grants, loans or family?

Please lets all help each other on how to raise money and capital for our personal businesses... Remember we rise by lifting others, no one man is an island of his own...

BusinessHow To Make N200,000 Monthly Vending Airtime, Cable Tv And Electricity Services by jaelz(op): 1:07pm On Jan 16, 2019
Do you know?

-According to NCC, we have over 160 million active GSM LINES in Nigeria as at June 2017.
-Telecoms Average Revenue per User in Nigeria is N6, 000 per month, therefore
-Monthly airtime, Bills Payment and other Vending Platforms usage per month is N1 Trillion Naira
-Telecoms are NOW focusing on Vending Platforms than Logical Sales (Paper Recharge)
-Vending Platforms process transactions running into Trillions of Naira annually.
-You can own your own Business Selling Airtime Recharge, Cable Tv and Electricity Bills Tokens like iRecharge (www.irecharge.com.ng/irecharge_biz) and earn up commissions running into millions on every transaction made by you.

Why is Vending Services now the Vogue?

- The BANKS are Crazy about Vending Platforms, GTB is doing Vending Services, Ecobank is doing Vending Services, UBA is doing Vending Services Stanbic IBTC is doing Vending Services virtually almost every bank in Nigeria is participating in one form of Vending Services or the other.
-Even the GSM Networks are doing Vending Platforms with their Credit Borrowing Idea, USSD Banking, Payments and Transfers and are raking in commissions and stylishly taking market away from the Recharge Card/Paper and Over the Counter Vendors Operators.
-There is a need to automate every possible process being undertaken by this service providing platforms
- There is a need to ease of stress and provide convenience to the workers and users of these services
-Recharge Card Business and Over the Counter Electricity, Tax and Cable Tv Payment Methods are fading out. Vending Platforms are gradually taking over
-You get to earn commissions on every single transaction you carry out
-This is an outstanding Business to put your Money, even the Commercial Banks will not give you this kind of commissions as Interest on your Long Term Savings.
-There is a need to have multiple sources of Income in Nigeria

What is Airtime, Data, Electricity and Cable Tv (VENDING PLATFORMS)?

The well known conventional way of loading a phone with Airtime Credit or Paying Your Bills is by buying a Paper or Scratch Card and then loading it on your phone with a USSD Code or Going over the Counter to pay for your Bills. The other way is the Digital method called E-Top Up (VIA VENDING PLATFORMS like www.irecharge.com.ng/irecharge_biz), your Phone Bills, Cable Tv, Data Recharge or Electricity Meter Bills would be directly credited by the vendor and there will be no need for scratching a card or loading with USSD or performing an Over the Counter payment. The buyer will receive an alert confirming the top up, or that Data has been recharged or would receive a token for his/her Electricity Meter or Cable TV.

Vending Platforms like (www.irecharge.com.ng) therefore is a Digital way of selling Airtime, Data, Electricity Tokens and Cable Tv Pins to users so their devices are credited automatically at their own convenience.

The well known and popular way by which Vendors make use of VENDING PLATFORMS is by buying a VENDING PLATFORMS API or by Signing-Up as a Vendor on the Vending Platform where an e-wallet is opened for you and then you fund and perform your transactions via that account that holds your E-Wallet.
`
The advantages of this is that:

1. You will not need to carry Paper Recharge or Recharge Cards, helps you reduce messy Paper work and mix ups.

2. You can sell Airtime, Data, Electricity Tokens or Cable Tv Pins Subscriptions on the move, so we can call it a Mobile Recharging Business Platform or Professionally known as Vending Platforms.
4. You earn commissions on every single transaction you make, be it Airtime, Electricity, Data or Cable TV Recharge.
5. It safe keeps your pins and tokens from external parties
6. It saves you the stress of having to worry about closure and distance in making payments. It’s all about Convenience, Accessibility…

The disadvantage of this is:

1. you must have an active Internet Connection

However, Vending Platforms offering Vending Services Just Got Better with Our Vending Platforms App… the iRecharge App that can be downloaded on your various Mobile Store. Remember you can still Visit our Website on: www.irecharge.com.ng to perform the same transactions…

How Our VENDING PLATFORMS Platform Works

We now have a new innovation and more effective approach to Vending Services. This has taken care of the demerits of the Paper Recharge and Over the Counter Bills Payments. With our website you can

1. Just register on our website (www.irecharge.com.ng/irecharge_biz) and access your VENDING PLATFORMS ACCOUNT on our Web Platform, Mobile or Desktop Platforms.

2. If it’s 15,000 Naira only you have to start, you will be able to use the money to vend ALL NETWORKS (MTN, AIRTEL, GLO, 9MOBILE).

3. You can use any type of Internet Enable Phone to vend Airtime Credit, perform Electricity Bills Token Generation, Data Recharge or Cable Tv Subscription.

Our Vending Platforms allows you to earn or create an alternative avenue for Residual Income.

Benefits:
Offer instant top up as an alternative for change.
• Offer value added services to customers such as payments for
Tv, electricity and internet
• Increased traffic to the location considering the demand for
services on the platform.
• Gain commission on all transactions.
• Supports multi user simultaneous vending
• Increases Business brand Value
• Sell flexible airtime amounts between N50, 000 and N40, 000 to
any postpaid or pre-paid line.

Some screenshots of the web platform are shown below:

Activation fee for vendors is between N15, 000 – N25, 000 Naira….

Using the website for personal use does not attract any activation fee.

BusinessRe: Learn Email Marketing (for Businesses) - A Free Nairaland Training. by jaelz(m): 10:44am On Jan 11, 2019
Please how do I get Targeted Emails and Lists Please contact me via jaelzy@gmail.com
databoy247:
Back in the day when email was invented, it immediately solved the problem of communication via writing of letters. Back then if you wanted to communicate with someone in Lagos, you would have to send a letter from Benin to Lagos, since landline was more of a communication tool for the well-to-do.

With email, it became easier to communicate with anybody anywhere in the world....and it is way cheaper too.

Then comes the advent of Blackberry and Android phones, email users increased because without an email address, you wont be able to make use of these devices. Virtually 70% (over 72 million Nigerians) of Nigerians make use of an email address...what better way to do business communications?

Email marketing is an art of promoting your business, increasing your sales via an efficient email system. But it is way easy to gather as many email addresses as you can online, and start sending messages to people. WRONG!

They are called un-solicited emails and in developed country, you can be sued for that. You dont force a message down the throat of someone. This is because it is very very effective to call someone on phone and say; 'Hi, i will be coming to your office later by 12 noon to discuss something with you", and when you get there you will be listened to. Rather than show up unannounced...someone will just call security for you.

To start an email marketing campaign, always start with permission.
People open email from people they know, and they delete or mark as spam email from people they don’t recognize. This is why it’s critical that you always ask for permission before adding a new contact to your email list. Permission-based email marketing is the best route to developing long-lasting customer relationships that drive repeat sales and valuable word-of-mouth for your business. And this will keep you from going to court.....trust me. (There are some people here in this NL who are really guilty of this...e.g the guy that calls himself tectono ventures.....please stop sending me unsolicited emails...I have the right to sue you for privacy infringement) angry angry

Back to business, grin. When someone joins your email list, they are opting-in to learn more about your business. Some of these people will be completely new to your business and want to learn more about what you have to offer. For new customers, you could send emails with additional information about your business and the different products and services you have to offer.

But do you know it is possible to have an email list of 1000 subscribers and when you send out a message, less than 10 will actually read what you have sent out?

In email marketing, it is assumed that a 20% open rate (200 out of 1000 reading your email) is a success. As for me, sometimes i enjoy a 41% open rate. How did i manage to achieve this?

How do you get people to join your email list? How can you get new subscribers? There is nothing as cool as someone saying "hey, i want to join your list because i want to get emails from you".

Watch out for my next post. I am a very busy person, so you will have to develop some form of patience with me. cool
