Culture / Re: Aminu Sanusi Lamido Becomes A Police Officer (Photos) by Jahbles93: 6:28pm On Dec 15, 2017
CastedDude:
Prince Aminu Sanusi Lamido, the first son of His Highness Emir of Kano Muhammad Sanusi II and the grandson of the late Emir Ado Bayero, has become a police officer.

Prince Aminu born in 1991 joined the Nigeria Police after he graduated from University of Buckingham united kingdom with Bsc accounting after which he left for Riyad the kingdom of Saudi Arabia where he studied Arabic before coming back to Nigeria and did his NYSC in Lagos.

The prince then joined the service of the Nigeria Police, Plateau Academy where he passed out with the rank of Assistant Superintendent of Police (ASP).

It could be recalled that the ASP's late grand father, Emir Ado Bayero was a police officer before he joined the diplomatic work, then became the emir of Kano.

Congratulations to the Kano royal family, particularly his highness. Here come your future IG.

Travel / Re: My Racism Experience During A Vacation In Russia by Jahbles93: 11:08pm On Oct 13, 2016
Sorry bro for your bad experience, soon I will come up with my own story of how Russians are good to black race. ..quote author=ERONX post=50173186]It all happened on the 10th of October I left home in Ontario and decided to go on vacation in the beautiful city of st Petersburg with a childhood friend of mine who is White. When taking our usual tour walk with our complete papers and tourist passport, I observed that most people along the street kept on staring and moving away from us especially me....

We later discovered we've missed our way because we visited most of the tour centers with our map, so we decided to ask the locals around for help. When I approached them for direction, although we had issues with language difference they would just grin and shout out loud, some would run away and avoid me from getting close when I tried asking for direction.

I finally discovered I was been avoided because of my dark skin colour, so i asked my friend to do the questioning while I stood far away but there was no way they could help even with the map due to the language difference. They offered assistance by pointing to a police stand we went there with the intention of asking for direction, the two policemen shook hands with my white friend but ignored shaking hands with me, after giving us directions on how we could get a cab that will take us to our hotel, we thanked them and we were about leaving the policemen called us back and asked what I'm carrying in my backpack. I told him I have my papers some money and my lunch. He took the bag from me checked it himself he saw my papers were complete yet he refused returning my backpack, i got very angry and asked him to return my backpack yet he refused my friend tried pleading yet he refused...

What made me angry was because he didn't ask for the contents in my friend's backpack when he saw how furious and angry I've become, he returned the backpack and started raining abusive racist word in both Russian and English. I threatened him I would file a complaint to the Russian Police, and told him I would file legal actions against him. After threatening him, he stopped the insult and in a few minutes a police car drove to our scene i believe the locals around contacted the police. A superior officer from the police vehicle apologised on his behalf, he was also asked to apologise which he did reluctantly the most embarrassing part of it was when all the drama was unfolding the locals around gathered to catch a glimpse of what was happening while others took pictures.

We finally got back to the hotel I was very angry all through, I had to reschedule for the next flight and I went back home the next day.

All through my lifetime I have never been subjected to such a degrading and embarrassing moment.

RACISM IS BAD #SAYNOTORACISM[/quote]

Education / Re: Photos Of The Nigerian Students Detained In Turkey Over Failed Coup Attempt by Jahbles93: 1:08pm On Oct 02, 2016
This people looks like Nigerians for your eyes?[qquote author=dainformant post=49843304]The Turkish government has commenced a massive deportation of Nigerian students resident in the country. Some students were detained on orders of the federal government upon arrival at Ataturk International Airport in Istanbul as they were all escorted to a room and their passport confiscated by Turkish police (as shown in the pictures).

The students were reportedly made to sign deportation documents in preparation for their deportation back to Nigeria. In the deportation document, it was stated that they will not be accepted to Turkey pursuant after the deportation and that until their flight is ready for the deportation, they will be kept inside TAV Private Security Room, according to a report.

The detained Nigerians are mainly students of Fathi University, one of the private universities in Turkey. The Fathi University is among the 2099 schools, dormitories and universities shut down in the wake of the July 15th failed coup in Turkey. The Turkish authorities said the schools and universities were terrorist schools because they have links with Islamic scholar Fethullah Gulen, whom the Turkish government had accused of being the mastermind of the coup in Turkey...

dermmy:
Many christians don't understand this restitution of a thing. The only man that did restitution in the new testament was Zacheus and Jesus christ didn't force him to do so. Jesus christ didnt suggest it to it him. He didnt command him to do so. He did it willingly because he was so happy the day Jesus came to his house dine with him.

Why was he over joyous because he had longed to see Jesus. a short man who had tried to meet Jesus one on one many times but could not. And the moment he tried to do something surprising Jesus saw him and told him he would come and dine in his house.

Now my question gies thus. An armed robber that has stolen cars and defrauded people of their valuables and later repented, how do you want him to return all those cars he stole at gun point after becoming a born again. May cars and other valuables have been stolen by armed robbers on the highways so how do you want them to return all these things to the people they dont even know?

Many people were big liars before they gave their lives to Jesus so how do you want them to remember the people they lied to and go back to them to make restitution thaf they lied to them sometime ago.

1. My wife to be is a worker in a big church, where she's an active one
2. Her family members might not support this,as they tend to love parties from their end
3. I'm planning on taking her along with me to the country where I'm based presently,so as to settle down there, all these will gulp cash, and we are trying to be very conservative with our spendings as well

Please we need your matured advice as on how to go about this, our plans include church wedding, introduction, engagement and reception in a day...Thank you

Crime / Re: Nigerian Killer To Be Deported To Nigera Despite Never Setting Foot Here by Jahbles93: 2:45pm On Jan 04, 2016
Let him come and enrol in Nigerian army, he could be the best sniper naija army ever had.
GurlFriend:
Junior Bayode, whose mother is a Nigerian who is serving 11 years for manslaughter after a teen was stabbed to death is to be flown to Nigeria on his release but he insists he is British

He complained from jail that he will be deported to Nigeria, though he has never been to Africa.

Junior Bayode was 16 when he took part in the mob stabbing of Sofyen Belamouadden , 15, and was given 11 years for manslaughter in 2013.

Bayode, now 22, blasted jail chiefs over the decision to deport him when he is due to be freed in 2019.

His mother is from Nigeria but he was born in Germany and came to the UK aged nine months.

He wrote to prisoners’ paper Inside Time from Moorland jail in Doncaster that he is “struggling to understand” why he is being deported. He added: “I may not have been born here but all I know is the British way of life.

Mr Belamouadden teen was chased by a gang of around 20 youths from a rival school and stabbed nine times in just 12 seconds in front of shocked commuters in Victoria Underground Station in central London in the attack two years ago.

Five trials took place at the Old Bailey with 17 convictions resulting.

Bayode, of Streatham, South London, said the Home Office's “deport first, appeal later” policy was designed to hit migration targets “regardless of human rights”.

He added: “I have neither travelled nor been to any other country since I arrived in the UK over 20 years ago.

“My past, my present and my future is firmly rooted in British soil, hence why I am struggling to understand why I have been served with a deportation order to a country I have never been to - Nigeria.

"I was distraught when I read on the order that I can only appeal after my deportation."

Noted, I dey their country now, I will learn all their available delect.
arabianights:
Was in the bulk room of a first generation bank and crowd was quite bad ( yet they say no money ).There were some igbo men that had come to deposit quite an amount of money and had been conversing loudly in their dialect not caring that they were been a nuisance.
All of a sudden a white man comes in and the teller receives his cash whilst ignoring the hisses and insults of customers.

The igbo men, trust them started insulting the man and went ahead to add more in their dialect, the white man then, calmly turnsto them and responded to them in IGBO language then went on to add a few more sentences... the whole bulk room kept shut out of shock of course.I turned to him in amazement to ask him on how he learnt igbo and he smiled and responded to me fluently in HAUSA.

Apparently, he had been there before every one else but the account number was wrong and he was told he couldnt make calls in the banking hall, he then went out to make a call and wait for the right account number. On his return,hE went straight to the teller as she had assured him that when he returned ,he wouldnt have to join the queue again. The teller should have explained to all instead of ignoring customers.

Any way my point is that these white men are smatter than us, they learn our languages so as to enable themselves settle in and do business whilst most of us go to their countries and come back the same people we were when we left if not worse.

safarigirl:
First off, I want all Nigerians to forget about qualifying for AFCON 2017, it won't happen with this rift.

Oliseh was wrong on all counts in this rift. The last player you should ever attack is the pillar of the team, the head capo, ask Didier Deschamps what Anelka did to him. Why pick on Enyeama? Enyeama has loyalists in that team that can and will rebel against Oliseh until he loses that job and they prove he was never meant to be a coach. Oliseh is displaying an arrogance he hasn't earned considering he's won nothing of note as SE coach.

And making Musa captain? Who will take orders from Musa? Is it Mikel, Emenike or the ousted Enyeama? Does Musa look like a leader? Apart from his scrawny nature, how old is he? Someone who can't even speak up when he's wronged, how will he speak on behalf of his team mates?

The only place Oliseh's myopic decisions will take he and that team is down. I just want him out ASAP cuz he's apparently not The Chosen One to bring sanity to our football.
Who told you that with out Eyeama playing for the Eagles , Nigerian national team will not progress? Go ask Ronaldinho what happened to him in Brazillian national team....
