Infinite tsukiyomi might work on people who haven't unlocked their chakra pores like kaguya did but that's the only exception on humans without chakra but aizen is a soul reaper which can manifest in the physical but is mostly Spiritual so that won't work either that's like using magic to deceive a ghost
